Why There's No Manual for Being Human

Audree: You know how
there's a difference between

Um, like fancy French cooking
and Tuscan family style.

Do you know the difference?

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: Like-

Michael: One when you don't get
food, the other one you do get food.

Audree: No.

It's like in, in, like at Le
Cordon Bleu, they, they-- When they

cut their carrots, each piece is
exactly the same as the other piece

There's a lot of food waste by-- PS
by the way, that's just a side note

But they, they cut all the vegetables,
like, in a little tiny squares.

You know, like, everything is, like,
super precision and precise, and a- all

every-- all the vegetables look the same.

Like, we have a neighbor that makes,
um, delicious chicken soup, and she,

she cuts the vegetables that way.

I like more Tuscan or more
earthy or more natural way.

Like

Which is how I cook.

I don't even peel the carrots.

I just wash them and ch-ch-ch-ch-ch.

Well,

Michael: they actually have the nutrients.

Audree: It's not about that.

And the skin.

It's just about how beautiful
the imperfection of life is.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: Like, it just, and
it just looks beautiful.

It's deep and rich, and the
pieces are bigger, and, uh,

uh, there's just this, like-

I don't know.

I was gonna say, oh, it's the difference
between abstract painting and traditional

painting, but it's not 'cause that's
not a good metaphor or example, but

So that's what I was saying when, when
you were turning the microphone on,

but I was like futzing with my mic

That's how I see this podcast.

It's like Tuscan style farm
to table or farm to fork.

Like, just natural.

Michael: Just natural.

Audree: Yeah.

Michael: Not trying to
pretend it's something else,

not trying to perfect- Right

not trying to machine and grade and s-
you know, systematize and sameness and-

Audree: Yeah

… Michael: consistency and-

Audree: And, and so, like you're,
like, I like sat down immediately.

I kinda knew we were gonna do a
podcast, so I just put my microphone on.

And I know I'm channeling
today, so I just put it on.

Michael: Yeah, I thought
we were channeling now.

And then you started talking, I'm like,
"Oh, I guess we're not channeling.

Audrey's talking.

Uh, must be a podcast going on."

Audree: The she, our, our
podcast that we listen to.

This is what everybody else listens to.

Michael: I don't think that's the same.

I think there was a…

I think the AI was trying to write
this, this email nurture campaign,

and he goes, "Well, you know,
what, what is the podcast about?"

And I'm like- Nothing … and I-

Audree: It's like the Seinfeld show

Michael: Seinfeld show.

Well, it, it- Nothing … it is.

It's, it's talking about- It's

Audree: a show about nothing.

… the

Michael: mechanics of creation and
our evolutionary journey through that,

through, you know, where we are in our
journey of, of evolution, um, applying the

mechanics of creation for our evolutionary
process for the betterment of our lives.

Audree: To inspire others
to go on the same journey.

Michael: Well, I think it, for me,
it's, it, you know, what I'm, what I'm

feeling into about what's emerging,
what's been emerging- Mm-hmm … I

don't know, we're on pod- podcast
60 plus or something like that.

And, um, and for me, it's this, number
one, just, just being really real

about the ups and downs of the journey.

And

You know, for, for me it's like, just
like, well, you know, why, why can't

we talk about this stuff, right?

And, you know- Mm … someone, someone
hears us talking about what's going on

with us and inspires them to, to be more
honest internally or with others around

them with what's going on with them.

Audree: Yeah, that's-

Michael: That, that's a way that,
that we're, we're really modeling what

taking ownership of our incarnation is.

Audree: Yeah, that when you said that, it
really hit my heart, like surprisingly.

I was like, "Oh, wow."

Michael: Yeah, that's what we're
actually doing, I, I've realized.

Right.

Like if anyone listening to
this actually makes like a

different choice in their life

Audree: Right, like a, the s-- even
the small little choices, like the

choice not to get into the drama

Michael: Or the choice to, to,
to not, not try to be perfect,

going back to your Tuscan cooking.

Well,

Audree: that's, that's
where I was getting at.

It's, it's kind of like for me, the
idea for the podcast was that we come

downstairs and we check in with each
other before we start meditating.

We sit in our living room with our
fluffy blankets, maybe open up the

window or the door or something, and

Like the shares that, that we, when we
check in with each other, the shares are

so, I wanna say rich and deep and real.

They're like Tuscan style family food.

It's like we're not trying to
cut the carrots a specific way.

We're just, we're just sharing.

Michael: We're, we're not trying to
maintain some sort of image of this as-

Audree: Or be pretty or, you know.

And it's like I, I feel like

Uh, and I'm not saying that
like, um, gourmet food is, is

not beautiful and delicious.

That's not what I'm saying.

I'm just saying it's that like real
and whole and, you know, there's this

beauty in it because that's what life is.

Life is not perfect.

Michael: Hmm.

Audree: Like you were…

I, I know I'm getting, or Michael's
daughter is getting married this weekend

and, and I'm getting a little crazy.

Michael: No you're not.

