2026-09-08 E65 Don't Do It Scared. Clear It First.
Michael: So I was saying to Audrey
Actually, it was actually
after that that triggered this.
I'll go back to that.
But the, the, the spark
is this concept of
The mind is not the enemy
The mind is an aspect of your being
that is the thing that is
programming your reality
And the way the mechanics of creation
work is that energy cannot be destroyed.
It can only be transmuted.
So when you put those two things together,
the mind operating in a low frequency
state and creating the life you don't
want, et cetera, et cetera, it's not
about getting rid of the mind somehow
or getting rid of the monkey mind.
I mean, there's all this
really nonsense talk of that.
Um, when we actually look at the
mechanics, it's about the mind coming
to peace, coming to wholeness, coming
to unity consciousness, coming to
the understanding what it is and its
true function, ending the separation.
And that, that requires a transmuting the
lower frequency structures that are within
the mind Which of course in our physiology
is through our neurotransmitters in
our-- within the brain structure itself
that, um, that keeps this anchored.
So there's a physical component,
there's an energetic component, and
it's, it's, it's attuning and seeing
those, those places where the mind is
going to lower frequency structures
and, and healing those and bringing
them back into alignment with, with
unity, with higher frequency and so on.
So there's no, there's no
getting rid of the mind.
There's a, there's a, there's a loving
and of a healing of the mind back to
wholeness, just as the way, you know,
so many people have experienced this,
you know, protocol of, you know, this
lost aspect of our being and, you know,
we hold it and we love it and so on,
which is n-not exactly what one does at
this stage of evolution, but it, it's
a good metaphor to, to, to show that
the, the fractal of, of healing at the
beginning of the journey is the same
fractal of, of structure at the end.
That there's a, there's a-- The
mechanics of creation don't change as
you progress on the evolutionary journey.
The, the, the, the nature as one moves
in the journey level by level, stage by
stage, that the actual structure doesn't
change, but the, the experience of it,
the quality of it, the, the description
of it, um, does change because, uh,
we're t- experiencing uniqueness at
each, each step along the journey.
So that's the, the kind of the
key kinda news headline is that
it's, it's, it's the mind is you.
Love the mind that's creating
the, you know, the, the challenge.
That's actually the way through.
And I'm not saying like right now
you should love your mind 'cause, you
know, it's not, it's not possible.
You're, you're just starting to
see how all the destruction and the
damage, that's the starting place
for, you know, we're, we're-- or even
the middle place for, or even close
to the end place for the journey.
Audree: Right.
Becoming aware of the, the two
aspects or the two sides of the mind.
You know, the, the mind that says, "Eat
the ice cream," and then the mind that
criticizes you for eating the ice cream.
Um, you know, it reminds me of Ramana
Maharshi when he had that experience
before he, he, uh, the experience that
led him to pop open into an enlightened
state of being was that he had this
overwhelming fear of death to the point
where he just laid in his, in his room
and he, like, pretended to die, and
the m- the mind was going crazy and,
you know, about the fear of death,
you know, this unreasonable fear.
And so he started saying,
"Well, who is that?
That's the mind."
And we've been on this journey for,
you know, all summer really With the
mind, you know, it's like the mind is
the last thing that transforms in the
evolu- on the evolutionary journey.
And really just being with the
mind and examining like, why do
you wanna have negative thoughts?
Like when you, when you have
that awareness that you're
just watching the mind
And that also brings me to the fact
that there's so many of our students,
this is when we're in the corporate
training, when we were doing the
leadership training around the world.
So many people would come up to me and
say, "Audrey, I ju- I can't meditate.
My mind just goes crazy,
and it takes me for a ride."
And it's that very sense of, well, then
your mind is controlling all aspects
of your being, and it is the one that
is, uh, that is sabotaging, that's
creating the pain and the suffering.
And so you could just, you know, close
your eyes and start to become aware
of the thoughts that are in your head,
and then ask it the question: Why?
Mm.
Why, why do you have the negative
thought about this subject or this
person or, or even your very own being?
I mean, it is an aspect of who
you are as an incarnated being.
So why is it so mean?
Yeah.
Like, you know, that's-
Michael: Right, and this is where the,
you know, really actually the, the, the
tools come in, 'cause, you know, what,
you know, what people learn on this, this
path is that, you know, the mechanisms,
the models, the tools to say, "Well, how
do I become aware of when I'm dropping
into lower frequency functioning?"
And looking at the, the thoughts,
the mind, and what's happening in the
mind is one of those, those layers.
There's like- After you
Audree: s- It, there-
After you do the body work.
After- Well,
Michael: well, there's about,
there's seven layers anyone can
look at for, to key off well.
Yeah.
Am I dropping into low frequency?
I'm
Audree: just saying that
we're at the mind stage.
Michael: Yeah.
Well, well, I'm just going back to
the beginning and- Yeah ⦠and saying
like, you know, in all those markers
of have I dropped into low frequency,
that's when you use the tools.
That's when you say, "Oh, there's
a disturbance in my field.
I can, I can use the tools.
I can clear this out of my system
and, um, you know, m- mitigate
the disturbance that's here now."
And what I was really going to is,
you know, everybody, you know, at
some level has this understanding
that y- the frequency you're
operating at throughout your day is
what's creating your life, right?
The frequency is a reflection of the,
kind of the diet the mind is operating
in that's cr- generating your reality.
And, and so what we're looking at, not
just in the mind, but within our, you
know, physiology and what's happening
and all the other layers is, you know,
what frequency am I operating at, right?
