Your Mind Is Innocent. It's Doing What You Asked.

Michael: I go.

Audree: No.

I'm not gonna go now because you
can't ar- you can't stop it for

perfectio- try to be perfect.

That's not what this is.

Evolution is messy.

Michael: It sure is.

Audree: What's

Michael: in your mind It's
the strangest journey.

It's like this escape room from the,
the matrix that's there all around

you that you don't know you're in.

And when you understand what it is,
it's only a step-by-step journey 'cause

the whole thing is so fantastical and
magical that it's just beyond, you

know, any, any story that the mind can
make up of what's actually going on.

Audree: Hmm.

Michael: But the stories help.

They, they connect us with

… Audree: The stories are true.

The names have been changed
to protect their identity.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: Well, that's the whole thing.

It's the identity.

We are, we're, we're caught up
in this trap of identity that

When we want to change

You know, we're…

Even when we have the, the, the
understanding, the knowledge, the

tools, the techniques, there's
that part of us that's so attached

to the identity of who we are

That, that, you know, that,
that final, that final frontier

is the identity, is the mind.

And the mind is gonna tell you

You know, a thousand ways of why
you can't change your identity,

who you are, and that this whole
evolutionary thing or any kind.

So when we say evolution, we're just
talking about improving our lives.

Like, that's what we're talking about.

So it's the same as if you wanna quit
smoking or you wanna lose weight or you

wanna, um, you know, get better at your
job or have a suc- successful career or,

you know, f- have better or connected,
more authentic, loving relationships.

Y- it do-

Michael: Or just a sense of peace.

Audree: It's … Yeah.

And, and we don't really
understand how connected we are

to the identity that came before.

You know, who will I be?

The mind's gonna be like,
"Well, I, I don't know."

You know, and so you have the
knowledge, tools, and techniques

there, and you're using them, and
there's this one piece that's kind of

Like the, the glitch that we're finding
that we're, we've gone through a

million times, but never in this way

And,

Michael: and just feeling into
the, you know, almost the seeming

impossibility of the whole thing.

Um, like for, imagine if you've
seen the movie "The Matrix," and

if you haven't, you, you probably,
probably wanna go watch it.

Um, but in that, you know, Morpheus is
trying to describe to Neo that reality's

not what it, what it th- he thinks it is.

And, you know, and then he takes this
magical blue pill, and then suddenly,

you know, da-da, it's done, you know?

But, but still-

Audree: Well, he's out of the- It's

Michael: started … one thing It's
actually started- Yeah … because

then, you know, then Morpheus takes
him into the, the, the construct, the

dojo, to help him understand, well,
what he thinks reality is isn't real.

It's just a program.

Audree: And it's changeable.

Michael: And it's changeable, and that
he's the one creating the program.

And so that's really the-- That's really
where you're getting to what waking up is.

It's not when he takes the blue pill
and, and, you know, he's in this

kind of, you know, ghetto reality
of, you know, oppressed humans.

That's not the reality.

The reality is that he's in a construct.

You're in a construct.

We are in a construct, and we are
the ones programming the creation

of this construct, and that's
what the, the journey that Neo

goes through is about, and that's
what the journey of awakening is.

That's what it is, is to realize that
we have the power, and we are using

that power right now to create the
exact reality that we've asked for.

If you think about…

We'll talk about the mind 'cause
that's really the, kind of the active

component that we're with right now.

The mind is a perfect, beautiful,
gorgeous aspect of creation that

is doing an incredible job giving
us exactly what we've asked for.

And then, you know, we come to this thing
of, well, I didn't ask for this, you

know, fill in the blank of your life.

I don't remember asking for that.

But that's the whole catch.

The truth is that somewhere in your
incarnational being, you made that

request, and now you're experiencing it.

And that's where this journey
gets so deep into, into total

responsibility for, oh, wait a second.

Wait.

How did I do this?

If this is true, what if it were true that
I'm the one that instructed the mind to

give me this shit experience in my life?

I wanna know exactly how I did it
so I can take full responsibility,

know that the mind is innocent.

Not know, but have a full visceral
experience that the mind is innocent,

and have gratitude for the mind
giving me exactly what I asked for.

I'm reminded of, uh-

Audree: I'm reminded of how difficult
that is because we've been do-

I've been doing this work since the
1990s, and I'm in this place now

where it's shit or get off the pot.

I remember last year when a lot of
this started for us, this deepening.

If we were gonna say,
what if it were true?

Remember, we wanted, we wanted
just to be real and honest with

the work and just say, "Hey,
look, we're creating our reality."

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: We're the problem, we're the
solution, and if this is true and we put

this on our website, what if it were true?

We have to live it

And whoa

Michael: Okay, so

I'm gonna go back and forth.

It looks like the, the she
loved that pattern too.