Audree: I'm trying to
find the perfect outfit.

You're not

Michael: getting a little crazy.

You're not trying to get a little crazy.

Audree: So, so what you don't
understand though, so this is like

bridging the gap between, between
cultures, and I think we talk about

this in the leadership training.

It, it's like building adapters,
and for me it's like, why is finding

the perfect outfit so important?

And this is why.

I have a much more, uh, my role
needs to be investigated within

the construct of the family
dynamics and, and traditions go.

If I wear something that is inappropriate,
it is gonna cause more ripples at

the wedding than, than it would upset
Scarlet for the rest of her life.

You have to understand that when you
get married, this is a day that is like

etched into your life and, you know,
you're like, "Oh, well they've been living

together," blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

But so what?

Like she could wear wh- she could wear
white to her wedding if she wants to.

You know?

So what that they've been
together for this long?

So what if they've been living together?

You know, most people live together
'cause it's a financial thing.

It's not, you know, because, you know,
they wanna have sex or whatever, you know?

It's, it's not about that.

So it's like all these other
traditions or cultural things that,

you know, demand certain things
like wearing white after Labor Day.

You know, all this stuff.

It's like-

Michael: I noticed you're
wearing your white pants.

You're in a little violation.

Audree: I was like, "Fuck it.

I'm wearing these pants"

Michael: You look good by the way.

Audree: After Labor Day.

We live in the area that
created that, that thing.

Anyways, so

It's im- so for me, you
know what I learned?

I ha- my Spidey senses were up,
so I googled s- stepmom, you know,

like, what are the requirements
of a stepmom at a wedding?

And it gave really good advice.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: Downplay everything about you.

Michael: See, I told you the
sparkle suit was no good.

Audree: No, you said it looked
really good and it wasn't good I

Michael: said it looked really good and
it wasn't a good fit for the, the event.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

But then I asked, I asked her daughter
and she said, "Oh, it's fine."

Like, she's been doing, "Oh, it's fine.

Oh, it's fine.

Oh, it's fine," and not
giving any real feedback.

Yeah.

So, you know, it's hard to read a room

Anyways, so it's good that I-

Michael: So you can see the mental
machinery involved in this, this

whole emotional machinery involved.

I think this is actually
a good little vignette-

Audree: Well, but it's-
… illustration … it's, it's necessary.

It's not like all mental machinery is bad.

Mm-hmm.

Because had I not-

Michael: Mm-hmm

… Audree: gotten a little bit
crazy about that, I wouldn't have

learned how, how to make the day
even better for your daughter.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Audree: And that's more
important than anything else

Yeah.

So it's like not, don't look
like the mother of the bride.

Mm-hmm.

Downplay everything.

Just be neat and, neat and tidy
and, and, you know, look elegant,

but not, you know, loud and-

Michael: Steal the s- steal the show.

Audree: Yeah, and steal the…

I mean, nobody's supposed to steal
the show from the bride anyways.

Mm-hmm.

That, that, I mean, everybody knows that.

Like, you don't wear white to a
wedding and all kinds of stuff.

But the, the stuff's,
it's really important.

So I don't know why I'm
going with this whole thing.

Michael: I don't know either.

I'm curious.

Audree: I think, I think so we're
talking about being perfect.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: Or, you know, you n- I, I'm
getting at you not wanting to turn on

your mic right away when you were talking.

So going back to the reason why I
wanted to do the podcast was that

we were sitting in these chairs, we
were talking with each other and just

sharing, and the shares were so profound.

Like, it's just Michael and I in
our relationship just being us.

Michael: Well, it is and it isn't.

So what's going on is that

You know, one of the, one of the metaphors
for the evolution of consciousness,

it, it's both a, a, a marathon or
astronaut training to withstand the

G-forces and the evolutionary pressures,
or a puzzle game to understand what

are the mechanics of consciousness.

It's an

Audree: escape room.

Michael: It's like y-
we're in an escape room.

So when we're sharing, it's not
like we're just talking about, you

know, blah, blah, blah, blah, right?

It's actually both of us, you
know, in, um, in, you know, in,

in, you know, if you look-- have,
uh, if you've ever done Google Ads

search campaigns, there's something
called high intent keywords, right?

Like s- so we're in a high
intent situation of evolution.

We're both highly committed to
evolutionary process, and because of

that, when we're sharing and talking
about, well, what's happening with our

evolutionary process Then that share holds
a transmission of whatever that insight

was that then activates the other person.

And so what we've seen with Audrey is
there can be this ping-pong flow back

and forth where I have an opening,
then that creates an o-- Then Audrey

processes that and then takes the next
step in the puzzle game, and then that,

then she shares and it comes back to me.

And so there's this-- We've
seen this many, many times.

This is a, a common event
where there's this kind of

ratcheting, unraveling process.

Um, and the same thing happens when
we're, we're teaching our classes and

holding our, uh, classes, advanced
classes with our students, where one

person has an insight and then somebody
else, you know, gets the same sort of

depth of insight, and then they open up.