Am I operating in low frequency,
which is the, the negative
thoughts or positive dialogue?
You know, that's why- You know, when
I was, you know, learning about,
you know, consulting and working
with organizations, there's one idea
called, you know, solution mode, right?
You know, is the team-- Are the people
in solution mode where they're all
working together to find the solution?
They're not complaining about the past.
They're not having
interpersonal arguments.
They're focused to work together as a
group, and they're in solution mode of
like, "Oh, how do we solve this problem?
How do we move this situation forward?"
Right?
And if you look at solution mode,
what's contained in there and implied
in there and required of being in
solution mode is that people are in
positive-- are thinking positive thoughts.
They're thinking
solution-oriented thoughts.
And so this is where, you know, this is
like the first kind of measure of where
you're functioning right now and what is
there to shift in your being to shift from
less negative dialogue, less negative body
sensations and negative emotions to more
positive dialogue, more positive emotions,
more y- you know, um, you know, wellness
in your being, less disease, right?
And so what we're seeing here is like
everyone on the journey can look at, well,
what's going on within-- with just, with
awareness, just a little bit of awareness.
What's happening?
Or even our advanced students can do this.
They can look right now, what
is happening with my diet?
Throughout my day of where I'm operating.
And they have m- tools for
this, so they can use them.
But, you know, if you're not f- familiar
with those tools, you can just go,
you know, "What's happening with my
thoughts and what are my emotions?"
And so on.
Um, but, you know, you can look at
it, and then that's the work, right?
And if you're happy with that
diet of, or that mix of negativity
and positivity, and your life is
good enough, then you're good.
You don't need to evolve.
If you're looking at it going like, "Eh.
Oh, this is why I'm experiencing
stuckness in my life.
This is why I'm experiencing limitation.
Oh, it's 'cause of this negativity.
Ah, okay, well, I wanna work on that now.
That's my, you know, my, my
evolution backlog to create
a new reality for myself."
And it doesn't e- you know, and at
some level, it's not even about even
the changing the external world.
It's just about changing your internal
experience of what is your day like.
Doesn't mean, you know, necessarily
you're gonna, you know, change your
job, but, like, maybe you'll actually
just enjoy being there because you're
not filled with all this negative talk.
Maybe you're actually gonna enjoy the
relationship because you're not worried
so much about changing the other person.
So, you know, all of that
will change when you change.
But the, the first step is
not about trying to change the
outside, it's changing the inside.
It's changing how we interpret
the events coming at us.
And, you know, we call
it, like, rise above.
Rise above all the negativity 'cause we're
swimming in this ocean of negativity.
So that's the, the work for
everyone at every stage of the
journey, is what's my diet?
What's my frequency?
What's myâ¦
What, what am I creating for myself today?
Audree: I-- And it also goes deeper.
It's, you know, what type of
music are you listening to?
What TV shows are you watching?
You know, what are you consuming on
Facebook or whatever social media?
You know, is it negative
or is it positive?
And, and I think in the beginning
and at the end, this is the
beginning and the end, you know?
Like- The
Michael: beginning, the
middle, and the end.
Audree: Yeah.
It's just noticing Like, and not beating
yourself up when you s-see the negativity.
You know?
The-- I think that that is also
then the negative thoughts.
Then, you know, it has that negativity
has something to latch onto.
You see, we are so inundated
with this looping consciousness
of lower vibrational frequency.
And, you know, for some people, looking
at it energetically is not a good idea.
So, because then the mind goes,
"Oh, it's this weird woo-woo
frequency energy stuff."
So, which is also a negative
thought, by the way.
Um, it's just, it's just
really just noticing.
Just noticing the thought
pattern itself, you know?
And if you wanna go deeper, what's
underneath that thought pattern?
Like, what is it activating
within your being?
Is it activating a fear-based reaction?
Is it r- you know, uh, uh, is it bringing
up, um, frustration or anger consistently,
or disappointment or sadness?
And it's, you know, we're not avoiding
these aspects or, or these, um, emotions
or, you know, some people th- Well,
you know, your whole identity is
wrapped around a political situation.
Michael: Or an illness.
Audree: And it, and itâ¦
Or what?
Michael: Or an illness.
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: Or a relationship or-
Audree: Right.
You know, and it, and it's just
fueling and motivating you.
Then go into, go into that.
Like, why is it motivating you that way?
What is it doing to your internal system?
You know, it could, it could be lighting a
fire under your ass to get something done,
and it's also creating a lot of damage.
So, I think what happens is that, you
know, the mind will then go in and
start to tell you, you know, "We're
just trying to exist," you know.
"We're just tr- I'm just
trying to help you," you know.
It's like that elevator moment
where, "I'm your best friend."
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: Um, you know-
It's, it w- you know, it, I think the mind
has this point to it where it thinks that
if you do this work, it's going to die.
You're not going to exist
anymore, and that is not true.
What happens is that
Michael: when- Become more you than ever.
Audree: Yeah.
It's when the mind quiets down,
there's this stillness point.
There's a point or a space of
stillness, of quiet, and then
the mind can shift and turn.
And there's a lot more to that,
that there's, there's a rewiring
that happens in your brain.
Your, your chemicals, your-- and your
physiology begin to shift and change.
And so what happens over time is that
when you're doing this work, the minute
you go into a negative thought or
there's any sort of lower vibrational
frequency, you recognize it quicker, and
it doesn't feel good in your body anymore.
And I think that that's theâ¦
You know, it's almost like, you know,
you know you ne- you need to change how
you're eating, and then all of a sudden
one day you're eating something and
you don't feel good after you eat it.
