You Don't Understand the Mechanics of Creation
Michael: So the next thing I was gonna
say is, if I was recording the, the
fifth in that series of understanding
the shift in perception, the, the kind of
the, the integration and synthesis of it
all and the TLDR is that, uh, it's like
the movie "Future World," where we're
transmitting a frequency that creates
reality individually and collectively
And that, you know, I'm a scientist and
mathematician, so what, what I see is,
like, each day there's our diet of, of
frequency allegiance or frequency choice.
And, you know, the diet or the
transmission, the broadcast of our
life is created internally through
our inner experience, right, not the
other way around, of how much time
we're spending in the, the low f- the
choice for low frequency perception,
the fear, the self-hatred, the struggle,
the survival, and then how much we're
spending in the, the abundance, the
financial prosperity, the, the self-love-
Audree: The
Michael: health and
Audree: vitality
the
Michael: bliss.
The health and vitality, yeah.
So what, what I see is, like, we're
each day internally within our
state, we're, we're, we're at some
ratio of functioning, some ratio of,
let's say, you know, percentage high
frequency, percentage low frequency.
Let's call it like this.
You know, percentage in the deviation,
percentage in the original intention
for this universal frequency.
And that, that is what's creating
the externalized circumstance,
'cause we're, we're transmitting
that to the world saying, "This is
what I want to experience today."
Audree: Right.
So-
A way to look at this is how
you identify as who you are
Right?
Like I grew up in-- I'm, I'm
just gonna take examples.
I grew up with parents who were
narcissists, and I had to, you
know, struggle for, you know,
they always got attention.
They took the attention away from me.
They couldn't love me the
way I needed to be loved.
My family was poor, so I didn't
have access to financial resources,
so I didn't have, you know, ballet
lessons and horseback riding lessons.
I didn't go to camp.
I didn't, you know, I, I
didn't go to university.
Like there's these ways of choosing
how you identify with yourself in this
moment based on things about the past
And so, or, you know, or I went
to university and I studied
mathematics, and now I'm a CPA, and
I work really hard, and my boss is
taking all the credit for my work.
I mean, I'm just making examples of,
like, things that people ⦠These
are things that, these thoughts
are creating your identity, and
because of that, they are creating
the life that you are cr- they are
the life that you are creating.
Is that, that's fair enough to say
if for somebody saying, you know
How do I know what thoughts I'm choosing?
Michael: Well, the interesting part
is, you know, when we're in the
loop, we, you know, we go, "Well,
I'm not choosing to feel sad.
I'm not choosing to feel angry."
Mm-hmm.
"I'm not choosing to feel afraid.
I'm not choosing to send this attack
thought to myself of self-hatred,
of unworthiness, of shame.
It's just happening to me," right?
So there's this, you know, very early step
of beginning the journey to say, you know,
what if it were true that, you know, I
can, I can activate my awareness to start
debugging this process, and that's what
models like Live No Matter What and so
on are for, is to start becoming aware
of what the structure of the, the, of,
of how we're functioning and how life is,
is hitting us and how we're hitting life
back and how we're caught up in this loop.
And start to kind of, you know,
put a, put a probe or a sensor
in this whole automatic loop that
we start with no control over to
start seeing, oh, wait a second.
There's something in my being that's
playing a role here in my thoughts,
in my identity, in my actions, in what
I say and what I think, and it's all
caught up in this kind of this loop of
creating these outcomes that I'm not,
not particularly happy with my life.
You know, whether it's the, the
financial lack or the, the feeling like
something's missing or whatever it is.
And so at the beginning, it feels
like there's, there's no, there's no,
there's no choice in what we have.
We feel like, well, this is just what I
am and who I am and, and that's, you know,
once we awaken past that and we start to
see how, um, there's a, there's active
components being activated into our system
and that we can start to regulate that
through, you know, nervous system reset
and, you know, grounding and, and so on.
We can start to regulate that, then we
start to realize, oh, wait a second.
When we start to become aware of
what's happening, this is how awareness
opens up the possibility of choice.
And every time we choose more and more to
use the tools, it expands our awareness.
Every time we learn more about the
mechanics of creation, our awareness
expands, and then we have access to
more choice over what our internal
state is, how we flow through life,
how we create our outcomes, and so on.
Audree: For example, I'm just gonna start
making this a little bit more practical.
Michael: That's so good.
Thank God.
Now you're- Someone's here.
Audree: Now you're like, "Who are you
and what have you done with my wife?"
But I have-
Michael: No, I just thought
how useful that was.
Audree: I have the right
angle cross of explanation.
Maybe that's what that
Michael: is.
Yeah.
Who knows?
Audree: Um, for example, if you have
somebody in your life that you know,
maybe a, a relative or a friend or a
sibling that is more successful than you
And you look at their lives
and you're like, "Wow."
Like, look, look at all the
success that they're having.
And then there's this, then the
mind goes into not happy for them.