And, you know, even going back
before-- I mean, this is actually

just a mechanic of creation.

I mean, I've seen this going back
to, you know, some retreat events I

was at, um, you know, decades ago and
where, you know, this personal growth

kind of environment and people were
trying to be authentic and share and

using certain techniques and stuff.

It was called Temenos.

It was r- uh, it's a beautiful format.

And, um, and what I'd see is that,
you know, one person would share,

and then another person would share.

And it's not just about
being vulnerable and open.

That's not what I'm talking about.

W-what happens is when people are speaking
to their direct kind of experience of, oh,

this is the mechanic f- I'm realizing this
now, that why that workshop format worked.

Somebody would speak to, "Oh, this is the
mechanic of creation operating in me."

And someone would say, "Oh yeah,
that's going on in me too."

Mm-hmm.

Not in the same way, sometimes in the
opposite way, sometimes in a variant

or, you know, in a different thematic.

But what happens is when we're, we're
sharing, um, these, these kind of

evolutions, this, this, this, uh, direct
experience through awareness, what that

does is-- I'm just getting this now.

I've never understood this mechanism
of creation, so you guys are hearing

it for the first time as a- am I.

Um, there's this, this activation
and, you know, and I think, you know,

my gratitude goes to, for this goes
to Brene Brown, who, you know, had

this beautiful, beautiful first book.

Um, I think it was called
"The Gifts of Imperfection."

And, you know, women's stories of
shame and, and, and really just

talking about, um, that there's these
core crippling, limiting emotions and

beliefs and thought patterns in our
system, which is, of course, you know,

the, the, the deviation and how we're
at allegiance to deviation and so on.

But this beautiful way about speaking
about that, speaking the truth

about it, has a liberating effect.

Audree: Right now, when you s-- right
before you started talking, I was

seeing this white glow around your head.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: With a very fine line
of blue next to your skin.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Well, I'm operating very differently.

Um, maybe this traces back to
what the share was this morning

that that didn't get captured-

Audree: Yeah

… Michael: live on the mic.

So we'll start with the, you know,
honest, you know, starting place,

which is, you know, I'm lying
in bed and the mind is going.

And there's, you know, at this
stage of the journey, the-- there's

this, um, really just incredibly
excruciatingly painful body sensation.

And at the same time, th-they aren't
as disturbing as they used to be.

It's just like, "Oh yeah.

Okay."

Audree: The thoughts aren't disturbing.

Michael: Not-- No, even the physical
sensation isn't as disturbing.

It's like, "Oh yeah."

Like, it feels like, you know, what
would've, you know, had me lying on

the floor crying in a puddle of tears.

You know, it's like,

" Audree: Oh yeah.

Okay."

Michael: Like, like it's just the,
the ability to withstand the, really

the assault of the, uh, the egoic
mind is, is-- I mean, that, that's--

So that's where I think we, we were
talking with Ashree about this.

It's not just like as if we're training
to run a marathon, and we're pushing

through the limitations of the mind
saying, "You can't do this, you

can't do this," and we keep on going.

It's not, it's not just that.

It's m- at, at this stage of the journey,
it's more like astronaut training, where

we're moving and accelerating through
all the limiting factors, all of them.

And so it's like, like astronaut
training to h- withstand G-force,

like, like the force, you know.

And so that's what it is.

It's like we're, we're not
just pr- building up endurance.

We're not just figuring
out the puzzle game.

We're not just developing the skill
in, um, uh, awareness to refine

our awareness to perceive the,
the, the truth of, of what's there

beyond the distortions of the mind.

It's not just that.

It's actually the ability to withstand

All the stuff we've piled down
throughout all of our incarnational

experiences throughout all of
our lifetimes is, is, you know, I

think we talked about this before.

It's like all the, all the stuff that was
pushed down because we couldn't handle

it, it has to come back up and out.

And so it's, it's being able to, you
know, how do you-- I mean, it took

lifetimes to put that in there, including
death events and all sorts of things.

So we need to be able to be in a, a
state of being to process all of that.

All of that out, it, it ca- went in
through our consciousness, it has to

come out through our consciousness.

Apparently, that's the mechanic.

I know, I know it kinda sucks,
and we wish, you know, there

could be some magic wand that just
kinda wipes it all away, but, uh,

apparently this is the way it works.

Because, a- and, and this is how it
has to work because as a, as a being of

consciousness, we created those choices.

We created the resistance to
those experiences, which is the

looping con to the deviation.

So it's our own choices.

It's the power, our own power that we used
to loop ourselves that we need to undo.

And so now we'll get to what, what was
happening this morning about the undoing

process and the, the miraculousness of it.

So there I was, waking up, the mind
going, body sensations, you know,

uh, you know, I'm trying to navigate
it like, "Okay, well, okay, let me

remind myself of whatever the current
practice is for this moment," and

there's some sort of mitigation.

And then, uh, and then a thought
came in my head about work, so

I'm like, "Wow, this is exciting."