And it's like, then you eat it again
and you don't feel good after eating it.
And then at some point your body just
simply and effortlessly rejects the food.
It's like, "Oh yeah, the last time I
Michael: ate that I didn't feel good."
Or
Audree: immediately you think about
eating the food and then you start to
get this sick feeling in your body.
It's the same way.
It's like those are the mechanics
of transformation, really the
mechanics of transformation
if you start to break it down.
So the key is awareness.
It's always awareness first.
Michael: Funny, funny how it
keeps on coming up as the primary
mechanism of evolution again,
and again, and again, and again.
Oh, well, you know, fun fact, 'cause, you
know, that is actually the truth of who
you are, is that awareness ultimately.
Anyway, so, uh, I was gonna say something.
Yeah, so, so yeah, one of my favorite
movies, um, actually, I mean, I think
this is John Mark Stroud made this call
as one of his waking up to the movies is
"Revolver," which is, which is fairly-
Audree: It's extremely violent- Which
Michael: is, which is-
⦠Audree: PS by the way.
Yeah.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: I, I, I don't-- I won't
watch it- Uh, I, I- ⦠even
though it's such a good movie- Yeah
for-
Michael: I, I've watched it, I
don't know, like eight, 10 times.
I, I don't know.
So, so I think I've got
Audree: most of the movie memorized.
If you, if you're going to watch it,
watch it the, the waking up to the movies-
Yeah ⦠way where they stop the movie
and- Yeah ⦠make spiritual commentary.
Michael: So what I will say- Or evol--
Audree: I won't-- I'm
gonna say- There, there-
evolutionary commentary-
Yeah ⦠not spiritual.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Michael: So, well, first of all, I was
gonna put the caveat that there are
some things in there that are incorrect,
like perceiving the mind as the enemy
and so on, and, and which is not true
'cause we're loving and healing the mind.
That's kind of the, the main
headline of this whole thing.
Oh,
Audree: yeah.
If you- So- ⦠if you reject
or don't like something or
think something is the enemy-
Michael: What you resist-
⦠Audree: must persist.
Yeah.
So,
Michael: so, you know, with that huge
caveat there- Yeah ⦠there are some
extraordinary valuable teachings.
And the one that, um, that I was leaning
into and really tapping into yesterday
in my journey, um, I was looking at uh,
the, the places in my li- one place in
my life where I was stuck, where I was
not following instructions even though
I knew they were good for me, where
I didn't want to listen to authority,
and where I felt a sense of overwhelm.
And this took me back to early childhood
imprints and, you know, possibly beyond.
And, um, and so what, what I was leaning
into from the movie "Revolver" is that
When there's something that's correct
for you to do and, and your mind says,
"No, no, no, I don't wanna do that,"
your feelings, your emotions say,
"No, no, no, I don't wanna do that,"
that is the thing to work through
That is the thing to work through.
That is the mechanic that
is there for your liberation
And so what-- why this was so important
for me is like, I'm like, "Oh,
wait, this is correct for me to do."
And I have this sense
of I don't wanna do it.
And I'm like, "Okay, well, that
sense of I don't wanna do it is
the limiting factor in my being."
And, and so there's this, this aspect
of, of in the, the movie of will
you use, you know, your perceived
enemy of I don't wanna do this to
defeat the kind of the real enemy.
It's not really the enemy.
It's more like this is the evolutionary
mechanism is that when we work through
the, the, the, the mind saying, "No,
no, no, no, don't do this thing,"
that's trying to stop us from doing
what's actually beneficial and good and
needed and correct in our life, right?
And, you know, th- this is predicated on
you actually know what that is, right?
And, you know, it could
be a message from spirit.
It could be, you know, anything.
It could be this deepâ¦
You know, it could be your, you know,
your human design system lighting up
with a sacral firing or, you know,
or, you know, it could be anything.
Audree: Right.
I, I think, I think it's really
good here to put a, like a
little warning note on here.
It doesn't mean to go into a
toxic relationship or a toxic
workplace or do something that
could be harmful to your body.
That's not what we're talking about here.
So, I'm gonna go back a little
bit and, and just talk about like
the d- more about the details.
So, Michael was guided in a channeling
session to, uh, look for, uh, a
job outside this organization,
like to, to further his career.
And he hasn't been doing that.
Like, he starts to do it, and then he,
and then he stops doing it, and he gets
distracted, and he does something else.
And so this is very specific guidance
from a highly already validated
source of c- of information that
we've been following for a long time.
So we already know through validation,
through experience over time that, that
the channeling, the messages within
the channeling are always correct.
They're always ri- spot on, and we've
validated this over and over again.
So, you know, they're saying,
"Hey, Michael, it's time for you."
You know, first it was get your CV
ready and, and do all that work.
Not look for a job, but just go through
the exercise, 'cause it was very
important for Michael to take full
ownership and responsibility of w- who
he is, what he's been doing, what his
background is, his, all of his experience,
you know, pulled into one place.
It's a-- I recommend this
exercise for everybody.
Um, then
Oh, uh, you know, like a few months
later, they said, "Okay, now it's
time for you to start looking forâ¦"
You know, they didn't
say, "Go look for a job."
It was more specific.
Anyways, I don't remember
exactly the word.
Michael: It, it, it's a, it's a very
complex trail of, like, suggestions,
possibilities, clear guidance, and
then, and then I think- And then-
I think one time- ⦠we told you
Audree: this and
Michael: you kind of, yeah ⦠one, no, I
think, I think really what landed for me
is like, you know, they're like, "Okay,
well, look, why don't you look at where
we're giving you guidance for what to do
and they, where you're not following it?"