But the other thing I wanna share is,
like, the, you know, the, the, the

incompreben- incomprehensibility of
understanding what and who we are.

You know, there's this, you know,
s- spiritual story of, you know,

imagine, you know, you're, you're,
you know, a wealthy billionaire, and

you have all the wealth in the world.

You know, how can you actually experience
financial poverty and lack, and to

know what that experience is like?

Well, the only way you can do that
is to have this complete forgetting

of what and who you are, and forget
that you have all this wealth.

Like, you still have all the wealth,
but you're just role-playing.

You've forgotten who you are, and
you're pretending you have lack.

Like, that's our situation
in the so-called matrix.

We're pretending we're helpless.

We're pretending we're victim.

We're pretending we're at effect of a
universe out there, when we're actually

the ones who have all the supply and are
choosing and have chosen that experience.

We just don't remember we have the power,
and we don't remember we created it.

That's really the
impossibility of the situation.

I mean, like, if you've been in
this poverty, like, grown your

whole life feeling this poverty
experience, how can you say, "Wait,

this is not really the truth.

I've been believing a lie"?

Like, t- that's the kind of
journey is this, this, i- as

a metaphor for the journey.

It's just this, this mind-boggling
leap of understanding that we're

in this puzzle game, you know,
this escape room of understanding

that everything is not as it seems.

Audree: And it's really, really easy to go
back to, "I'm a victim of my circumstance.

Everything that I see in my life
is, is solid and unchangeable,"

or, "It's this person's fault,"
or, "That person's fault."

It's really easy to do that.

It actually feels better to blame
something else or somebody else than going

inward and saying, "What if it were true?

What if it were true?"

Not believe it, not even understand
it or know it, but just say, "Okay,

for one moment, what if it were
true that I am creating this?"

And it's like, uh, when Ramana
Maharshi did the, you know, who am I?

It's kind of that same thing.

It's going inside and saying, "Well, why,
why would I wanna do this to myself?"

Why would I wanna cause my
own being pain and suffering?

Mm.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: When I say that,
my, my heart hurts me

And then I just use the tools?

Michael: Well, oh- Sorry … well,
awareness is the primary mechanism,

so we reflect our awareness back
on ourselves of what we choose.

That is the mechanism of
reprogramming the mind.

Audree: That's the best thing
that I ever learned in India.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: I didn't fully understand
it, and at the same time, there

was this moment of, "Wait a minute.

They're giving us…"

They didn't tell us this, but
they're, they're giving us a

technology to shift consciousness.

They're giving us the v- the very
understanding of the mechanics of how

the mind works in creating our reality.

And it, it just clicked.

It just clicked in me.

Like, all of a sudden I kinda woke
up and I was like, "Wait a minute.

I to- I totally get it."

And that's what awareness is.

And, and nobody else is saying this.

So, you know, all we really do, you
guys, is talk about the same thing over

and over again because at some point
when you hear it s- when you're ready,

something inside of you is going to click.

Mm.

It's all gonna … It's, it's like,
it's like a lightning bolt goes off

in your brain or something inside of
you just wakes up and, and there's

some sort of clarity that happens

Michael: Mm.

Audree: And, and then you,
you know it's working.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: And it's not comfortable.

We talk about, in our leadership
training, we talk about theories

that taking full ownership and
responsibility of things that happen

at work, how you're showing up at work.

Yeah.

And this is taking full ownership and
responsibility for, for your life.

Now, there's also Theory X, which is not
taking ownership and responsibility of

your life and just being depressed or
bitter or frustrated or angry or hopeless.

That's Theory X.

And, and, and that there's no
solution for you in Theory X

And for me, I remember wh- when Theory
X came in for me, I was like, "Oh my

gosh, I've been Theory X my whole life."

Been angry that I was
adopted, da, da, da, da, da.

This, this, this.

And of course, as a child, you don't know.

And as an adult, you do know.

You can change it

And we're not saying, well, this,
you know, some people are … The

mind is going, "Well, this happened
to me, and this made me who I am

today," and, o- and/or, you know,
"This happened to me, and it was

horrible that this happened to me."

I'm not discounting your
life experience at all.

Michael: Hmm.

Audree: All I'm … And, and, and then
the mind's gonna go, "And, and there's no

I didn't create that."

Mm.

"I would never create that for myself."

And, and we're just saying suspend
those thoughts of the mind.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: And not even
believe you created it.

That's fine.

Don't believe it.

Can you change it?

Can you let go of this happened to me
and this happened to me and all the

identity that's built up around it?

Can you let it go?

Can you let go of the guilt or the shame?

Can you let go of the anger?

Michael: Can- Well, I mean, starting
place, can you, can you have the

awareness that is there, and can
you have the awareness that you're

actually the one creating it?

Audree: Well, I'm saying don't
even go to, "I'm creating this."

No.

Don't

Michael: even-

Audree: Just have awareness

just have an awareness.