And then I noticed I was standing
up walking already, and I'm like,

"Oh, okay, I guess I'm just up now."

Like, there wasn't a decision to get up.

It was just like the thought came
into head, and I was excited, and I

was started to walk to, to, you know,
begin my morning routine and, and go to

the computer and, and, and, you know,
fire up the AI to implement the idea.

And, uh And, uh, so it all
just happened spontaneously.

But meanwhile, you know, the, you
know, my state of being, it's, there's

still this, this conflict going on.

And I'm like, "Okay,
well, whatever," you know?

Well, I mean, I think that's where we
are right now is like the, there's deep

kind of processing activities going on.

At the same time, we're just conducting
our, our, our lives and moving about

things without, without, you know…

You know, we talk about
this live no matter what.

It's like, well, keep on going no matter
what the mind is doing, the body's

doing, the, and, and, and, uh, yeah.

So, so I finish my morning
routine, which is, you know,

includes a long shower and so on.

And in the shower, which is often
where I get my insights or, you

know, this is where I probably,
truth is, I ask for h- I'm just open

to, "Okay, what's going on here?

What's really going on?"

And I was feeling into my neck
and, you know, since the previous

night, my neck was excruciatingly
painful, like this stiff tightness.

There's a residue of it now.

I can feel it.

And it was just like this, like, like
almost like I couldn't move my neck.

It was so painful.

And I'm like, "Okay, well," you know, the
mind goes, "Oh, well, maybe you should

get Audrey to, to massage it," you know.

And, you know, "Maybe just not
just your neck, you know, your

back as well is really tight."

And, you know, and I'm going, like,
thinking, I go, "Wait, wait, whoop,"

like, "What, what voice is that?

What?"

And then I'm reminding myself
of what is my truth, which is

I'm the one creating my reality

The mind is creating the reality and I'm
the one choosing what the mind creates

And then, then what I, what I saw was, oh,
well, I'm just in this loop of struggle

Right?

I'm experiencing this thing and I wanna
use some awareness to get out of it, and

I'm, I'm just really in this struggle
loop and like, wait, why am I struggling?

And it's like, "Well, who am I?"

And then w- what happened, and,
and it's not like this happens--

It's a, uh, kind of at the stage
of completely repeatable process.

But what happened is, you know, I opened
up to my beingness, the, the light of

my being, the, the isness, the, the what
and who I am, and my heart just opened.

And what I, what I experienced that
moment is the awareness that the

mind is just crying out for help

The mind's been running this deviated show

Audree: Oh, we say the
mind wants to get caught.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: Like a thief.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: Or a serial killer.

Michael: Yeah, so this is a teaching that
she had given us repeatedly, and, and then

that came into my being, and it's like,
oh, the mind just wants to get caught.

It's just doing this pain in my neck,
this uncomfortable body sensation

in my stomach, this attack thought.

It's just doing this because
it's tired of being in this loop.

And my heart just opened up with love

And then every thing just got very soft

and everything just started
opening and easing and letting go

Audre Lorde has a, a sutra The mind wanted
to be God and in doing so forgot it was

Audree: I think the mind
doesn't wanna be separate

Michael: And what every
uncomfortable thing…

This-- A-actually, this is
actually very interesting.

There's a part I didn't share.

What I also saw was that

And I mean, this is true for me,
but it's true for all of us that

our incarnational experience

all the difficulty

all the challenge.

We're just a distributed network

of, of y-, of beings that the mind
is flowing through to wake itself up

And, and you know, if you look at it
from your individuated perspective,

we say, well, every difficulty,
every challenge, every triangle is

just an opportunity to purify into
the truth of what and who you are.

That's from the individual perspective.

But, and what I was- It's

Audree: a gift.

Michael: It's a gift, yeah.

Every, every get clear is a gift.

Every get clear is the
evolutionary journey.

It's not in trying to be in
high vibrational frequency.

You just use the high vibrational
frequency to do the purification.

Audree: And then the-

Michael: And then you just get-

Audree: And then you just be.

Michael: And then you just be
in the frequency 'cause- Yeah.

… that's- 'Cause that's- 'Cause
you've purified out of all of it.

Audree: 'Cause that's the
truth of what and who you are.

Michael: Yeah.

And so- Mm … so what I saw was
this, this actually, this not, you

know, as an individual, but as a,
as a collective, that we're all

part of this collective mind, and we
all have, you know, our individual

relationships with it, of course.

That's causing it to, uh, function
in a certain way, and that-

What we think is an individual journey
is actually the collective journey of

the mind to come back into alignment
with source consciousness, that

we're all part of a greater whole

And then how this ties in at a, at a
very, you know, kind of a, you know, a

direct experience level for me was when
we were talking about this podcast and

talking about you, the listener, my heart
was just open and flooding with warmth

For everyone listening to this

That there's something here

that you can use

That supports you in your
experience of life, supports

you in your evolutionary journey

Incomplete

Audree: Now I have spoken.

We watch too much Star Wars

I remember

When I was pregnant and I was trying
to read all these books on parenting

And it's like, you know,
you wanna do it right

And being human does
not come with a manual.