Mm-hmm.
And I'm like, "Oh-" Mm-hmm.
"⦠busted."
Right?
Audree: And they specifically s- ⦠they
specifically said that, that there's,
there's a, a rhyme and a reason for
you- Oh ⦠looking for a position
outside this company, and it was, it was
Michael: about-
Audree: It was
Michael: about, about having,
connecting with networks and, like,
there were, there were a number
Audree: of things.
And growing- Yeah ⦠and evolving
and being supported financially by,
by, you know, and not being, you know,
being an entrepreneur- Yeah ⦠and
doing this work is very difficult.
Uh, it, it, it just, you know, you, you
gotta have a, you gotta have cash flow.
You have to have some k- sort of
base camp that you could stabilize
your whole entire being financially
to be able to start a business.
So, and, and we've been a s- in
startup mode for a very long time.
So that being said, like, Michael's
not fol- like, he, he f- he follows
it and he, and he gets excited, and
it's, and, and the exercise alone
of looking for, for a position is a
great exercise to do just for anybody.
And then, and then he gets distract-
not distracted, but then we start
working on our work, which is also super
exciting and fulfilling life purpose.
And, you know, we love what we do
and putting this work out into the
world, and we love creating together.
So we've been on fire doing that,
and, and then h- and then he just,
you know, goes in that direction
and, and stops paying attention.
So a series of events happen, nothing
serious, but, um, you know, kinda like
his, his dad poking at him a little bit.
And so we're like, "Well, what,
what's really going on here?"
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: And, and so we're talking
about, like, what i- what's happening.
Like, you know, why am I creating a
situation where my dad's poking me?
Like, what, what am I
supposed to learn here?
What am I growing through?
W- you know, like, what's, what
is the external reality and,
and how can I grow further?
Those are the questions that
Michael's been asking himself.
And while we were sitting down talking
about this, the crows started crowing
And if for some of you, um, that don't
really know me, even the ones that do
know me, I don't talk about this much.
I, I do-- I read tarot cards.
I've been reading them since I was nine.
Um, so
The crows were crowing and I was like,
"Oh, I have this crow tarot deck."
So I go and I run to the other room
and I get it, and I'm like, "Okay, I'm
gonna give you a reading, Michael."
And sure enough, in the reading
It said, you know, that you're not
listening to your, the guidance.
What you're, you know, you are not paying
attention to the guidance, and this
is kind of, like, what you're missing.
You know, the thing I like about tarot
cards is they kind of validate what's
already going on, and, and they can
also deepen into exactly, like, what
your block is, what your obstacle
is, like, what you need to work on.
The tarot cards are not
gonna tell you your future.
The tarot cards are there to kind
of reveal to you what's hidden.
What, what are you missing?
Or just a fast, easy way to-
Michael: Yeah ⦠to
Audree: kind of, kind of- For those who
Michael: know our work- ⦠trail
through ⦠it's a, it's a way,
um, to listen to the system.
Audree: Yes.
Michael: To create a directed
channel for guidance.
And you don't have to use tarot cards.
You could open a book to a random page
and see what word pops out to you.
You listen to music.
You can, you know- Yeah ⦠go, you
know, p- randomly place a song and r-
you know, notice what the lyrics are.
You can, you know, you know, go
for a drive and see what you see
that you've never seen before.
Like, it's, it's really- A spirit
walk ⦠the uni- universe.
Look- Is always talking to you
you're, you, you are the creator of
your reality, and you're, you're c-
as that, you want to, if y- there's
a yes in your being to evolution, the
signals will be there, provided you
say yes to getting the signals and
you're yes to receiving the signals.
I- Then it all opens up.
That's why Audrey can do this with
cards, you can do it with whatever,
because she's a yes- Oh, I could
Audree: do
Michael: it with whatever
to listening and a yes to being open.
Audree: I remember one time I was driving-
Oh, you're lighting up ⦠down the
road, and I was thinking about something.
It was, like, some kind of situation,
and literally I stopped at a stop
sign, and there was somebody having a
conversation, I think, on the phone.
And they, and answered my question.
Mm-hmm.
Like, it was so bizarre.
And then I remember one time we were
with, um, our son, um, and we were at
the sushi restaurant, and literally
we were talking about something, and
another table was having a conversation
and literally either talking about
the same thing or answeringâ¦
I, I don't remember exactly what it
was, but I remember we all stopped.
You don't remember this, but I remember.
And Sean and I just looked
at each other and we're like,
"How is that even possible?"
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: Like, it was like this miraculous
moment of, like, information coming
through from the- Mm-hmm ⦠from
just the other table having a
conversation, that they were talking
loud enough that we could overhear them.
And it was like-
I remember that.
Mm-hmm.
I mean, he just, he just like, we both
just stopped and we're like, looked at
each other and I think even he said, he
was just like, "How's that even possible?"
Mm-hmm.
Like, it was justâ¦
Like, you couldn't ignore it, you know?
Yeah.
Anyways, answers are out there.
Michael: The truth is out there.
Yeah ⦠it was actually in here.
Audree: I, I think another,
like going back to just the mind
Michael: Oh, I wanted to say something-
Yeah ⦠which was interesting.
So, so Audrey did this reading.
Uh, we'll just, just go through
the full experience here.
Audree: Okay.
Michael: And what I was listening
for is, okay, well, where in my
inner experience does this resonate?
Listening, listening, listening.
And what happened through this
process is I was, uh, saying,
"Okay, well, what do Iâ¦"
Well, you know, I-- this is kind of
my, my deal, right, is to, to see
what's happening and take action.