Maybe in the beginning it's like this,
this like, "Wow, that's really cool.
They did this."
And then all of a sudden
it's like, "Wait a minute.
I haven't achieved that.
I haven't done that
why didn't, why can't I have that?
And then the, and then the, there's this
kind of snowball that happens of the
thought patterns of jealousy or envy
And then there's a snowball that
happens of, "I'm a horrible person.
Why, why am I jealous of this person?
Why am I envious?
W- you know, why am I
having these thoughts?"
And then you start having
these attack thoughts.
Michael: Or, "Why am I not working harder?
Why am I not achieving goals?"
Right.
You know, "Why am I not good enough?
Why can't I achieve-
Audree: Right, right.
Why am I not worthy?
Yeah.
You know.
Michael: Why is my life, you
know, with X when I don't want X?
And, uh-
Audree: Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm, yeah.
Michael: We are so good
at attack thoughts.
Audree: Yeah.
And then
These attack thoughts,
then you're attacking
Michael: Your own being
⦠Audree: your own being, and then you
have this self-hatred because you're
attacking yourself, and then it just
snowballs into this big, huge, like in,
in, uh, in Soul, at the end of Soul.
Yeah.
The movie Soul.
Mm-hmm.
Those attack thoughts- Mm-hmm ⦠get
bigger- The dark energy and
bigger ⦠and darker, and bigger,
and darker, and bigger, and darker,
and that's what you're sitting in.
So what we are talking about here
is having, like when you understand
what's happening, the mechanics
of creation, you can, you have
this, your awareness awakens.
That's what awakening is.
It's awareness.
Michael: I just wanna pause.
Audree: I'm just gonna
finish really fast Oh,
Michael: just fi-finish, yeah, 'cause, oh.
Audree: Yeah, go ahead.
You keep going
The awareness when you know what's going
on, that knowledge is the power, is
the ability for you to see the attack
thoughts, see the self-hatred, see the
looping cycles of limitation, this looping
consciousness, and then you can stop it
Because you can say, "Well, why, why,
what, how does that make me a bad person?
I'm attacking myself.
I have self-hatred.
Why, why does that make me bad?"
And then you, and then you could stop it
And you could choose
something completely different
You could stop pledging your allegiance to
those low vibrational frequency patterns
Just go ahead, Michael.
I'm done.
Michael: You know, how hard is it
to admit that we don't understand
the mechanics of creation and we
don't know how to govern our life?
Oh, I think I put my hand over
my microphone or something.
Hunter's trying to signal me.
And, uh
Like how hard is that to admit?
I feel like, you know, reminded of
these, you know, Alcoholics Anonymous,
these 12-step groups, you know,
you know, the, the first principle,
"My life's become unmanageable."
Audree: Mm-hmm.
Michael: And-
Audree: Like you can't get into AA-
Right ⦠unless you admit that.
Michael: Yeah, and it, it, it's
kinda like, a- and it's not kinda
like, it's exactly like that.
That is required of this
journey, is you, you admitâ¦
I mean, this is not, I mean, it's just so,
you know, my mind is, is exploding right
now because from a structural perspective,
you know, it's so obvious that if you
ask, you know, Joe Person on Planet Earth,
or even someone who's been in an, you
know, advanced training programs with
us or with other traditions, "Do you
understand the mechanics of creation?"
And anyone who says anything other
than, "No Is, is in some s- state
of deep, deep self-deception.
Even for me right now, do I
understand the mechanics of creation?
No.
Do I understand enough to be
in permanent states of, of,
of high frequency and bliss?
No.
Like, this feels like it's
almost, but do I- You're
Audree: getting there.
Michael: Yeah, getting there, but ⦠And
I don't understand the mechanics of
creation well enough integrated into
the, the gnosis in my beingness to have
that be my, my d- 24 by 7, 24 hours a
day, seven days a week living reality.
And so if-
Audree: Hold on.
Can I, uh, can I ask you a question?
If you're playing a video game, do you
understand what to do and how to do it?
Michael: No.
The whole point of the video
game is learning what's going on.
Audree: Exactly.
Michael: So this is the whole thing,
is when you admit, you admit you do not
know how to regulate your own being,
you do not know how to regulate your
experience of life from high frequency to
low frequency, you do not know how to do
that, and because of that, you're getting
a lot more low frequency than you would
choose and you desire for your own being,
or you, you wish for your own being.
And so when you can admit that,
that is the spark of the yes
for the journey of evolution.
Yes, I wanna go all the way through.
Yes, I want to b- experience
high frequency 24 by 7.
I'm tired of the fear.
I'm tired of the self-hatred.
I'm tired of the not feeling
good enough in my own being.
I'm tired of the financial lack.
I'm tired of the relationship
ups and downs and the bumps
and the guilt from my parents.
I, I'm tired of all that.
I want the ability to govern my own life.
That is freedom.
I want freedom.
You do not have freedom.
We don't.