And that's what people are searching
for on YouTube, and they're searching

for by going to a teacher, and they're
searching for, um, just searching for.

And even in school, like, we
don't learn how to be human.

We learn math, we learn
science, we learn history.

We learn all these subjects.

We learn how to read, how to write, how to
spell, how to do math, add up, subtract.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: Don't learn how to be human,
which is the most important thing

Michael: Hmm.

You said something really important.

Audree: What?

Michael: There is no manual
for how to be a human being.

And folks, there never can be

It's not possible within
the mechanics of creation

Our teacher Bhagwan said, "The
only book that you need to read

for your evolution is
the book of your life

And

When you understand,

when you begin to say,
"What if it were true?"

That to understand what and who you
are as a human being is a marathon, is

a journey of skill development, is a
journey of opening awareness, of moving

to higher vibrational frequency, of being
able to withstand the, the, the forces

of evolution to move beyond the, really
the gravitational pull of the deviation.

Audree: The limitations.

Michael: The limitations.

Yeah.

When you understand the
evolutionary journey is that.

It's not a manual, it's a journey.

It's an unfolding

or a movement to your truth

So there never can be a manual

Audree: It reminds me of the leadership
training, taking people, teaching people

how to go from traditional organization
and building an evolutionary organization.

They wanted specific things.

Oh

Michael: my God.

Audree: It was like so vague.

Like we had this beautiful playbook.

We still have a beautiful playbook,
and we actually took that playbook

and put it into navigating your life.

Like it works for everything.

But they're like, "Well-

You know, we couldn't, w- we, we
can't give you specifics because each

circumstance, each experience is this
individualized, like, you know, you need

the generalized playbook, yet then you
have to have the, the awareness yourself

to, to map it to your unique experience.

And every experience
is gonna be different.

What's going on?

Michael: Oh, I'm totally vibing on this.

What I, uh, I'm just getting it now.

Audree: I'm gonna, I'm gonna let you talk.

Michael: Okay.

You're gonna look after
the bathroom situation?

It's okay.

It's authentic, Audrey.

No, I don't wanna be that authentic.

Yeah.

So, a struggle we had when we were
doing our leadership training is that

people would go, "Well, well just, you
know, just give me the step-by-step.

Tell me what to do."

And I go, "Well, we, we, we don't do that.

We give you a set of patterns."

And so, a-a-and you know, if you think
about the patterns, the patterns are there

for you to develop your own self-mastery
because that's the structure of creation.

Anything that says, you know, "Just do
it this way," it means that it's, it's

a mechanical defined solution, which is,
you know, fine for the deviation, fine

for, you know, very, very structured
things, um, m- that are well-ordered.

But that doesn't apply for,
you know, being a leader.

It doesn't apply for leading your life.

It doesn't apply for
navigating relationships.

Uh, what, what requires there
is, is, is like awareness,

awareness of what's going on

not just the level of, of, of underst-
uh, and, and being able to see what's

going on and understand the, the
mechanics and the forces driving it.

And so now, now I realize that, you
know, our leadership training was, was

operating on the exact-- I mean, of
course, of course it's that way 'cause

it's the training program we're on.

But it was operating on the exact
same principles, the exact same

structure mechanics, because those
are the mechanics of creation.

We need awareness.

We see the impact and the consequences.

We understand the complexity of
the situation, and we look for a,

a movement forward in that, whether
it's through inspiration or experiment

And, you know, even going further, you
know, we, we talked about this whole

evolutionary journey from moving from,
from, from being within, deeply within the

deviation to operating as, as, uh, really
as a, a creator consciousness creating

reality in alignment with all of creation.

That

There's no-- There's a step-by-step
journey, but there's no cookie-cutter

formula, and we've seen this with our
students where, you know, some people

kind of jump a few steps here, and
other people, you know, really, you

know, plateau at certain levels and
then have a breakthrough and, and, and

that there's, there's a uniqueness.

But while the overall

you know, journey may be the same,
the way people experience the

journey is, is very, very different

We can kind of think it like this.

Let's say there's, you know, two
cities and there are many, many,

many different roads that take you
from the one city to the other city

Uh, that's how life is set up.

And it's not like there's
this best journey.

N-no, no, because source consciousness,
we think about it, is about

individuality experience because
that's what makes life interesting.

Like, you don't wanna
watch the same movie again.

You know?

Why?

Why, why…

Well, well, well, you know, why would
source consciousness want the same

evolutionary journey for everyone?

You know, that doesn't
make any sense, right?

That's not, that, that,
that's not how it works.

So ev- we all have our own unique journey
of, of moving through this trajectory.

We are starting at different initial
conditions and different configurations

of, of, you know, very, you know,
vast depths of different, radically

different life experiences in
this lifetime and throughout our

whole incarnational trajectory.

And so, so of course, you
know, your evolutionary

journey is gonna be different.

Of course, your organizational
challenges are gonna be different

in your organization because
they're unique fingerprints.