So, so I wrote a sticky note for each
kind of place which kind of really hit
something in my being where I could feel
like a, a lower frequency structure, a
lower frequency patterning, and so on.
Wrote each one on sticky note.
I ended up with three sticky notes.
And, uh, and that was kind of the,
kind of the actionable output.
It wasn't just, "Oh, here's a reading.
Here's some fun information."
I was using it as a, a tool for listening
to zero in on where are the blocks in
my system that, uh, are creating those
limiting, limiting factors in my reality.
Limiting, creating the block
in the flow of creation.
Audree: Right.
You can f- you can feel
the block in your body.
Michael: Yeah.
And so, so that, and that, that's
what I was working through, and
then I was working through it for
another, like, two, three hours-
Audree: Mm-hmm
⦠Michael: to get through most of it.
I don't know whatâ¦
I feel like I'm pretty much there.
We're gonna do it- Mm-hmm ⦠do
a check-in on that.
But, um, and, uh- And oh yeah, so this
is the really interesting thing is
I was hearing these descriptions and
looking at my own functioning, and I
think for the first time in my life
ever, and I spoke this out loud to you,
go, I go, "Oh, Audrey, I do this thing.
I do X, I do Y, I doâ¦"
I don't remember what the specifics were.
Um, yeah, I don't follow the
guidance that is correct for me.
Oh, right, 'cause- I, I don't, I don't
want to listen to people in authority
giving me information, and I feel a
state of overwhelm deep within my being.
Audree: Mm-hmm.
Michael: And, um, and I was able to
speak that for the first time out loud
without feeling bad about myself- Mm.
without self-judgment.
It was just more like, well,
you know, that's what's there.
It's like, oh, you know, on the, uh,
on the kitchen table there's a banana,
there's an orange, and there's an apple.
It was, it was like that level of like,
oh, it's just, that's just what it is.
Mm.
There wasn't any like of the, you know,
all the, the layers of self-judgment
and acrimony and, and there wasn't
even any resistance to saying it.
It's just like, oh yeah, what I'm
noticing, like on the kitchen table,
or in this case in my being, is this
pattern of, of n- of not following
guidance for what's correct for me.
Audree: First of all, I wanna
say you have a great vocabulary.
Acrimony.
Did
Michael: I use that word?
Audree: You did.
Michael: Wow.
Audree: I'm reallyâ¦
I'm sometimes I'm s- I mean,
you, you do have a happy PhD.
I,
Michael: I owe it to my
friend, friend Jeremy.
Yeah.
'Cause we were in high school.
Audree: Uh-huh.
Michael: And, uh, and, and he had
this dictionary with him, and I go,
"Well, why do you have a dictionary?"
He goes, "Well, I, I look up words."
And I go, "Well, why, why
do you look up words?"
And he goes, "Well, because, you know,
there are really good words there- Mm-hmm.
and I don't know what they mean.
And if I know what a word means, then
I can use it, and that gives me kind
of more, more capability, more power."
I'm like, "Wow, that's really cool."
So I got a dictionary- Mm-hmm ⦠and
I actually started, like, loving words.
Audree: Yeah, words are really cool.
I used to read the dictionary.
No, I, I read the dictionary.
Like, I- Like, I'd look up a word and
then I'd like start reading through
the dictionary 'cause words are cool.
And now I
Michael: love it because y- we
can d- I can use my phone and say,
"What's the meaning of this word?"
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: Right?
And, and- You know, I, I think
this ties in with, you know, the
evolution program is, you know,
there's all this spelling going on.
Spell.
We're casting spells with words.
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: And there's a precision and power
when we have command of the language.
Audree: Mm-hmm.
Michael: And if you think about
command of the language, it's the next
step is command of creation, right?
And so, um, so w- it's not just the words.
And this is why if you think,
why are we so fussy about these
words that we use, and why do we-
Audree: It's because the
guides are super fussy.
Well,
Michael: it's not 'cause the guides
are super fussy, 'cause that's
what the mechanics of creation are.
When we use low-frequency words,
we're staying and keeping our
allegiance with low frequency.
Mm.
It's not, I mean, it's not like fussiness.
It's actually pure mechanics and
choice of what we wanna create.
Audree: Mm-hmm.
Uh,
Michael: and the Shi
are like, "Oh, English.
Oh my God.
What a mess."
Audree: Yeah.
They're-
Michael: Right?
'Cause,
' Audree: cause they-
Michael: So very low vibrational language.
Like, 'cause you know what the, you
know, it's kinda like, it's kinda
like, it's this maze of low-frequency
words that keep us trapped.
And don't think that any other
language is better, unless, you
know, maybe if you're doing Sanskrit.
I think Sanskrit's the only
clean language on the planet.
It's not 100% clean,
but it's mostly clean.
Mm-hmm.
Um- It's
Audree: the language of the gods.
Michael: So no matter what language
you're speaking, it's, you knowâ¦
And actually, I remember I did this
whole inventory to check all the
different languages on the planet.
Oh, yeah.
And, uh, and they're pretty
much all in the toilet, so.
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: So sorry.
Well, that's the deviation.
Deviation successful, check.
Mission accomplished.
Now it's time to end it.
Audree: Yeah, it is ended.
It's just we're cleaning up the mess.
Um
As I'm thinking about that, that reading.
And what happened was
that reading came on, um
It was I pulled the High Priestess
card to see, like, what was
going on, like wha-- you know.
And, um
The High Priestess card came out upside
down, and I'm like, "No, no, no, I
don't read the cards upside down."
