Billy Idol & Consciousness???

Michael: Okay.

Welcome to our living room.

I think, uh, maybe this is the second time
or first time we're recording a podcast

'cause it's like, oh, wait a second.

It's, it's been a week.

We really … You know, and, and for
me, you know, that ties back to, like,

the intention that I hold for this.

It's, it's really to create a space
or bring people along the journey with

us, uh, this profound journey we're on.

Audree: It's not about doing podcasts.

Michael: Yeah.

It's- Well- Yeah

… Audree: I love doing podcasts-
Yeah … 'cause they … I get

excited- Yeah … and I wake up.

Michael: So, so with that kind of,
kind of, uh, I guess housekeeping, uh,

context, the, the theme that's been
going on, and I'll … And, and this has

been … This is not a new, new phrase for
me, but I'll just, just start with this.

It's a lyric from Billy Idol, who
of course I listened to when I was

younger, 'cause apparently all the,
all the information's there for us.

Audree: Wait.

Hold that thought.

I'm gonna shut this door.

Michael: Okay.

Audree: Even though I love the breeze.

Michael: Yeah.

Okay.

So construction noise, goodbye.

Uh- Construction noise and cat … so
the, the line, uh, is, "I've spent

so much time believing all the
lies to keep the dream alive."

Uh, it's from the song
Eyes Without a Face.

Hmm?

I've spent so much time believin'
all the lies to keep the dream alive.

Audree: Okay.

Michael: Something like that.

Audree: Reminds me of the first
time I ever heard your voice.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: I was trying to sleep
off my jet lag in India-

Mm-hmm … and you were singing at a-

Michael: At the, the
one and only ever, uh-

Audree: Party

Michael: party.

Audree: That India had.

Michael: Yeah.

Anyway.

Audree: Yeah.

And there was, like, a
microphone with the loudspeakers.

Michael: They did actually
a pretty good job.

It was good.

Anyway, so, uh, so w- so, like, that's,
that's really kind of … That's

really where we are and what
this past week has been about.

Audree: Believing all the
lies to keep the dream alive.

Michael: Yeah.

So just to be clear, let,
let's, let's break this down in

terms of mechanics of creation.

So keeping the dream alive,
uh, believing all the lies.

So really the lies we're believing are
the misperception of what and who we are.

Uh, and-

Audree: It's all in the, it's
all in the, the word dream.

Michael: Yeah.

Y-

Audree: It's a D word.

Michael: Yeah, it's a D word.

Also, um, the, the, the … She
shared with us this fun, fun kinda

w- you know, spelling game that if
you, if you spell … There's the-

Audree: Hold on.

Wait, wait, wait.

So it's a D word.

Some people that are listening to
this might not know this, that we,

we call the dream the deviation.

We've deviated from and separated from
the truth of what and who we are, and you

could read about it on our website, so.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: Be evolutionary.

Michael: So, so D, D, that's kind
of a, a, you know, often a clue that

we're onto the lower frequency ways of
functioning that are keeping us trapped.

Audree: If it's a D word.

Michael: Yes.

Uh, so, so the, the fun thing that,
that they shared was when you spell it

backwards, if you think about spelling
the word dream backwards, and you

sound it out, what does it sound like?

And it sounds like

Merde.

Merde, which is a very well-known word
for us as the French word for shit Shit.

Right?

So-

Audree: When they said that, they
said that a couple days ago, yeah?

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: We just started
cracking up laughing

Michael: So, so- So

Audree: dream spelled
backwards sounds like merde.

I don't know how to spell merde, but in
English when you sound it out, it's merde.

Michael: Yeah.

So, so basically the mechanic
is that our allegiance-

Audree: To the dream

… Michael: is to believe the lies
that keep us in the, you know,

the so-called dream of separation.

And so, you know-

Audree: Stuck in shit.

Michael: Yeah, stuck in shit, right?

So, so it's our own allegiance-

Audree: Wait, let's take a moment to
just contemplate that for a moment

'cause maybe other people want to

lose their fucking lives

I don't even know why I'm flipping crying

Michael: It's very good

'Cause the perfect thing to do right now

Audree: Right.

The lies, the perceptions that other
people think about us, the lies in

our head, our mind tells us about
ourselves, that we're unworthy,

undeserving, which is a D word.

I

Michael: shouldn't have done that.

Why did I do that?

Audree: Right.

Even having- I'm not good
enough … a conversation, and it's

like, oh, you know, why did- Yeah

I say that thing?

Why did I talk like that?

Why did I, you know?

It's like we- it's like
every little thing.

Why

Michael: is this person angry at me?

Maybe I shouldn't have done
what I did, blah, blah, blah.