Michael: Impact and consequences.

Audree: Right, like how
has the anger helped you?

How has the identity
made your life better?

You could say, "Oh, well, now I'm helping
people, and it's part of my, it's,

it's part of my, my career path now."

And that's amazing.

Like, then you can say, "I have so
much gratitude for that experience."

Yet have you let all of
the, the stuff around it go?

Maybe not the memory.

Have you let everything else go?

Truly let it go?

Or is it, you know, is it insidious and,
and silently sabotaging your life somehow?

We all carry these, these parts of us

that do a great amount of
damage, and sometimes it's silent

I remember in our leadership training,
people are like, "Well, all this

stuff motivated me, and it made
me the leader that I am today."

And it's like, that's great.

And be grateful that it has motivated you.

It brought you to this place.

But what are you gonna do now?

It got you here but is it gonna
take you to where you wanna go?

Especially women, I, I, I hate saying
this, but we, we use the anger, the

frustration, or the, the oppression that
we've experienced as women, especially

women of, of color, women of, uh, uh,
you know, economic lack, and we've

had to use our, our experience to…

as a driver, as a motivator, as
a, as a mechanism for, you know,

creating the life that we live and
pulling ourselves out of the, the

situational experience that we're in.

And at the same time, can
we let that totally go?

Got us here, thank you.

It got us here.

Now what?

You know, what is my rally cry now?

Like, you know, this whole humans need
a rally cry, which maybe we don't.

Maybe the rally cry is we're humans on
this planet, and it's a shit show here

And the only way I'm gonna
change it is if I change

Okay.

Sorry.

I went on a tangent.

Michael: Nothing to be sorry for.

That was beautiful.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: Thank you.

I've been silent, just enjoying
existing and being here.

Audree: Very good.

Michael: And, and really what's
arising in my being is…

You know, Audrey talked about describing
the same thing over and over again,

and it, it, it is and it isn't.

Every time we talk about
something from a different angle,

it's a fractal of the whole.

And then what's happening as this podcast
moves forward episode by episode, is

we're actually going deeper into the
fractal, into the finer and finer

details, that when we have those, we
see the whole thing in greater detail

because everything's a, a fractal.

Like, it's the same at
all stages of resolution.

And it-- When we do that, it connects
up things that were previously

disconnected, and we start to see
the whole of, of creation working.

So that's really what I see as kind of
the beauty of what's, what's unfolding

for everyone listening and participating.

So thank you for being here.

We love you.

And so what's active in my being
right now is this whole notion of

You know, what do we do
with the mind, right?

The mind is the one that's beating us
up, you know, telling us we're, you

know, unworthy, and giving us these lousy
emotions, and giving us these-- creating

these-- creating, programming reality,
create these difficult situations.

And y- you know, it's, it's,
you know, it's, it's nature.

The fundamental structure
is based on self-deception,

fear, and, uh, and, you know-

Audree: And survival

… Michael: and survival.

And, um, and, like, basically it,
you know, the mind is creating

this shit show for our life, right?

And so what do you do with that?

Like, where, where do you go with that?

Like, what-- You know, you know the
thoughts in your head are lies, right?

At some level, right?

And, you know, the mind says,
"Eat the ice cream," then it says,

"Why did you eat the ice cream?"

You know, you, you know,
we've told that story before.

And, you know, and then, you know,
it's this, this in, like, never-ending

stream of viciousness, failure, and
attack with-- gives us moments of

achievement and success to throw,
throw us a bone once in a while.

But ultimately, you know, we're
not in joy and bliss 24 by seven.

I mean, that's not, not
what it's giving us.

I mean, it could give
us that, but it's not.

It's not giving us financial
abundance and ease and flow and

grace at each moment of our life.

It's not.

I mean, so when we look at our
lives, there's a big delta there.

There's a big delta between what
we're receiving and what's possible.

So, you know, whenever this comes up,
you know, what happens is the, the

thoughts in our head are, you know, "Well,

Audree: ah,

Michael: screw you, mind."

You know, like which is the mind just
giving an attack thought against itself.

So there's this, there's this
story, there's a saying of

the mind cannot cut itself.

Audree: No, there's-- the story is
then, the parable is the knife- The

Michael: knife cannot
cut itself … cannot cut

Audree: itself.

Michael: Yeah.

So, so the truth is, this is the truth
of the mechanics of creation here.

We never talked about this before.

The truth is

The mind is doing a perfect job
right now, your mind, creating your

shit show, and it gets a gold star.

And the challenge is that you
can't think your way out of this.

The reason you can't think your way out
of this is because everything you believed

is based on limited perceptions of partial
truths, falsehoods, conditioning imprints.

And there's no way that can be
used, that mechanism, the actual

mechanism of the deviated mind and
the distorted belief systems that you

have allegiance to cannot possibly
reason your way out of this situation.