So I, I opened up the book to read the,
the, um, the explanation, the book's
explanation of, uh, the High Priestess,
and it was talking about, uh, listening to
your guides and listening to the universe,
and the universe is speaking to you
and supporting you and guiding you and,
uh, and, and letting that come through.
And then, and then I was
like, "Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah."
And then all of a sudden I was like,
"Well, what does the reverse say?"
And the reverse is like, "Oh, you're not,
you're not listening to the guidance."
And I said, "Well, you know, Michael,
you know, I'm reading it here,
but it did come in upside down,
but I'm reading it right side up.
That's how I started it."
And then I was like, "Well, let's read
what the reverse said," and then Michael's
like, "Oh, no, I'm not listening.
I'm not listening."
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: That's confirmation.
Ac- actually, I just, I'm,
I just got a download.
Audree: Oh.
Michael: Do you know why
tarot, tarot cards work?
Audree: Why?
Michael: Because people are
saying yes to communion.
Audree: Mm.
Mm-hmm.
Michael: That's why they work.
Or they have the c- capability,
possibility of working, 'cause it- Well,
Audree: let's look, let's
look at the word communion.
It's union.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: It's being open.
Michael: Coming to union.
Audree: Coming into union
with all of creation.
Yeah.
And when you do that
You can hear.
Uh-huh.
Like Joel Goldsmith used to say, you
can, you can-- when you get in that
state, the mind kind of shuts down.
And when you get in that state,
you can hear the soft whisper
of the universe, of the truth of
what and who you are, you know?
Michael: Yeah, that's where, you know,
everyone has had this experience of this,
you know, moment of like inspiration
or intuition or leap of understanding.
Audree: Well, we talk
about it in the shower.
The reason why you could solve a problem
in the shower is you're actually in water,
which is, uh, a conductor of electricity.
And, and also it's, uh, it's
shifting the vibrational frequency.
Michael: Right.
So I just wanna describe the
mechanic 'cause it was actually
really interesting to see this, and
I never really observed this before.
But what would happen is Audry would
like pull a card and, and read the
description or just look at it and,
and she'd just stop and feel into it.
"Well, what does this really mean?"
And then when she did that, the
information would just come.
"Oh, it means this."
Right?
And that's what we're doing in
this journey in part is opening up
to within our own being, we have
direct access to that information.
And that, and that's where
this body of work came from.
I mean, let, let's, you know,
just be really honest here, that
this is downloaded information.
This is information that the,
the Shi provided to us because
we're in this training program
to, to, to, to bring this out.
And it's like it,
Audree: it- Even the certified
agile leadership training-
Michael: Was from the
Shi, courtesy of the Shi
Audree: like how, how, I mean, how much
of that was constantly listening and
getting information, how to teach it
better, how to develop the curriculum,
you know, the, the downloads that came in.
It was all
Michael: listening.
It was all listening.
All listening, all downloads.
And
Audree: what do we teach?
The bottom of the playbook has listen.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: And when we talk about listening,
you can only listen when you're clear.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: When you're psychologically
clear, when your mind is, is clear
of all the, the garbage that's in it.
You know, when you say when you listen
to the system, when you listen to your
organization, like you go into a team-
Michael: When you listen to a
relationship, when you listen to a-
Audree: Anything
Michael: situation
⦠Audree: you will hear the metadata.
You will hear what is really,
really, truly going on.
Michael: Right.
And everyone wants to
make their life better.
And it's like, well, how do
you make your life better?
Well, you hear what is the path through
all the noise when you are clear, when
you're in higher frequency- That, but-
when you clear the low frequency limiting
factors that are blocking you, which
is how we started this whole thing.
But first you
Audree: have to hear
What's blocking you?
Michael: Which is what
this whole thing was about.
Audree: Yeah.
First, it's not hear the,
the answer and the solution.
It's- ⦠you're listening
to what is really going on.
Wow.
That is the first step.
It's the bottom of the evolutionary tree.
Yeah.
It's at the roots.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: It is listening- Y-
Michael: you know, right
⦠Audree: and unlearning.
Yeah.
What if it were true?
What if it were true that I'm
scared shitless to do this thing?
Michael: Right.
Audree: What if it were true I'm
only functioning because I'm, I'm,
you know, I'm in survival mode?
Michael: Right.
So, you know, there's this, this, you
know, there's this, you know, I guess,
I don't know, whatever, entrepreneur
hack or whatever saying, "Do it scared."
You know?
If there's something that's- Say that
Audree: again.
Michael: Do it scared.
If there- Oh, right.
I, I gotta move beyond that.
Let me, let me finish.
Audree: The, the bigger the fear, the-
Michael: Yeah, yeah, yeah
greater the- I-- Well, anyway.
If, if there's something important
for you to do, do it scared.
Just do it.
Doesn't matter, just do it.
And, you know, from the teaching in our
perspective, we're tying back to Revolver.
It's like when you do the thing
that you don't wanna do, the thing
that doesn't wanna do it is the
mind, and that that is a mechanism.
So if you look at the-- That's
the same construct as do it, you
know, do, do it scared, right?
Mm-hmm.
Like, you know, something big that you
wanna do, do it even if your fear is
h- you know, trying to stop you, right?
Audree: Right.
Michael: It's the same, same
sort of flavor of, of structure.
Audree: I have a hack.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: Before you go and take action-
Michael: Well, our teaching is
don't do it, don't do it scared.
Clear the scared part and then do it.
Audree: Yeah, exact- That's
what I was getting at.