So the only thing we can do to talk
about, you know, how do we move forward

this in a, in a way that's healthy and
beneficial for everyone, is to work at

the level of mechanics or principles
or patterns or, or, or structures

of, of, of, of really reconfiguring
our perception of the situation

to have some ability to act on it.

Audree: What did I miss?

Michael: Well, just to understood
why w- all, all of why we're doing

our leadership training the way.

It's actually the same structure as our,
our personal evolution because that's

the, just the mechanic of creation,
and it's all hinged on self-mastery.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: Right?

That, that it's actually i- in the,
in the complexity of creation, that

each situation is vastly unique.

Each of us are vastly unique, and we
have a completely different human design.

That with all this uniqueness, there's
no way to have a standardized approach.

It has to be a, a skill-based, and
that the s- the skills that we teach

in the leadership training, they're
all, really if you think about

it, they're all awareness skills.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: And awareness is the
primary mechanism of evolution.

It's like awareness to say, "Oh, this
is how I can start to navigate my world.

This is gonna nav- internally, externally,
and how I can start to look at the

world and see what's there with a,
with a more, more accurate prism."

Audree: Right.

So, like, we have this, this mapping
tool of how to solve every single

problem, and it's like s- it's
like, um, tactic strategy culture.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Right.

Audree: And how to look at each
s- each problem through the

tactical lens, the strategic lens,
and the, and the cultural lens.

Of course we can't give you the problem
because you're gonna have a million

issues going on every single day, and
every single experience is unique,

and every single situation is unique.

But we could tell you exactly how the
lens of which to look at what's going

on and, and how to solve the problem.

It's just that the, the, the
solution will emerge once you

do this, this, this, and this

Michael: You

Audree: know, usually the best way
to find the solution and take action

is when you're super clear and still-

Michael: Which means that the first- And

Audree: you're not freaking out

… Michael: which means the best
way is actually just to go

internal and do the work.

Audree: Right.

Michael: Yeah.

And if you don't know how to do
that, then get the tools and-

Audree: Right.

Michael: So like- If you're
stuck, then get, get support

… Audree: let's go back to, to the wedding.

It's like I've had to do a lo- I- it's
actually been really, really beautiful

because I've been clearing so many
family issues and issues with belonging,

like just me in general belonging.

Michael: Oh, and doing the right thing,
and being proper in how people are

perceiving it, and that's what I see.

Audree: A- and guess what?

Being proper and doing the
right thing hasn't gone away.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: That's the beautiful thing.

I'm still gonna do the same things.

I'm just not doing it from a place
of survival or from this place of, of

having an emotional charge or trigger.

Like, I'm just doing it, like my heart
is open and I'm super, super clear.

And then it's like- … oh,
this is the right thing to do.

Oh, a- all of a sudden, like
a, a different outfit came-

Mm-hmm … came through because-
Mm-hmm … I was just clear and I

just- Yeah … found these pants that
I, I like love and they look good.

And then all of a sudden the…

And the, I got angry at you
'cause I wanted to wear…

I have, I bought this power jacket.

So cool.

I love this.

Michael: It's awesome.

Audree: It is awesome, and I
feel so good when I'm wearing it.

And I'm, and I wanted to wear it for
the wedding, and you told me not to.

It's too powerful, like for your family.

If I walked in wearing that outfit,
it would've been too powerful.

Michael: It works with
the red pants, though.

Audree: I know, right?

And, and, and it looks so good.

Mm-hmm.

And I feel good in it.

Like, I already had found an
outfit that was appropriate

and I felt good in it, but-

I really wanted to wear my new jacket

Michael: Yeah.

Yeah.

That's what it's all about, eh?

A-

Audree: and- Which

Michael: is perfect

… Audree: and I'm not gonna … I'm,
I'm … 'Cause I h- I had to go through so

There's so many times in my life, oh my
God, where I was told to tone it down.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: I was told I'm too powerful.

Tone it down.

I remember, um, a colleague of
mine at work sat down and said,

"Audrey, you're too powerful.

You need to tone it down.

You're threatening our boss, and
that's why she doesn't like you,

and she's about to fire you.

Not 'cause you're not br- brilliant
or really good at what you do.

It's you're too good, and you're
overshadowing her and everybody else."

And I was just being me.

Like, I was so happy to come into work.

I was so happy that I
was being successful.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: And, and, and it was
like this, uh, a smackdown

And, um, I mean, even in my family,
like my whole family is, you know,

dark hair and brown eyes, and I was
blonde hair and blue eyes, and I looked

like Shirley Temple when I was little.

And I was just getting attention and love.

And, and at the same time, it,
it's also this, well, why do

you need that much attention?

I'm not saying a child, but I'm
just, uh, like going back and

feeling this needing to belong.

Mm.

Needing to survive, and the
mechanism underneath that.

When that goes away, you're just
shining, and you're shining brightly.

Mm.