That's why they say there's no
way to think your way out of this.

The only way out is through direct
experience where there's a direct

experience of, oh, and a realization,
oh, this is the mechanic of creation.

This is what I am.

This is how creation works.

And what I'm getting to now is the
mechanic, the actual mechanic that

one arrives at when one chooses
to really go deeper and deeper and

deeper through all the lies, through
all the barriers, through all the

limitations to, you know, 'cause
creation just won't give this to you.

This is, this is a designed system.

So let's just be clear.

How did this system come into creation?

You know, if we go back to the beginning,
it, it gives us a way to understand

how do we come to the end of this
situation of, of the mind attacking us.

So if we go back to the beginning,
the mind was co-creating.

The mind is the programmer.

The mind was co-creating with source
consciousness, which is, which is

what we are as individual aspects
through our soul inception crystal.

And we are the ones, as source
consciousness, as creators of reality,

that said, "Yes, I want this deviation.

Yes, I wanna take this choice
to be, have the mind experience

separation and see what will happen."

W- And not only that, we
not only made that choice.

See, it's like this.

The mind is the programmer The
creator consciousness is like the,

the computer that delivers the ma-
the actual creation of reality.

Audree: It's like the 3D printer.

Michael: Yeah.

But we, we, we are, we are the
product owner, the product manager,

the stakeholders that are telling
the programming team what to create.

We're the ones not only telling
it what to create, we're the ones

agreeing about the details of what
it's gonna create with it, and then

it goes and triggers all the details
and, you know, boom, reality's there.

So we are the ones, when we take
full responsibility, for creating

the experience of separation.

There's no one who did it to us.

There's no bad guy mind.

The mind is a beautiful, innocent
component of creation that is

giving us the experience of
separation that we asked for.

And so the only reasonable thing,
and I get-- Let me, let me just,

like, let me finish my story.

And what I got is, is something I learned.

Did I share this already?

Where'd I tell you about, you know,
what I learned in, in agile teams, when

you as a product owner ask the team
to build something and they build it,

and then when they build it, you look
at it and you say, "This isn't working

at all," you don't blame the team.

You say, "Team, thank you so much."

You have gratitude for the team for
building exactly what you asked for.

Even though it's totally useless
to you and maybe even causing

destruction, you thank the team
and you have gratitude because you

and the team agreed to build it.

It's not like the team went, you know, you
know, you know, uh, what's that called?

You know, when they, when they go off
on their own and they do something.

It's not like that.

It's like they did, this was planned, and
you were part of that plan to create it.

And you look at it and you
say, "Wow, this is terrible.

This is not gonna work."

And the team looks at it and
goes, "Yeah, this is terrible.

This is not gonna work.

What were we thinking?"

And then you say to the team,
"You did a really good job.

Thank you so much.

I have gratitude for you.

And now that I see what's there,
let's, let's change this up.

Let's build something different."

Everything that we've just created
is built from an absence of love.

All the perceptions are created
from an absence of love.

All the thinking that you're, that the
mind is doing in this new s- this deviated

situation is from an absence of love.

So while the, the thought patterns
are valid cause and effect, cause

and effect, and reasoning and so
on, they're all based on inputs

that are from an absence of love.

And then we're creating from
an absence of love, and that's

creating this shit show of our life.

Hey, why don't we create together
in love, perceive in love, reason

e- with love, and create in love
to create an extraordinary life?

Why don't we do that?

Audree: It's not that easy

Michael: What I'm experiencing is
that that's what's required, not the

level of thinking about it, but the
level of- Feeling … experiencing

the mind, experiencing the total
responsibility for creating the

entire shit show of all of your lives

Every multidimensional
aspect of your being

Audree: So I just want, I
just wanna put this out- It's

Michael: easy.

Audree: I, I'll put this out there.

We're not the only ones saying
this- Mm-hmm … at all.

There are many people who have awoken,
who've had mystical experiences, that

have h- h- are holding this knowledge.

It's a good thing because
there's only one truth.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: There's only one mechanic.

N- The mechanics of creation in their
true form, their truest form, there, there

is only one teaching, one understanding

And while it's like, "Oh, okay.

Well, I'll create in love now.

I love myself.

I- I'll create now," that's not
how you get there, and that's

where the awareness comes in.

Michael: R- right, 'cause the, the mind
in this deviated form thinking, "I'll

create in love," does not create in love.

Mm-hmm.

It's about, it's about the whole system
awakening the truth of how it's been

functioning, and the whole system
clicking into a new mode of operation.

And so what is different, I will
say, so I agree with you that

people have talked about this.

Mm-hmm.

And, and w- w- what's happening with this
work that is unique is that it's the,

the precise step-by-step mechanics of-

Audree: How to

… Michael: how to take the full ownership
and responsibility to become a being that

is capable of creating in alignment with
the sixth phase frequency, which is love.