We do not have the understanding the
mechanics of creation to the point
where we can free ourselves from our
own beingness and our own beingness.
We do not have that.
And so this very simple question
is, do I understand the mechanics of
creation to the point where I am free?
The answer is no.
No, we do not.
And then the ch- question
comes, well, do I want to?
Do I want to learn the mechanics of
creation so that my awareness develops
to the point where I can choose, and
I can stop choosing the low frequency
and choose the high frequency?
But it starts with overcoming
this layer of self-deception where
we go, "Ah, my life is good."
I mean, that's not the question of, you
know, whether you feel kinda good today
or, you know, that's not the question.
The question is, do you want
the ability to govern your life?
All of it
Audree: And everybody does.
You wanna know why?
'Cause then it makes them feel safe.
Sa- self-mastery is your safety net
Michael: You know, in, in, in our
level one training, we teach that
psychological safety is a spectrum.
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: And the only way-
Audree: It's also the
cornerstone of the playbook.
Michael: Yeah.
Safety is the cornerstone
of, of everything.
Audree: And- Like, if you don't have
psychological safety, you have nothing.
Michael: Yeah.
So, so, u- until the point that you
have enough mastery of the mechanics
of creation, and you're aware, and
it's developed and, and anchored
into your awareness to such a degree
that you can govern your inner
experience of reality, which in turn
determines your outer experience of
reality, you, you do not have freedom.
You're, uh, you're in the matrix.
You're in the mind.
Audree: Mm-hmm.
And the, the deepest level of that,
that we discovered, and we only
discovered this recently, like, in
the, maybe December or January '20.
Michael: Oh, you talk about time.
It's so
Audree: funny.
I know.
Whatever.
Um-
Michael: She say we're in no time
Audree: It's not helpful
to say those things.
Mm-hmm.
So the deepest thing that we've
discovered, and we dis- I don't even
know how we discovered it, but we
both discovered it sort of at the
same time, is this deep, deep, hidden
deeply hidden
root cause and that's self-hatred
And it's the very aspect ofâ¦
So this is where the illusion comes in.
The illusion is that we're
veiled from the truth.
So the illusion
The illusion the thing that
make, uh, makes you ill, the
action that makes you ill
is that we think we're separated
from a source and that very
That very thought
Creates self-hatred.
And through self-hatred, that
perception piles and piles and
piles and piles and piles and piles.
And we don't even know that
that's happening, 'cause we
have such self-deception.
Like, we won't even look.
We won't even have that awareness.
And once you have that awareness,
then the, the game's over.
Because then you realize, oh,
why, why do I hate myself?
Oh, I, I feel separate from source.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: But I'm not.
Michael: So if we go back to
the video game, we were talking
about video games earlier, right?
It's got this really great metaphor.
And, uh, you know, the fact that, that the
truth is veiled from you is not a problem.
It is a feature
I'll repeat this.
The, the fact that the truth of
what and who you are is veiled
from you is not a problem.
It is a feature and a mechanic of the
structure of creation, that you do not
have immediate access to the structure of
creation, that it's a discovery activity.
And if you think about this, if you
play a video game, it's interesting,
um, and this is actually, you know,
there's, there's people who studied
this, is that the challenge of the
game is commensurate with your cap-
capabilities in the game, and as you gain
in capabilities, the challenges have to
go up, otherwise it gets boring, right?
And if the challenges are too
difficult and you have to kinda
level grind, that's also boring.
So it's kinda like having
the challenges match.
The
Audree: sweet spot.
Michael: The difficulty match the
challenge, which, you know, ties
into the mechanics of flow from that
Czechoslovakian guy whose name starts
with C, whose name I can't pronounce.
And, um, and what I'm getting at with
this is that, you know, if you've
ever played a game with a cheat code
where you suddenly have superpowers,
and you can just go through everything
and nothing can stop you, it's no fun.
It's no fun at all because
there's no-- there's nothing to
accomplish or achieve, right?
And so, like, if you think about source
consciousness choosing to experience
life through your incarnation, the whole
point of source consciousness being
in your incarnation is to experience
this limited understanding of, of the
mechanics of creation and the veiling
fr- of the truth of what and who you are
so that you can have a direct experience
of whatever it is you're experiencing.
So it's not a, it's not a
problem, it's a feature.
And when we start to enjoy it,
we say, "Oh, the journey of
discovery is what I'm here for."
Audree: I, I had this awakening moment-
I don't know when it was.
It was- Yes,
Michael: give up on time.
Audree: It was, it was recent.
Michael: Time to give up on time.
Audree: It was recent though.
Maybe three weeks ago
or something like that.
And, um,
it was this total awareness that
my incarnational experience is
a gift to source consciousness.
The whole experience, all of it.
Michael: Mm.
Audree: All the good stuff,
all the bad stuff is a gift
And it was profound
It was where gratitude turned around
It was, uh, I can't even, I
don't even know how I got there
Michael: Well, you are in a training
program with a she, fun fact
Audree: I don't know how I got there
Michael: I don't know either.