And it's, uh, it's, uh, as bright and
brilliant as it is, it's not hurting

anyone because the, the stuff underneath
it that's, that emerges, it's like

the, the mucky stuff that emerges
through that shine doesn't hurt anybody

And, you know, everybody feels everything

You know?

It's, it's like the situation
or the event is not about you

And when you can clear all
that stuff underneath it of

being in the room, being with your family,
all the family dynamics, and if you

can clear everything before the event,
then you just walk into the event and

you're smooth and clear, and you're, you
know, you're shining, but everybody else

is shining, and, you know, and you're
really clear about why you're there and,

and how you're interacting with people

Especially at a wedding.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: The wedding is about the, the
couple and just celebrating their love.

Like, I was able to actually feel
into their relationship, and I f-

I, I was able to feel so much love.

Oh my God.

And how, how amazing they feel together,
and how they uplift each other.

Like, not all the other stuff.

I just felt this pure, pure…

Like, they're so happy.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: And maybe they're happy
'cause they moved out of the

city that they both grew up in.

I don't know, but it's like they,
they just have this brilliant future

ahead of them, and that's what I was
feeling, and the love that they have

for each other and the support, like
this really tenderness between them

You know, I was, um, writing a cover
letter for a re- Mm-hmm … for

a, a, a job application

And I realized this whole entire
exercise about looking for a

job has been so good for me.

And I started to realize,
like, what, what am I?

Who am I?

And I've known this before, but
it was just coming through in this

really beautiful way, is that I
see the brilliance of others, and

all I wanna do is uplift them.

And I wanna do that for myself as well.

So there's this…

When I do it for others,
I can do it for myself.

When I do it for myself,
I could do it for others

And it wasn't coming from
fear-based or survival-based.

There was no jealousy or envy.

There was just this real pureness
coming through, and I was able

to explain it in a cover letter

And how important that
is to the organization.

Mm-hmm.

It's, you know, it's part
of feeding the organization.

You're feeding and you're nurturing
and supporting your people, and they

in turn support the evolutionary,
uh, purpose of the organization.

And how important…

I mean, that's, you know, how do you
sur- not survive, but how do you be

sustainable success or how do you
have sustainable success- Thrive

through that?

Right?

It's not, here's the thing

It's not that you change what you
do, it's the underlying, like, th-

the thing underneath of why you do
what you do that changes and shifts.

Your perception shifts.

The actions might stay the same.

Michael: Or they may be
completely different.

Audree: Maybe, yeah

Michael: I w-wanted to say something
and then I was feeling into it.

I could feel it and I'm like, "What?

What's that?"

And I went deeper and deeper.

So I've had like a massive amount of
stuff purified out of my field in the last

two minutes while you've been talking.

Audree: Very good.

You're welcome.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: I love our work.

Michael: So I think that she asked this
question, I go, "Well, you know, you know-

Actually this, uh, if you look
at the, uh, Matrix, the movie, uh

Matrix 2, you know, at the very end
where Neo's all, you know, to the

point of being defeated after this
massive battle with Agent Smith.

And then Agent Smith's going, "Why?

Why do you keep on fighting?

Why do you keep on persisting?"

And he goes, "'Cause I choose to."

Right?

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: And it's kinda like this final
dramatic moment, and, and, um, a- and

really choice is what it's all about.

It's what are we saying yes
to within our incarnation.

That's eventually what

Reprograms the whole mind,
uh, to stop the destructive

patterns Well, it's like choosing

Audree: to do it without pain and
suffering, choosing to not have

limitations, choosing to be at peace.

Michael: Well, choosing to go on
the journey to get to those things.

You can't choose those things.

Well- There's no … You can't
just, like, choose peace.

I mean, it's not like-

Audree: But you, but there's some- You can

Michael: choose to … You
can say- There's some-

"I want this."

Audree: Yeah.

" Michael: And I'm gonna do
what it takes to get there."

Exactly.

That's what the evolutionary journey is.

That's what I mean.

But you can't just choose it.

Audree: Mm-mm.

Michael: Yeah.

So I was going somewhere with this.

Um.

Audree: Well, do you need
to think for a moment?

'Cause I could say something.

Michael: Uh.

Audree: Go ahead.

Michael: Just hold on.

Audree: I'll, I'll let you go.

Michael: It's there, but I, I can't
express it, so you can go ahead.

Audree: Okay.

Michael: And we're also,
we're also coming up on time.

Audree: Yeah.

So I'll just say really quick, it's, you
know, we come back to which wolf are you

gonna feed, and we all kinda know this.

Which wolf are you going to feed?

Michael: Well, you may not know it's
a fractal, where you, you answer this

question and make choices at first
at level five and then level 10, and

it changes as you go on the journey.

Mm-hmm.

But the pattern's the same.

Audree: And there's little
teeny-tiny things that you can do.

It's, you know, you could choose
what content you're gonna consume.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: You could choose what
music you're gonna listen to.

You could choose

… Michael: Oh, I know what it was.

Audree: Go ahead.

Michael: Okay.

