Thoughts Don't Create Your Reality
Thoughts don't create your reality. The energetic frequency underneath the thought does. Michael makes the correction directly, in real time, when Audree is reaching for the standard manifestation framing. Thoughts are the surface. The output. The metric of what your whole being is vibrating at. They're not what's actually doing the creating.
The episode opens with Michael having two minutes of involuntary body movement in the shower, energy channels breaking open, the kind of upgrade Audree first experienced years ago in temples in India. From there they trace why control is the wrong paradigm. The cliff parable: God says "just let go," and the person says "anybody else out there?" The instruction is always available. We refuse it because every aspect of our being is struggling for control.
In their leadership training, students always ask the same question: "how can I get anything done if I don't control?" That question IS the egoic consciousness rearing up. The answer isn't to give up control on command. It's to become aware of cause and effect of your own choices, and let awareness do its work.
Then Audree shares the moment she healed her son from paralysis. She speaks to the egoic consciousness directly. It answers back. She still doesn't know exactly how it worked.