Perceiving in love, reasoning in
love, creating in love, in alignment

with all-- the flow of all creation.

That's what's different.

It's a different, fundamentally different
evolutionary activation that's happening

now that is the possibility for hu-
humanity and, and sentient beings.

Audree: Yes

Michael: So what's happening to
me personally is this awareness

is just, is what landed in the
shower, of course, this morning, of

Really coming to this understanding
and place of gratitude for

the mind as an innocent.

I mean, really the mind is, is
the great, great hero of our

deviated experience of life.

I mean, it has, it has done an
extraordinary job creating the shit show.

Like, if you, if you wanna look at
like, you know, like a, an Academy

Award or No- Nobel Peace Prize for
extraordinary achievements, the mind

gets all of them in all categories.

Hmm.

It is like it has done, like, such
an extraordinary job creating the

experience in the absence of love,
in the absence of separation from,

from source, in the absence from-

Audree: Not the absence of separation.

In separation

Michael: Sorry, in separation.

It's in the absence of connection with,
with all of creation, which is, which

is how we're meant to be as, as beings.

Like, it's, it's this, this fantastical
achievement and, and when we can have

gratitude for it, gratitude for the mind

Right?

And so this is the, the, the, the
madness of it all, is, you know, how

is it, you know, humanly possible

To, like, actually experience
gratitude for everything

Audree: Well, like awareness, gratitude
also has un- the, the, what humans

feel or think of as gratitude.

Gratitude is so much more, and I'm
not sharing it here 'cause it's

part of, it's part of our work.

But it's, gratitude is a, is a, is a
force within the mechanics of creation

in the universe that unlocks things.

But people just don't under- like,
they don't under- they have a high

level, "Oh, I'll have awareness."

Or they're thinking- "Oh, I'll

Michael: have

Audree: gratitude."

Michael: Or they're trying to think
gratitude in their mind versus- Yeah,

yeah, yeah … an experience of gratitude.

Audree: Well, you need to- You know?

… also have, you know, know
what it's doing because it

Michael: is a- Used to drive me crazy in
India when they talked about gratitude.

Like, it's just like, you know,
'cause it's such an alien thing.

Audree: Did they ever teach you
the five steps of gratitude?

Michael: Probably.

It, it's just like-

Audree: Well, it's interesting
'cause they, they would teach-

Michael: There's only one step, which
is where do I not have gratitude?

It's like-

Audree: Yeah, but that's
not, that's not it.

No.

'Cause they t- they taught us five
steps of gratitude, and then they went,

"And gra- there's so much more, but
you can't even get step one and two, so

we're not gonna give you anything else.

We're just gonna let you know
that there's so much more."

So they held onto information.

Yeah.

I, I wonder if they understood
the mechanics of what gratitude

is actually doing, and we've said
it a few times on the podcast.

We've gi- given little hints.

But, um, we haven't even taught
our students yet because we just

learned this, this over the summer.

We've, the, like, what
gratitude actually does

for in, in reality, like
how it shapes reality.

And, um, you know, I even did
a, a session at a conference on

gratitude and the power of it.

Mm-hmm.

Like Dr.

Emoto was showing, uh, you
know, what gratitude does to

a water molecule in real time

It's, it was so powerful.

And even then when I gave the, the s-
the, that conference session, I knew

it was powerful, and I was trying to
prove it to people through looking

at it from a, a different perspective
and a different lens through Dr.

Emoto's work.

And at the same time, I didn't
even know the power of gratitude.

Michael: Well, that's why we teach what
we teach, is 'cause we're learning.

I know.

I think that's a, a p- that's
from the, uh, what's it?

From the, uh, the book
Illusions by Richard Bach.

I just reread that a couple days ago.

That's part of my st- it was
appropriate for my stage of learning.

And, uh, and it says in there, it's
like, "Whatever you teach to the

world is what you need to learn."

So-

Audree: Mm-hmm

… Michael: it's like, it's like, go, you
know, you wanna try to save the world, or

you wanna try to, you know, teach people
this, or you wanna help people this way.

Good.

That's what you ne- actually
need to learn for yourself.

So, you know, you could actually just
skip the external stuff and go internal

and save yourself a bit of time.

But, you know, we all
create our experience.

Well,

Audree: and

Michael: then,

Audree: and then the only teaching that
you do is you're a walking tran- living

transmission of that transformation.

Michael: Yeah.

And you don't care whether
anybody gets it or not.

Audree: Exactly.

That's where I am right now.

Like, I, I'm kind of like, why do…

Like, I'm gonna finish the
book- … Evolutionary Energetics,

and then I'm like, "Eh," you know?

Do, do people actually want this?

Who cares?

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Well, you know, the alternative to, to
not who cares is having an agenda and a

push in our system and trying to change
other people, which is, of course-

Audree: Yeah.