Audree: Right.

Maybe I shouldn't have left my family.

Maybe I shouldn't have gotten divorced.

Maybe I shouldn't have
done that with my kid.

Michael: Oh, right.

This is the beautiful moment.

So, you know, and one thing that-
that she keep on pointing to us,

and remi- and, and like pointing
out to us really, is that the

information's been here the whole time.

And, you know, I'm gonna go
back to Audrey's famous ice

cream story The ice cream story.

So the ice cream story is the, the sh-
uh, greatest, most kind of most powerful

kind of singular illustration of the
mind and what it is in the structure

of creation that we're dealing with.

So, so what's the ice cream story?

Um, you, you may have heard this.

It bears repeating and if you've
heard it before, so just listen

as if it's for the first time.

The

Audree: looping consciousness.

Michael: Yeah, the looping
conscious, which is not the

truth of what we are and so on.

So what is it?

The mind says, "Oh, I
should have this ice cream.

Oh, this looks so good.

Mm.

Oh, yes, if I have this ice cream,
I'm gonna be looking after myself

and loving myself and saying yes to
myself, and that is the best thing

that I could d- possibly do right now."

Audree: No, the mind
usually doesn't say that.

The mind usually says, you
taste the ice cream, and I'm

thinking about the chocolate one.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: It's like, "Oh
my God, this is so good.

I'll have another bite.

Oh my God, this is so good.

I'll have another bite."

Then maybe it says, "Oh, I'm tak-
I'm loving myself right now."

Yeah, right.

"I'm giving myself a treat."

Michael: Right.

There's a whole,

Audree: there's a whole-
"I've been good all week.

Ah."

Michael: Yeah, exactly.

Like, there's all this story and,
like, how it's the right thing to do

and, and then, you know, you get to
the bottom of the thing of ice cream

or your, you, you're, the ph- your
physiology's starting saying like,

"What are you doing to my system?"

And then suddenly the thought comes in
as like, "Why am I eating all this?"

And then it starts to make
the counterargument of like,

"This is such a dumb thing.

Why am I-" Right …"destroying

my health?

I'm gonna get fat from this."

Audree: Why did I eat all this ice cream?

Michael: Why did I eat all the ice cream?

I'm getting all this sugar, you know,
it's gonna affect my body this way.

Like, and it's going on and on and on.

And so, and so we just pause
here and we say, wait a second.

It's the same mind that says, "Eat the
ice cream," the same mind that says,

"You're dumb for doing it," the same mind.

This is the mechanic.

This is the dream that we're dealing with.

This is the self-deception
because we believe the mind when

it says, "Eat the ice cream."

We believe the mind when it says, "You're,
you're bad for eating the ice cream."

That's the dream.

I've spent so much time believing all
the lies, believing the lie to eat the

ice cream and how good it is, believing
the lie that I shouldn't have eaten

it and how bad I am now, you know.

M- And then we can torture
ourselves with these lies.

Audree: To keep the dream alive.

Michael: To keep the dream alive.

Days and days after, why
did I eat that ice cream?

I really shouldn't.

Like, like it just-

Audree: Oh, now I'm gonna have
to go run three miles to, to

counteract the, the whatever.

Michael: Oh my gosh.

Audree: It might not be ice cream.

It might be the pasta that you
ate- Right … the night before.

Michael: Right.

Or-

Audree: Or the bread, or- You

Michael: know, what do we do?

We say, "I shouldn't have done that."

Pick, pick your poison.

Hasn't anybody ever said that?

"I shouldn't have done that."

And what I learned, you know, in
NLP days, you know, this is like two

and a half decades ago, is should.

You shouldn't let friends
should on themselves.

They shouldn't let friends
shit on themselves.

Which brings us back to the dream.

If you, there's a should, it's, you're,
you, you're shitting on yourself or

shoulding, shoulding on that other person.

And what that is is a, a, an allegiance
to the, you know, the self-deception.

It means you believe the self-deception.

You believe the shouldn't have done, and
then you, you, you're torturing yourself,

which is the further self-deception.

That's the whole mechanic of it.

And so

Yeah.

No, no, you didn't yet.

Yeah.

There you go.

Now you're good.

Audree: Is it back on?

Michael: Yeah.

All right.

Audree: That's fine.

Michael: Anyway, so, uh, so
that's the whole mechanic.

And so where … And so
we've known about this.

I mean, this, this … Audrey,
like, crystallized this, the

ice cream teaching, you know, I
don't know, maybe five years ago.

I don't know when.

And what's happening now,
though, is, a- and this is the,

the mechanic, is, is- Eight

Audree: years ago, by

Michael: the way.

It was eight years ago?

Yeah.