Like,
Michael: that's what our,
that's what our work is for.
Audree: Sit in a chair and
clear all the blocks, because
you can feel it in your system.
So all you have to do is sit in
the chair and have awareness of the
uncomfortable feeling in your body, and
keep breathing into it, keep breathing
into it, keep breathing into it.
Then when you've done that
for a, a lot, then there's-
Michael: Maybe seven days in a row?
Audree: Mm-hmm.
And do a, a get clear-a-thon.
But what I'm saying is, is that in, in
what, what we've been learning, I, I
really say for the past, what month is it?
It's month nine right now.
For nine months or more, we've
been in this, uh, progressive
training program of what comes next.
The get clears are still there.
The tools, you're still using the tools,
yet now you're working through the
mind, and that's what we've been doing.
We've been working through the mind.
Michael: Yeah.
S- same tools, different level.
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: Yeah.
Audree: And I'm so grateful.
Yeah.
Like beyondâ¦
Oh, God, I'm gonna cry.
Beyond, beyond, beyond.
And I've done a lot of mind work, even
in India, like the mind shuts off,
and it's really great and beautiful.
And then a- according to
According to what's going on
in your life, it's really easy
for the mind to take you out.
Like you can, you can
always get taken out.
And I-- And, and so that's
what the tools are for.
You practice, practice,
practice for those moments.
You know
It's interesting, um, because I'm
more in the, in, in this, the kind of
the spiritual industry, so to speak.
And, you know, I look at all these
different theories or philosophies,
and there's one big one out there,
like three days of darkness that,
um, Revelations talks about, or the,
you know, the shift of into the,
the era of peace for, for mankind.
And there's all these kind of scary
things that are supposed to happen.
And whether they happen or not, whether
all of that stuff is true, I wanna bring
it back to our evolution of consciousness.
And the, and, and you can look
at that as a metaphor, the,
the three days of darkness.
And you think about it for a moment, like,
what if there were three days of darkness?
Like, what, what would happen?
What would you do?
And the one thing is that there's
this level of fear that pops
up when you think about it.
Even if there's a catastrophe,
like let's say there's a hur- a
hurricane coming to your area, or
a cyclone or whatever you want.
You know, it's like there's this level of
fear, and the le- that level of fear takes
you out 'cause there's a lack of psychoâ¦
You know, we can go in a lack of
psychological safety, then you don't have
your full access to your intelligence.
You, you can't make good
decisions or the right decision.
There's also this a, uh, this-- When
you're in a fear-based environment
You know, no matter how well you're
using any tool to stabilize your
system, you're gonna be taken out.
In the beginning, you're
always gonna be taken out.
Like, remember when we
had the gas line break?
Like, I got taken out.
Michael: Yeah.
I, I was in a totally different state.
I was like, "Oh, look, they,
uh, they broke a gas line."
Uh, you know, this is about, uh, you know,
15 feet from the outside of our house.
These, these guys were putting in someâ¦
fixing the drainage.
And I'm like, "Oh, that's interesting."
Then going, "Okay, well, uhâ¦
Oh, I can smell a bit of gas.
Okay, so that means there's some,
you know, gas entering the house.
Okay, that's interesting."
And-
Audree: I'm like, "We have to leave."
Yeah.
And Michael's like, "No, we're fine."
And I'm like, "No, we have
to evacuate the house."
And I'm
Michael: like, and I'm looking at it
going like, "Well, I don't think we
actually have to leave, but Audrey wants
to leave, and okay, well, we can leave.
It's fine.
I'm okay with leaving.
That's okay."
Audree: A- and I got triggered.
So, so, and- But
Michael: I was, I was,
I was like so, likeâ¦
And I'm like, "Oh, you
know, it's dangerous.
Okay, well, let me look this up."
It's like, "Oh, we, the
recommended procedure is leaving.
Okay, good.
Okay, well, we'll leave.
That's fine.
I'm okay with that.
I don't think there's a danger-" Yeah.
"⦠but it's okay."
Audree: And, and, uh, so, and I-
Michael: And, and Audrey's like,
"Well, you know, you know, uhâ¦"
You know, I go, "Well, the g- you know,
the guy, the guy who's doing it called,
uh, the people that are coming here to
fix it, and it's all gonna get looked at."
And she goes, "Well, you
know, we oughta call 911."
I go, "Okay, well, maybe
we have to call 911."
So I, you know, again, look up on the
AI what's the recommended procedure, and
they go, "Yeah, you should call 911 so
they know, and they, they need to check
the gas levels, see if there's ga- any
gas in the house," and blah, blah, blah.
So I'm there when the fireman's
going in the front door, because
I had to unlock it for him.
And, uh, and as soon as he walks
in, he goes, "Yeah, it's fine."
First reading, it was fine.
It was ac- So actually there was no
danger, but what we can see is the,
the perceived danger from the mind,
it could be, like, extraordinary.
Audree: Well, I can say a
lot of things right now.
I'm gonna stay on target, Blue Leader.
I'm gonna talk about my fear.
Michael: That sounds like a good one.
Audree: Mm-hmm.
So, I am very accustomed to having fear in
my system because I've worked through it.
I've done the practices.
I am very-
in a known place with my fear.
So I'm very-- I'm comfortable with
the uncomfortable feeling in my body.
So I was able to think clearly
enough that I knew I was in a charge.
Michael: Your level of trigger was like
for ha- you know, what was going on.
Audree: I
Michael: thought it was, you know, fine.
Audree: And I s- I still
had the ability to function.