Well, that's what

Michael: I mean … denying
their sovereignty.

And it's like, huh?

What?

Audree: I was, uh

watching something with Dr.

Drew talking about addiction

because there's a-- currently there's
a lot of celebrity, celebrity's

family members overdosing or dying
of addiction, from addiction.

And, um

I find, I find the whole, I find
the whole industry very fascinating.

I did my, my thesis and my case study
for, for the second healing school that

I went to on addiction and, and what
it really takes to, to end addiction.

And, you know, comes, it comes down
to there's, there's physical addiction

and there's psychological addiction
and, and, and both are in play

And physical addiction is easier to, to
overcome because you go through the detox.

It's, it's very painful and it's a long
process, but you go through the, the

detox and you remove all the toxins from
your body and then you start putting

healthy things into your body and you
can overcome the physical addiction.

It's the psychological addiction
that's the, that, that's the killer.

And what Dr.

Drew was saying with medication, and s-
he was specifically talking about opioids,

but it's with all medication, is that
your neurotransmitters are growing in your

brain w- with the, the f- the frequency
and, and the medicine in your body

And what it's also doing is it's, it's
weaving in a groove into your thought

patterns of this is good for me, this
is good for me, this is good for me.

And then the, the addicts have this
justification and all these thought

patterns and behavior patterns to justify
being addicted to whatever chemical

substance that they're addicted to.

This is the psychological
addiction that is, he was saying

is impossible to overcome.

And I worked in a rehab center,
residential rehab center, and

I saw this over and over again,
and it was so shocking to me.

I always call that experience for me.

I was in an internship to study the mind,
'cause I was like, "What am I doing here?"

And really getting holy moly, like the,
the runaround and the justification and

the behavior patterns of the addiction
that was in control of these people's

lives, and they didn't understand it.

They didn't see it, and how it was
… The, the addiction itself takes you for

a ride, and the addiction is in the mind.

And now that we're going through like
this deep, deep, deep process of the

mind and dropping identity, I see it.

I see it in me.

I see the, the, the patterns, the
thought patterns of the mind and the

lies that the mind tells me to, to keep
its shape, to keep its form, to keep the

neurotransmitters, to keep the thoughts.

And I'm like, "Why?"

And, and I think with the, with
the industry, the addiction

industry, just like the psychology
industry, all of it is based on

assumptions, misunderstandings,
how the mind actually works.

They're not addressing the
energetic components of a human

being, which is essential.

You know, that's what I, that's what
I was addressing when I was writing

my thesis and doing my studies, is
I was looking at energetically the

attachments, the vibrational frequency

And, and what it takes to remove
that vibrational frequency and those

attachments to your energy field,
that is a major component in recovery.

And I think right now, if I look at it,
all of humanity is in a recovery program.

We're addicted to the drama.

We're addicted to the trauma.

We're addicted to the lower
vibrational frequencies.

We're addicted to

um, the disempowerment of
life, the life experience.

We're just addicted to it.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: Instead of waking up to taking
full ownership and responsibility

We're all in recovery

Michael: Yeah.

That's where I got to yesterday.

We were in a two-hour plus Shi channeling
session, and, uh, I got to this place

of, "Oh, wait a minute All the thought
forms are based on limited beliefs, what I

understand now, based on lower frequency.

Like, and my allegiance is to believing
and giving my allegiance to the

thought forms coming into my head.

All the thoughts, the whole system
of thinking based on lower frequency.

And what I got to is the first
step of the AA program, which

is my life is unmanageable.

It's like, oh, wait a second.

There's no way possible that I

Audree: can- I could
think my way out … I

Michael: can think my head out of it.

And, and- I

Audree: could say affirmations.

Michael: Yeah.

It, it just- I

Audree: could jump into a vortex.

Michael: Y- you know, and like- It's just
like- I could state change … there's

just, there's just, there's just no hope.

And then, like, step two is, you know,
surrender to a higher power, right?

And I'm like, "Okay, well, oh, that's
what I was told in India," you know?

All I have to do is surrender my mind,
and then surrender to a higher power.

And, you know, of course, you
know, the mind tried to do that.

You know, this is going back a decade now.

It's so cute, you know, when
I think about it, right?

You know, the, the joke of it all.

But what I, what I got to now
is this understanding of, of…

And we've already shared earlier what
the, the actual mechanics are of, of,

you know, this o- this, this level
of depth of awareness of what, of the

unmanageability of the deviated mind, of
the low frequency, the mind operating on

its low frequency request from us that
allows it to say, "Oh, you know what?

I'm the one who created that
request, and wow, mind, let's

look at the consequence of that.

Do we still wanna keep on doing this?"

This is like the, with the product review
meeting, the, the, the sprint review

meeting, the iteration review meeting,
where that's what the awareness is doing.