I know they were taking us
through the, the whole story
Audree: of the outcome and so on.
That, that's not relevant.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
You keep on mentioning the she-
Mm-hmm ⦠and I'm just gonna-
Michael: Yeah.
Okay
⦠Audree: stop
Michael: you.
Audree: 'Cause-
Michael: I think what my intention was-
⦠Audree: this is about our, our journey
Michael: Yeah, I think my intention
was to remind us that it's not
like we're getting here on our own.
We're getting here 'cause
we're in a training program.
Audree: I understand that.
Michael: Yeah.
It's okay.
Audree: That I understand.
I'm just trying to figure
out how I got to that moment.
Mm.
What were the, the steps other than I was
just having, like, spontaneous gratitude
of my whole entire life, and every
moment in my life I was grateful for.
And somehow that gratitude became
so profound and so big with a,
a spontaneous insight of the
truth of what and who we are
So enlightenment is that people
that pop into enlightenment all of a
sudden have this profound realization
of the truth of what and who they
are and everything that's going on
So you may experience those states, little
bits and pieces of it on the journey
Michael: Mm-hmm
⦠Audree: until eventually
You pop into more permanent states.
Mm-hmm.
Like there's a, just
this, like, tipping point.
Michael: Right.
Well, so I think, I think this is
imp- this is important, which I think
that this year mentioning recently,
which is that the mechanicsâ¦
I, I'm saying this is a source
because it's not, it's not my
direct experience of reality 'cause,
or not- That is- ⦠not veiled.
Um, and so- ⦠acceptable ⦠um,
is that the mechanics, as we said
before, the mechanics of creation have
changed, and that the mechanics for-
Audree: Your microphone
is hitting your shirt.
Michael: There's aâ¦
Okay, that's not good.
And the mechanics of, of enlightenment
are, are fundamentally different now,
and the procedure that is available for
those choosing to evolve is different.
It's one that we're conscious of the
process while the process is happening-
Audree: Right
⦠Michael: so that we can have the
self-mastery of the mechanics of creation.
It's not about just getting the outcome.
Audree: Right.
They-
Michael: Ta-da, I'm here
⦠Audree: they s- they said, "We
tried that and it doesn't work."
Yeah.
Yeah.
We, they said, "We tried that and it
doesn't work," for, for the reasons
that we're, we're talking about, is
that you actually need to know the
mechanics of creation in order to be
able to create in unity consciousness.
Michael: Well, it, it did work in a,
in a fashion, is that that was helpful
for the people holding the frequency-
Audree: Right, in the deviation
⦠Michael: in the deviation.
So it was, it was, you know, wouldn't
say not successful, just successful
at to the degree of what was needed
for that ti- it's not touching.
Audree: It's almost touching.
Michael: No, no, no, it's just perception.
If you come over here and look from
my perception, there's a, there's
a space about that much in there.
Audree: Yeah, but mine's,
like, all the way up like this.
Michael: Okay.
Audrey's trying to correct my microphone
position when it's actually fine.
It's okay.
Audree: We're talking about perception.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: Perception's an illusion
If you think about the optic nerves,
like the man who m- mistook his-
Michael: Wife for a hat ⦠wife for
a hat In like neurological stories.
Audree: Yeah.
It all comes full circle
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: You've been in the
training program since the '90s.
Dun, dun, dun
Michael: Yeah, everything's
the training program
Audree: Right?
Why were you ⦠Why did you go into
artificial intelligence research
on the optic nerve in robotic,
uh, whatever you were doing?
Hmm.
Something, something
Right?
It's hard to say, "Oh, I had this,"
I'm not talking about Michael, but,
"traumatic experience in my life."
When you begin to see the, the gift
of it or what you learned from it-
Michael: Mm
⦠Audree: and, and, and-
Michael: Right, well, that's-
Audree: Your perceptions begin to change,
and you start this transmutation and
healing and transformation of your being.
I mean, supposedly that's
what therapy is for.
Michael: Right.
Well, so that's, that- No,
Audree: so every time you move, your-
It's not, it's not touching ⦠your shirt
actually was hitting your microphone-
Michael: Oh, that's
Audree: possible ⦠right then
I'm not making shit up
You're so particular about
my microphone, and then
Which is so typical
Look, look over there.
Where?
Look, there's Elvis
Michael: So microphone adjusted
So what was coming up for me is
kind of back to where we started
with this whole thing is that
When we understand the mechanics of
creation to the point where we can
understand that the pile of shit in our
life is actually the very thing that
we're looking for, and that's the alchemy,
that's the transmutation, that's the
turning the lead into gold, the alchemy.
And that's the, that's the
degree of mastery of creation.
And that, that's what's possible
here now on planet Earth.
Um, that's what we're, we're
going through and getting is
to, is to, you know, for meâ¦
I mean, how did this all start?