It's like- Yes ⦠holding two
opposing ideas in your mind-
Yeah ⦠at the same time and still
retaining the ability to function.
That is because of my practice.
Mm-hmm.
Right?
So I was able to think, "Okay,
what do I need right now?"
If it, like, I even went to the scenario
like, "Oh, if the house was about to blow
up right now, good idea to leave, uh, keep
us safe, and what would I need right now?"
And it was just like my purse, my
wallet, my computer, and a cord.
Like, you know, it was, it was veryâ¦
I was able to think very, very quickly and
move quickly even though my whole entire
body, like, had this fear response to it.
You know, I had elevated heart rate.
It was uncomfortable feeling in my body.
Um, I can feel like the, the
build up of fear happening.
And, you know, it really, my level of fear
was kind of under, under a certain quality
of control until I walked outside and
one of the workers was smoking a flipping
cigarette, and that's when I went off.
That, that's really when I went,
I like all, everything that was
inside of me just like burst like a
volcano, and I just let him have it.
'Cause I was like, "What
the ba ba are you doing?
Put that out."
You know?
And, and so that's really when it,
it just like the volcano burst.
But, um, until that point, I
was just relatively like, "Okay,
we need to leave the house.
Okay, they do need to call 911.
Okay, these are theâ¦"
Like, I didn't need to look up the
AI to figure out what was going on.
I don't know why you needed to
do that for some weird reason.
I think you depend too much on AI.
Michael: No, I was thinking like,
okay, wait, the people who are gonna
fix the gas leak are coming to fix
it, so why do we need to call 911?
I was, I was just trying to think
of the logical reason to call 911.
Audree: Because that's pro-
the, it, it's protocol.
It is protocol because if 911 wasn't
called and something happened-
Michael: Right
⦠Audree: you weren't following
the protocol, which is the
fire department needs to be-
Michael: Alerted
⦠Audree: alerted.
Michael: Okay.
Audree: Because, you know, the
whole neighborhood could blow.
We, we don't know.
I'm just saying you don't know.
Michael: Anyway, that,
that's why I looked it up.
Audree: I think this is a, a
man thing and a woman thing.
I just, I don't know.
Michael: I mean, I've never been in that
situation before, like, you know, so
Audree: like- Oh, and Iâ¦
See, I have.
Michael: Yeah.
I, I, you know, I-
Audree: I have where, you know,
the, yeah, the house caught
on fire and I had two kids.
Uh-huh.
Yeah.
So.
Michael: Okay.
Audree: Yeah.
Michael: Very good.
Audree: I kinda know what to do.
Michael: Oh.
Audree: Um, anyways.
Very good.
So what I was trying to say- We're coming
Michael: kind of low on time a bit, so.
Audree: Yeah.
What I'm getting at is, is that
the practices are there for you
to navigate life in a way that
you can handle any situation.
And going back to, you know, whatever the,
the catastrophic situation could be is
not that you won't have a fear response.
It is how you handle the response
of life coming at you that
changes, that shifts and changes.
And it's not that you won't have the
fear response, but your level of recovery
from that is quickened, you know, or-
Michael: The depth isn't as great.
The damage-
Audree: Yeah ⦠you know.
'Cause you know, oh, you know,
I like, I knew the whole time.
It's like, oh yeah, I'm having a
fear response in my system, and at
the same time, I had the ability to
function- Mm-hmm ⦠in a very calm
and, and e- or calmer and easier way.
So thank God.
You know, all this evolutionary
stuff's not about enlightenment.
It's just about navigating your
reality and then being able to shift
your reality in a way that- Right
makes life-
Michael: Right.
So, so kind of- ⦠extraordinary
⦠tying in with that is, it's, it's,
you know, there's this premise of, you
know, you know, I mean, f- for everyone
listening to this, it's just a concept
of you, you create your own reality.
And you, you know, you've-- If you've
been on this journey at all, you,
you've had little experiences of-
Audree: They don't know.
You keep saying, "You
know, you know, you know."
Michael: Anyway, um, you've had
Audree: some- We have to
Michael: stop saying ⦠you've
had, you've had some experiences
of little flavors of that, of, of
when you realize a perception was
wrong and, you know, and so on.
And I think for me, just
to come back to our journey
What I'm getting this c- this deeper,
this very, you know, um, powerful clarity
of my own functioning as a, a being
of consciousness on planet Earth, uh,
which you are too, um, is the, the depth
At which the, the grooves of
allegiance to limitation are within
the, the neural pathways within
the, the allegiances within my mind.
So the, you know, just to, you know,
make that plain speak is just like my,
you know, the, the patterning I have
around negativity, around limitation
and, and, and then seeing how as
these patterns are unwound, that
those are the factors limiting the
creation of the reality that I want.
And so it's coming back to this
core teaching of I'm the problem,
I'm the solution, and, and-
Audree: And self-mastery
Michael: and, and reali- realizing
that the problem isn't out there.
The problem isn't more doing.
Um, the, the challenge
is actually internal.
That is, is, is the limiting factor.
Audree: It's always internal.
' Michael: Cause the doing is a trick.
Like, I can spend, you know, work,
you know, 24 by seven working and
getting things done on the wrong
thing because I'm not clearing the
internal block that's gonna allow
me to work on the, what's actually
correct to, to move my life forward.
So it's not about putting in more effort.
That's the whole deviation trap.
Mm-hmm.
So I think that that's it.
I'm, I kinda complete.
Audree: Yeah.
That's a, that was great.
I have nothing to say.
All right.
Michael: Let's take three
minutes with the I Ching mantra.
for joining us.
Let's be evolutionary