It's where…

A- and, and that's where, as
the product owner, taking full

responsibility to understand the mind
is just doing what was asked of it.

And, and that for me is this, is,
is the pivot, is the pivot when we

can, when we developed our awareness
to the place where we can actually

have awareness of this mechanic of
creation, and that's where the, the,

the liberating event sprung from.

Audree: Right.

You have to look at the impact
and the consequences, and

feel it, and, and see it 100%.

So we always say in our work,
"If you're not feeling like shit,

you're, you're not deep enough."

Like, you will feel like
shit about yourself.

Michael: Right.

It's a-

Audree: And it might be for a few days.

It- And that, and that's why we have
the light codes, and we have all the

transformational audios, and we have the,
the teaching of, of the, the energy work

to pull yourself out of it, or to hold you
stable enough in that where you could move

through those processes you know, still
experience the impact and the consequences

and at the same time have this being held,
holding your own being in self-mastery

that you're gonna pull yourself out of it.

It will pass.

This too will pass

Michael: Oh, a- and
yesterday was really fun.

There were all these moments- Oh, my

Audree: heart hurts

Michael: Oh.

Yesterday was-

Audree: Hold on a second.

Just, just, we're going super fast right
now, and there's people that probably

will be triggered in this moment.

It's okay.

I just want everybody to…

Oh, my heart hurts so much

You didn't do anything wrong

You are okay

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: We just forgot what
and who we are on purpose.

We forgot on purpose.

But if you're feeling like shit
right now, if your heart hurts

Michael: Mm.

Audree: The technique that we use is
we just stay there and breathe into it.

Allow those feelings to come up because
that hurt and the pain and the wounding

is just buried deep, and it's arising to
the surface because you're letting it go.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: So just breathe.

For some of you, you have the E2 mantra.

You can f- feel.

We, we become-- People that do this work,
we're comfortable in this pain in our

bodies when we-- the awareness goes deep

And we can breathe into it

And we have the E2 mantra

that quickly and rapidly shifts
this feeling in our bodies

It alchemizes

The, the wounding, the
pain and the suffering

So when you're experiencing the, the
pain, good work like you have to say

good work It's not buried anymore.

It's coming up and out

and this too will pass

This is the courage

The courage to be aware,
the courage to feel

Michael: Hmm.

Audree: Not yet.

We're not, no, we're not clear yet.

I'm gonna sit here and wait

I'm gonna tell you, you're
doing a really good job

And sometimes we say no pain, no gain,
and that might be a little bit flippant.

Yet know and understand this pain was
buried inside of you and creating damage

And now it's coming up and out,
and all you need to do is be aware.

Feel it.

Breathe into it

Allow it to have its voice in your body

It's okay.

You're okay.

You're safe

So for some of you right now, if you
are feeling this intense sensation,

uncomfortable sensation in your body

And you're not, you haven't
been doing this work.

So we have free audios on
YouTube on Be Evolutionary.

We have a nervous system reset.

We have even the abundance light code will
give you the healing that you're looking

for, will, will reset your whole entire
system back to a peaceful, stable state.

If you go on our website, either
evolutionaryenergetics or e2now.com.

I know you're looking at me funny,
like why are you marketing, right?

I'm not marketing.

I'm giving somebody- Mm-hmm.

Got it … the resources
available to them for free, guys.

Just say check the

Michael: description.

Audree: Yeah

I'm gonna just remind them or be- No,

Michael: just say check the
description, 'cause that way it can

update and be re- always correct.

Audree: Oh, sorry.

So yeah, check in the
description of where to go.

I'm just saying that we have free
resources for you right now so that you

can listen to these over and over and
over again until this clears for you.

And, and that's why we have courses.

Mm-hmm.

It's not just to sell stuff.

Like, honestly, we're here because
we've been on this journey, and

we know what this journey takes.

We've hauled our butts to India for, I
don't know, for me, for 10 years, I think.

For you, same, 10 years.

Like, doing this work and then not
having any resources when we came home,

and so we created those resources,
and we created training so you don't

just have the experience to clear.

You have the tools and techniques
to hold you through to be, uh, to

have the self-mastery that you need
because you're going to live your

life and experience moment to moment.

These things are gonna arise, or
you're gonna be in a situation that's

gonna create some sort of trigger

And with that, when you do the clearing
work and it's rapid and easy, it's

not about why is this happening to me?

It's just like, "Oh, I'm feeling
an uncomfortable sensation,"

and you're moving through it.

You know, we're not
psychologists, we're not doctors.

We've just-- We're just two people
that have been on this journey

and have the passion to support
others through the same thing.

Yet really we want people to have their
own mastery of this work, and that's

why we created the courses, so you
could-- you can have the information.

You can have the tools and techniques.

You know what's happening to you.

You know how the mind works.

You know how the mechanics
of creation work.

You know how your body works.