So-

We were in a training session with
the Shi the other day, and, uh

And they're like, "Well, M-Michael, you
know, like, when you look at it from,

like, a external material perspective,
like, you know, your, y- you know,

your whole life is, is, is in, in
a way com- coming-- crumbling, and

there are fracture lines everywhere,
and, you know, it's kinda like the…

You know, like why, why are
you still pursuing this path?"

Something like that.

I'm not sure if I'm
getting this quite right.

But, but I we- I went very deep into
my being and, and the, and I had a

detailed response, but the-- I'll just
give the gist of it here, which is that

There is no alternative

that when we actually begin to

do the experiments.

You know, I say that I'm an engineer
and experimental scientist, and I've

been applying scientific principles
on the mechanics of creation when we

actually run the experience and assess

Truth

with direct experience

Every mechanic of creation
has been proven to be true.

And when our actions are governed by
the mechanics of creation, that way

of functioning is completely different
from what the programming of life,

the deviation, everything else says.

And this is kind of like the, the
whole thing is, is are we gonna give

our allegiance to the programming,
the conditioning, the deviation,

or are we gonna give it to the
direct mechanics of creation, not

knowing where that will take us?

Which is why, you know, a core, core
phrase is trust the process, right?

Or we could say trust the
mechanics of creation.

And when we trust our own direct
experience, we trust the mechanics

of creation, that is the evolutionary
journey that allows us to move beyond

all the limiting factors, all the
allegiances, all the conditioning, all

of that is not true of the, the untruth
of, of the lies of our being, which is

the matrix we're born into, allows us
to move into the truth, into the light

That's why trust the process.

And it's not about trust me, it's
not about trust Audrey, it's not

about trust the transmission.

It's about trust your own direct
experience and make your choices based on

the mechanics of creation you validated in
direct experience, not the conditioning.

And when that switches in your
being, the evolutionary journey

reaches an inevitable conclusion

In truth

Audree: And it's a requirement now

I, you, when you say this, what reminds
me of when I first met you and after,

you know, I went with you to Chicago,
I audited your class, I sat inside the

class, and I, I was looking around saying,
"Oh my God, I'm in my life purpose."

I knew it.

And I went back to California, and I
put my things in storage, and I packed

a suitcase, and I went to Toronto.

And I remember how terrified

Like I was like, m- the mind
is like, "What are you doing?

Why, why, why you took me, you know,
so many years to get to California?"

Michael: Oh, 'cause you were in truth.

Audree: Yeah.

Michael: And the truth was powerful
enough to pull, pull you through

all the conditioning, all the
distortions- All of it … all the mind.

Audree: All of it.

And just show up on your doorstep
with a, with a, a suitcase.

Michael: Oh my God.

You know what I just got?

Audree: What?

Michael: Sorry, do you wanna keep going?

Audree: No.

Michael: Okay.

The, uh, the truth will set you free.

Audree: Oh.

Michael: It sure will.

And what, what I just got
is it's not like the truth.

It's like all the little truths
that you give your allegiance to

are the-- I'm just seeing this now,
are the salve, are the mechanic that

takes you on an inevitable journey

So trust the process
means trust the truth.

Trust the truth of your direct
experience because that truth

is what will set you free.

That truth is what will allow you to
move when you give your allegiance to

your direct experience to move beyond
the limiting factors, to move beyond

All the stuff that can hold you down

Audree: Right.

Michael: I have spoken

Incomplete

Audree: Man, these podcasts
are really helpful for us

Michael: Yeah

Audree: Good that we're doing them.

Gotta talk it out

Well, feels like we're finished.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Let's take three minutes

Thank you for joining us.

Let's be evolutionary

I was born with mystical gifts I learned to hide from a world that wasn't ready, the weird kid teaching Samadhi at slumber parties while trying to make sense of being different. Almost a decade in formal healing training, a graduate of the Barbara Brennan Collage of Healing. Five years on a Chicago medical team, healing what Western medicine couldn't touch. In 2009 I received Evolutionary Energetics, yet discovering it and embodying it are completely different. I've done the messy work: dissolved my ego, healed my deepest patterns, trusted guidance I couldn't see when everything rational screamed not to. I'm not a guru with all the answers. I'm a real person who happened to be born remembering cosmic truth, walked the uncomfortable path of living it, and learned how to make it practical.

Raised with logic and science, I started as the ultimate skeptic. In my AI PhD program, I discovered that human vision and cognition is controlled hallucination; we literally make up reality. After years in software architecture and management roles leading organizational transformations, the pattern became clear: the consciousness of the leader creates culture, culture creates outcomes. I hit the truth: I was the limiting factor in every change initiative. Meeting Audree transformed everything as our opposite approaches unlocked something extraordinary. Through 100+ leadership trainings, we didn't create this work, we received it, download by download, in an unfolding evolutionary process. I've done the messy work: learned to trust direct experience over logic, followed guidance that made no rational sense. I'm not a guru with all the answers. My passion is the mechanics of creation. I'm the bridge between worlds, translating cosmic downloads into step-by-step practical tools.