This whole conversation started,
I woke up in the middle of the
night, 2:00 AM, and I'm like, "Ok-
I'm," you know, I'm lying in bed,
"Okay, can I do this lying in bed?"
And, you know, I, I was actually
very successful because I gave up
on that after maybe 10 minutes, so
instead of my usual like, "Okay,
no, I really don't wanna get up."
So that was, that was a victory of sorts.
It was justâ¦
And, and
Audree: I'm hoping- What was
happening when you woke up?
Michael: You know, it, itâ¦
This is what I realized.
It was just like my mind was thinking
of some stupid thing related to the
hou- I don't even know what it was.
Just some stupid event.
I'm going like, "Why am I experiencing
such intense fear over this trivial event?
Like, it doesn't even make any sense."
And it was like, oh, because my, my
being-ness, my mind, the neurotransmitter
just addicted to experiencing the fear,
and it's just gonna pick some random
sh- and if it doesn't pick this stupid
thing, it'll pick something else.
Like, so I'm not dealing
with, like, this event.
That's this kind of this awareness I
have, that the event that you think you're
dealing with is not what the problem is.
The problem is the general pattern
of addiction of the mind, of the
neurotransmitters to experiencing
that specific neurochemical reaction
of fear, of unworthiness, of
shame, self-hatred, whatever it is.
So I got up, and I'm think- looking
at the whole thing, and, you know,
the, the latest teaching was, you
know, okay, there's nothing to do.
You know?
It's just make the choice.
And I'm like, "Well, f- F
word, how do I do that?"
Not really.
I mean, like a l- little bit of that,
but I'm like, okay, well, moreâ¦
It's more like, you know, having that
and then moving past that to curiosity.
Well, I don't-- Like, do
I know how to do that?
Well, they're telling me to do
it, so I must know how to do it.
I just don't know how to do it, right?
But it's all, must, must all be there.
And then, uh, you know, I was
looking at the fear, the fear, the
fear, and then, um, you know, that,
that, the teaching that I had, I
think we had a podcast on this, uh,
of love and hate being opposites.
It's like, oh, well, the fear is
just excitement, and I'm, I'm just
making the choice to experience this.
It's all just source
consciousness right here.
Butâ¦
And it, it'sâ¦
And then what happened, it w-
there was a reminder of Arrival.
In the movie Arrival, you know, the, the
statement is, "Some assembly required."
And so there was this, this c- this,
you know, the grand unification of
these different aspects, understandings,
these different micro-understandings
of the aspects of creation coming
together into this orchestration
to just pop out of it and go, "Oh"
Oh
This is the same
frequency and I can choose
And then I made the choice,
and then everything changed.
And so
what am, what am I saying here?
And, and then something, then there
came this realization of like, well,
that's what the training program is.
Our life is the training program.
Is, you know, we're, we're just keep
on experiencing the opportunities
to get the awareness to move to the
next step, move to the next level.
And w-
Yeah.
So the, so it's just, uh,
it's profound beyond words
You know, quote, you know Hannibal
from The A-Team, "I love it
when a plan comes together."
And there's no doubt in my mind
that, that she have a plan for us.
But the plan is for our own discovery.
You know?
That, that, you know, they can give us
the knowledge, but we have to harness it
and integrate it within our own being.
We have to understand what it means even.
We have to let go of all
our misperceptions and
misunderstandings andâ¦
It's not like you just wanna
learn the mechanics of creation.
It's a whole deprogramming event
of letting go of all the false
mechanics we believe into ofâ¦
I mean, I, you know, I'm not
gonna go on here, but there's
just so many very specific things.
I mean, very, you know, very obvious
one is, well, I have to struggle and
put in effort to make things happen
to create in this material plane.
I mean, like, I mean, letting go of
that one, that's, that's, that's a good
one to let go of when you get there.
Yeah, it's really just profound.
And then so, so then I
Audree: d- That's a oppressive
thought pattern of the deviation
that you must work hard to earn.
You know, that's the only thing that'll
make you worthy is if you work hard.
Michael: And then you do- That's
why people that- And then you, and
then, and then you still feel empty.
Audree: Yeah.
That's why people who win the lottery
can never hold onto it because the,
the, they, they have this subconscious
pattern of, "Well, I didn't earn
this, so- Mm ⦠it's not mine."
Well,
Michael: it's not even that.
It's, you know, it's
scientifically proven, you know.
People who win the lottery are happier
for three months, and they go back to
their regular set point because th-
that's not the frequency they'reâ¦
Anyway, so that, that's actually
really good because that's where I was
going with this, is that, that f- the
start of the podcast, is the frequency
we're holding- Mm-hmm ⦠throughout
the day- Mm-hmm ⦠is what we're
broadcasting to create our reality, right?
The neurotransmitters coursing through
our minds, low frequency or high
frequency, is connected with that
aspect of us as creator consciousness
that is creating our reality.