You know how your energy field works,
and you have mastery over it, and

you have the tools and techniques
to handle and navigate life and

create something magnificent.

I don't say extraordinary anymore.

I say

Michael: Hmm.

What I was gonna say to people is
that, you know, sometimes when we

watch something or listen to something,
talking about how to use this podcast

for maximum benefit, when there's
something activating in your being, uh,

it's often good to just hit pause and
go into the experience and use the tools

and have your own direct experience.

That's the most powerful thing you
can do, not just with this podcast,

but with life, with all of life.

'Cause the life, your life
is your evolution program.

It's, it's the pain that's there
is the mind trying to give you

the signals to say, "Hey, can we
do something about this situation

'cause it ain't working so well."

So each of those is a gift.

Every, every challenge, every triangle,
it's, it's all a gift for you to

move towards you really the, you
know, beyond this stage of conflict

to the, the peace, the bliss, the
creating the reality that you want.

Mm.

So that's, that's the
gift that, that's there.

And that's actually the,
um, more than just that.

It's not even like that.

It's-- Or it is exactly that, and at the
same time, it is the evolution program

that's on for humanity at this time.

This is the, the menu.

This is the energetic menu
going on, so it is what it is.

Audree: I think everybody wants the peace.

They want the high vibrational frequency.

They want the, the good state.

And to get there, y- you gotta
clear the other stuff 'cause

it's sitting inside of you.

Michael: It is the thing creating all
the challenge, all the lack, all the-

Audree: Right

… Michael: limitation

Audree: I'm just thinking about s- we
g- we, we gave somebody, they begged

for the E2 mantra without the courses,
and they went on some high vibrational

frequency ride and became super unstable
because they didn't have the grounding.

They had the grounding,
but they weren't using it.

They didn't have the knowledge
and the tools and techniques,

and they're like, "Oh my God-"
Right "… this is the best thing ever."

We don't even know what happened to them.

They just…

W- 'cause we were like, "Hey, you
know, we gave this to you, you, and

you promised that, you know, you were
gonna take the courses and, and learn

about your system and have the mastery."

And they're like, "Yes, yes, yes, I'm
gonna do that, but I need this now.

I need the mantra now because
I'm going through this, you

know, very bad time in my life."

And we gave it to them, and they just…

They, it didn't, it didn't work.

So that's why we have
everything behind a course.

You have to take the courses.

You gotta know what's going on in your
own system and, and how to regulate

and how to navigate, 'cause we won't…

We're not, we're not here

I think we're not, it's,
it's not a free ride.

Like, we understand the work that's needed
to get to that high vibrational state, to

get to that h- the shift in consciousness.

Well,

Michael: i- yes, and

Yes, and, and the, and the
light codes give the free ride.

And they're, they're, they're
magnificent and extraordinary.

Well, they give more than- And
then, and then, and then there's-

Audree: They do

Michael: stability too.

Oh, oh, oh, yes.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.

So.

And, and, uh, and the, the
journey's there for those who,

who wanna change their reality.

Audree: Well, I mean, we made it easy.

We made it very easy.

And there's still, people
have to do some work.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: It's required now

Michael: I'm complete.

Audree: Me too.

Oh, you haven't spoken?

I have spoken.

Michael: That's only
when I've said something.

Audree: Oh, okay.

Michael: There's a protocol there.

All right, so we'll take three
minutes for the E2 mantra

Thank you for joining us.

Let's be evolutionary.

I was born with mystical gifts I learned to hide from a world that wasn't ready, the weird kid teaching Samadhi at slumber parties while trying to make sense of being different. Almost a decade in formal healing training, a graduate of the Barbara Brennan Collage of Healing. Five years on a Chicago medical team, healing what Western medicine couldn't touch. In 2009 I received Evolutionary Energetics, yet discovering it and embodying it are completely different. I've done the messy work: dissolved my ego, healed my deepest patterns, trusted guidance I couldn't see when everything rational screamed not to. I'm not a guru with all the answers. I'm a real person who happened to be born remembering cosmic truth, walked the uncomfortable path of living it, and learned how to make it practical.

Raised with logic and science, I started as the ultimate skeptic. In my AI PhD program, I discovered that human vision and cognition is controlled hallucination; we literally make up reality. After years in software architecture and management roles leading organizational transformations, the pattern became clear: the consciousness of the leader creates culture, culture creates outcomes. I hit the truth: I was the limiting factor in every change initiative. Meeting Audree transformed everything as our opposite approaches unlocked something extraordinary. Through 100+ leadership trainings, we didn't create this work, we received it, download by download, in an unfolding evolutionary process. I've done the messy work: learned to trust direct experience over logic, followed guidance that made no rational sense. I'm not a guru with all the answers. My passion is the mechanics of creation. I'm the bridge between worlds, translating cosmic downloads into step-by-step practical tools.