Like, we'reâ¦
So this is how, you know, this is the
line, you are doing it to yourself.
The mechanic is very straightforward.
Your mind is addicted to the
low-frequency choices, the misperceptions
because, uh, because that's what
it's been doing your whole life.
And the way out of it is when you
start to understand the mechanics
of awareness, that awareness, which
is that aspect of you as, as source
consciousness, pure awareness.
When that aspect of you grasps the
mechanics of creation, it unlocks the,
the loop the mind is caught in, and
then the mind can restructure itself.
That's why we have neuroplasticity.
Audree: That's why we have
transformational audios and light codes.
Michael: Because what's that, that's
doing is it's doing the restructuring-
As, it's, well, it's not
doing the restructuring.
It's creating the o- the, the, the
possibility so that your brain goes
through a re- you know, a neur-
a neurotransmitter restructuring
sequence, which is what the journey is.
And, you know, that's why we say,
you know, s- you know, you know, for
us or our students when they say,
"Ah, I got this massive headache,"
we say, "Oh, that's so good."
Mm-hmm.
Because we know it's the
neurotransmitters rewiring.
Audree: It's energetic, and it's physical.
Michael: Yeah.
Like-
Audree: It's, it h- it's both together.
Michael: Like in the last week or
so, we've both had this experience
of having a heart attack.
Like, like-
Audree: Oh, yeah
⦠Michael: such incredible, intense
pain because the, the addicted
patterns of low frequency connected
to the physiology in our heart-
Audree: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm
Michael: was, is opening up.
I mean, like, you know, I mean,
it's, you know, when you clean out
the, the house that's been abandoned
for 100 years, there's gonna be a
lot of dirt and cobwebs in there.
Audree: Yeah.
That's why when, also, like the burping
and the bayous, they call it the
bayous, the yawning, the burping, the
farting, the, what, what else is there?
Michael: Sneezing, coughing.
Audree: Sneezing, eyes tearing.
Farting.
Yeah.
All of those things are signs- If you're
Michael: doing ayahuasca, you're probably,
you know, shitting your brains out.
Audree: Yeah.
Well, that's 'cause it's
poison for the body.
Michael: Mm.
It might also be purification.
I don't know.
Audree: It is.
It's all of the above.
Michael: All of the above.
Audree: It is, it's a very
physical process, and it's
a very energetic process.
It, it's both.
I think the big reveal for us that the
she have talked about is the frequency.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: I don't know if
we'll reveal that right now.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: But it's like, whoa
Michael: Yeah, no, there's enough here
Mechanics of creation.
Mechanics of creation.
Like, for me, this is my
big epiphany moment of this
podcast, is truly understanding
The difficulty admitting, oh, I don't
understand the mechanics of creation
Audree: Do you know
what my big epiphany is?
Michael: What?
Audree: So when I was little,
I would have a hard time going
to the bathroom, pooping.
And I would sit on the toilet, and
to calm myself down, I would imagine
that there were other beings in front
of me, and I was teaching them how
the universe worked and how, what
life was and how to navigate life
I'm laughing and crying
all at the same time.
I think there was this moment
when I was listeningâ¦
So when Michael woke up this morning
Or in the middle of the
night, he grabbedâ¦
After he had this experience,
he grabbed his phone and he
recorded it, and I listened to it.
I got really angry when I was
listening to it, and I was
like, "What's going on here?"
Like, "Why am I, why am I so angry?"
Like, even the, like, the little
sound his mouth was making-
Mm-hmm ⦠in the recording, Iâ¦
it was like, like nails
on a chalkboard for me
And I was like, "What's going on?
Whatâ¦"
That's why, like, I stopped and
I was like, just closed my eyes.
I was breathing through,
like, the, the reaction.
I was like- Mm ⦠"What is this?"
Like, "Why?"
And, "Why is this?"
Like, there's, what wouldâ¦
Didn't even make sense to me.
And the, the point that I got to was
Well, first of all was that I had to
be a projector 'cause I was trying to
figure out, oh, we should play the, the
recording and then do a podcast and,
and then I was realizing, no, we can't
make the recording because it would
be the wrong thing for, for people.
Michael: I feel like it's more for
advanced students or something.
Is that-
Audree: That's what I got to.
That that recording that you made
was for advanced students 'cause
they would actually understand it.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
' Audree: Cause they have the
mechanics of creation to be able to-
Michael: Enough
Audree: to the point ⦠enough, yeah.
And then I was like, "Oh, wait a minute.
We have no students."
We don't
Michael: Currently we have zero
active students, that's correct.
Audree: Yeah.
Z- we have zero active students.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: Yeah.
And
We've been holding a group of
people for a long time, and we've
just decided to kinda let go.
And then I was like, "Oh, we have
no active students," and that's
where the anger was coming from.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: That we've kind of
And, and you were working
through this yesterday.
The, the, like I was at dinner.
We were sitting in a beautiful-
Oh, yeah ⦠outdoor restaurant
having gluten-free pizza.
And, uh
I was a, I, I don't even
Michael: That was so,
like, 12 hours ago, Audrey.
Audree: I, I understand that, but
you have to understand that that's
the history of our organization
Michael: Mm
Audree: has been you have
not, you've been not holding
You've had a misunderstanding in your
being of holding this organization
Michael: Oh, my whole beingness about
everything has just been a horror show.
I mean, it's, it ma- it's, it's ⦠For
me now, that we had any success or
have been able to function at all in
the world is, like, just, like, ugh,
like, h- how did that all happen?
Like-
Audree: Because our work is so profound
Michael: Yeah
Audree: And it works, and we've
proven it out over and over.
The, the thing here is that you've
been wanting other people to put
this work out into the world Mm-hmm
And so other people have been
putting this work out into the world
Michael: Yeah
Audree: What you missed was the part
where it says, "Through our organization."
Y-
Michael: yeah.
So- So there, there's a whole, there's
a whole glitch in my system around that.
Audree: Yeah
Michael: And, and just te- Up
Audree: until last night Yeah At dinner
Michael: Yeah.
Correct.
Well, you know, we, you know,
the saying is, "I'm the problem
and I'm the solution," right?
Audree: Mm-hmm
Michael: And, you know, I, I think the
truth of that has only gotten, only gotten
stronger and stronger and stronger, the
level of depth of truth of that statement
There's no one doing anything to us
Audree: Mm-hmm You know?
We're doing it to ourselves.
Michael: Yeah.
And, and, and you know
Audree: No, I don't know
Michael: The, you know, you know,
I, I heard John Mark say that, you
know, for many years listening to
his, uh, narrations and descriptions
of and commentary on these movies.
And it's like, well, I
don't understand how.
Well, if you don't understand how,
you're the problem, you're the solution.
If you don't understand how you're
creating your own reality, if you don't
understand how you're doing it to y-
yourself, that's just saying, "Yes, I do
not understand the mechanics of creation.
I do not understand the
mechanics of creation."
And when you are true and right
with yourself, then in the-- with
that, it, uh, the awareness of that
truth, that's what opens up choice
Do I wanna learn the mechanics of
creation or do I wanna just continue?
Audree: Well, now it makes total sense.
The, that insight and reveal last night
is why we've been trying to figure out
why we have these students, they're so
successful with this work, but they don't
wanna work at our organization to help
us bring the work out into the world.
Instead, they wanna go off on their
own and go do their own thing.
And now we know why.
Michael: Yeah.
Well, what used-
Audree: Fun fact
⦠Michael: what used to be why.
And just technically, we have engaged our
students to find out what the next step
is, so the, the, the lack of no active
Audree: program is only on us.
Every time we ask them what the next step
is, they say there is no next step, so.
Michael: No, no, that, that's
not entirely true anyway.
That, that's, again
Or- ⦠that's a misperception
Audree: Or may-
Michael: I, I see, I, I have
a very different perception.
Audree: See, maybe it's they need
to be told what the next step is.
No, it's, it's- They wanna be
told what the next step is.
They wanna be invited in.
I don't know
See, for me, I have to wait for
the invitation, so I don't, I
don't understand how it works
Michael: It's all good, Audrey.
It, it actually starts within us.
That's all.
Audree: I know.
Michael: It's not even
about this or that or
Audree: structure.
I remember how I became a really great
massage therapist, and I was the most
requested massage therapist at work,
was because I started just saying, "I'm
the world's greatest massage therapist."
Michael: Right.
Audree: And then all of a sudden, my
clients were like, I, I r- specifically,
"I had a massage at this resort in Aspen,
and I canceled all my appointments for
the rest of my vacation because I realized
that they weren't as good as you, and
you're the best massage therapist."
Michael: Mm-hmm.
So what you're ⦠You're just tying
back into the theme of this, this
podcast, which is that the frequency
we're choosing to hold in our being
is determining our external reality.
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: Right?
And that when we understand the mechanics
of creation to the degree where we
can choose that frequency, then that
is our freedom and our liberation.
Maybe
Audree: this podcast is the
call to our advanced students.
Let's build the organization now
Michael: The, the, the call, the
call's already there energetically.
It's nothing to do with that anyway
And everyone has their choice to make
Audree: I'm ready There you go.
I'm just ready 'cause
it's, it, it, it excites me
Michael: Mm.
Audree: Hmm.
Michael: Hmm
Audree: But it's not like there's this
also this shift of why I wanna do it.
Like before- Mm-hmm ⦠it was
about financial security, and now
it's just about the challenge.
Can we do it?
Michael: I have it a bit different.
It's just out, really just
out of, out of, out of love.
Just really out of, like,
this deep sense of caring.
Audree: For who?
Michael: For students, and for-
Audree: Mm.
Michael: You know, y- so
Anything more before we close up?
Audree: Hmm.
No, I'm excited to see what happens
Michael: Yeah, I can honestly say I
have no idea, and that's a good thing.
Audree: I have no idea either.
That's what makes it so exciting.
Michael: Yeah.
' Audree: Cause it's a complete surprise.
Michael: Well, that's what happens
when you let go of all the structures.
Audree: And
Michael: well, that, that was a big one.
That's- That, that's
actually a, a good one.
W- what did she, she said yesterday?
Audree: No, what?
Michael: They had one message in, in
the transmission, in the channeling
Audree: What?
Michael: Sell the house.
Audree: Oh, they were so
excited about selling the house.
And I was like, "I love you guys.
I love this house."
Iâ¦
You know what?
I even said yesterday, I said we should
film a podcast so at least people
understand, like, where we're sitting.
I mean, this, I'm, I'm looking at this
beautiful black, you know, ornate mantel.
Michael: Fireplace mantel.
Audree: Fireplace man- I
mean, like, I love this.
This house is gorgeous
And we've done a lot to upgrade it
And what I know,
I didn't wanna sell the house because I
had, I had this fear, and the- she made me
see it yesterday, had this deep fear that
we'll never have a place like this again.
Michael: Hmm.
' Audree: Cause this
house is truly gorgeous.
It's soâ¦
It's a, you, it's a, just this old
gilded mansion that was derelict,
and we brought it back to life.
Hmm.
We should have done a, a,
one of my renovation shows.
We should have done that.
Yes.
I don't know why we didn't,
because it would be- Hmm ⦠it
would have been so fascinating.
Michael: Hmm.
Audree: And so there's this aspect of
me, do not wanna get rid of this place.
And I always, in my mind, this
fantasy is if we had the money,
we would move out, 'cause it's so
obvious that it's time to leave.
Like, we've grown, we've
outgrown this space, and it's
not the right space for, for us.
There's too many people.
But I always thought if we had the
money, we would keep this house,
and we would just come back for
vacations And maybe have, like, family
reunions here or something like that.
But we couldn't live here.
Like, we can't live here anymore.
Michael: And then there's all the stuff
about, well, the, you know, all those
energies anchored in here and, you know,
yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada.
And, and while that's true - ⦠you
know, that, the anchors, I mean,
the, the, the whole, the whole point
of this work is to anchor in the
energy in a wider and wider basis.
So it's not about-
Audree: Well, and, and what the
she said, the she said is that we
opened up this energy here, so now
whoever comes here- Can benefit
the work that they do can manifest
and spread throughout the world.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: And I mean, you know, if,
if they can do leadership retreats
here or think tank projects here-
Mm-hmm ⦠you know, from other
universities or who, I mean, who knows?
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: But the, the energy here is
connected into the, the, the fifth
dimensional frequency grids of the earth.
For whatever to happen here will spread.
Mm-hmm.
So that's what this property is
waiting for high vibrational frequency.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: Or waiting for the
owners, their consciousness is,
is at a certain frequency level,
or their intentions are pure.
Like, this house is not
allowing, like, weird-
Michael: Joe Average to come in, yeah
Audree: or weird developers
or people- Yeah ⦠you know,
just, like, with low frequency.
Yeah.
And,
Michael: and then- Yeah ⦠and then
also part of it, I, I think for me
the, what was reminded of that was it's
about you letting go of the structure,
letting go of the external structures,
internal structures and- Well, I
Audree: like having a home base.
Like- Okay ⦠that's really
important to my being.
Michael: Well, that's the, the
frequency choice right there.
Yeah.
Audree: Yeah.
Yeah.
Michael: Right.
Audree: And y- even yesterday during
the tr- the, the she channeling, they
were so excited to sell the house,
and they were showing me, they were
showing me, l- like, really showing
me, "You cannot live here, Audrey."
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: This was just the stepping stone.
Michael: Letting go
Audree: Yeah
Michael: Oh, that was, remember
the, you know, the, I think the
drive to the beach yesterday?
This epiphany?
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: You know, the, the whole joke
of letting go is that, you know, if you
try to let go, you're doing something.
Even if you try to not do something to
let go, you're still doing something.
And that-
' Audree: Cause there's an
undercurrent of thoughts of- Yeah
I have to let go- Yeah ⦠because
I'm doing something- Yeah ⦠wrong
Michael: or bad.
So, so, so the, the joke-
Audree: Yeah
⦠Michael: I'll just drop this
one little nugget in here and-
Audree: And then we'll end.
Michael: Yeah.
And then we'll just go to silence,
unless you have something more to say.
Audree: No.
Michael: 30 minutes of transmission.
Is the, uh, is just experiencing my being
That there's nothing to do
because when I'm resting in my
beingness m- it automatically triggers
the letting go and so the letting
go is a happening not a doing.
And that happens when we can just rest
in high frequency which we'll do now
through the E two mantra transmission.
Thank you for joining us.