Okay, thank you.

I, I don't … You know, whatever.

I know.

Audree: Time.

Michael: Time.

Yeah.

Um, so what it, what we're doing, though,
is we're seeing that is not the truth

None of it.

The should eats ice cream, the
shouldn't eat ice cream, the, the

figuring out what was correct,
that's all the mind in the loop.

And so at this stage of the
journey, it's starting to see

the whole loop all together.

And there's no thinking

You know, the saying the mind cannot,
the knife cannot cut itself is

like the mind cannot free itself.

There's no thinking to get out of this.

And if there's no thinking to get
out of this, you have to say, "Well,

what is there to get out of this?"

And the only thing to get out of
this is direct experience of the

truth of what and who you are

The, the feeling, the experiencing.

And-

Audree: The, the, and the end game.

Michael: This is, we're talking
about the end game here, yeah.

And so, and, and well, see, the
end game is the start, right?

If you think about the start of
the journey, you're feeling into

the disturbance in your field.

You're feeling into it, and
you're allowing yourself to

have the direct experience.

And so the shift becomes from the
direct experience of the disturbances

into the direct experience of the
truth of what and who you are.

And, and what that does is, as you're
say- i- and it's kind of coming to

this place of choosing to stay in that
experience of the truth of what and who

you are, the mind has nowhere to go.

Audree: Yeah, the peace, the stillness.

Mm-hmm.

The expansiveness

The mind completely shuts
off in that, in that space

Michael: Mm-hmm

So, so the place where we've been
really in the last, uh, you know, weeks,

months, I don't know how to tell time
anymore was in the truth of what and

who we are as source consciousness.

Audree: Right.

There's been a very distinct shift

Michael: Mm-hmm.

And the, the shift I'd say that started
like, uh, maybe yesterday, b- and

certainly for me landed this morning was,
well, that's not the complete picture.

You're like, "What?"

You're like, "What do you mean?

Isn't that- Say

Audree: what?

Say

Michael: what?

… isn't that all there is?"

Moving to the truth that in, in
the, in the direct experience

that I'm source conscious.

And the answer is, well, no,
that's not the whole thing.

And the, so the surprise experience
that's, that's showing up now, which

we'll unpack here a bit, is that…

And this, it's actually very-- Wow, this
is actually answering a question I had

a few weeks back about, well, what is
the role of human design in all this?

Like, what is the role of our
incarnation in all of this?

And do we even need this?

If we're moving to this place of
the understanding that we're source

conscious, do we even need to-- Can
we just wipe away our incarnation?

Do we transcend it?

Audree: Do we transcend

Michael: it?

I had this question.

Mm-hmm.

And, and like, I never really got to a
satisfactory place for me in my being.

I had a kind of a partial answer,
which we talked about, which is it

helps to understand who we are as
this incarnation from a human design

perspective that allows us to move
through a lot of the lies that are

binding us, and it's useful from that
perspective as well as to understand

how we're meant to be living as source
consciousness here in this incarnation.

Um, th- that, you know, there's
a, there's an intention for that.

And so that w- never felt to
me completely satisfactory.

Yeah.

And so what I realize now today as we
got kind of the, the-- That's true,

and there's a larger answer, which
is what I'm gonna speak about now.

And the larger mechanic at
play is that everyone on this

planet is source consciousness.

This is a fact.

So-

Audree: Everything on this planet.

Michael: Yes.

Audree: Every animal, insect.

Michael: Yeah.

And so let's just keep, keep
it to people for now, though.

Audree: Okay.

Michael: And, and so the thing is,
well, you know, okay, well, as source

consciousness, what do you want to do?

And the way we've answered
this question our whole lives

is primarily from the mind.

The same mind that told us to
eat the ice cream and then beat

us up for using the ice cream.

Because that's the, really the--
You know, either we can go into

stillness and try to get some sort
of answer or listen to guidance.

We might break out of that s- in, in
some fashion or, or using our, our inner

authority that we learned in human design.

We can start breaking out of that pattern.

But largely, that's still mostly
within the mind, all of it.

It's just a kind of a better version
of mind, if we wanna call it that.

And the question is, well, how
do we go beyond the mind that's

interpreting all of those signals
and creating distortions and so on?

And the answer that I-- that came
to me this morning in the mechanics

is that human design accounts
for maybe 20% of our incarnation.

20% of…

If you think about the imprint of
the original intention for what you

are here to experience and do and
participate in the, the, the wonder of

all creation, human design covers 20%.

So it's, it's a fractal.

Like it's a-- It's kinda like even
if you fully master what you think

from your mind your, your intention
f- uh, of your life is, your purpose

here, that's not the whole thing.

And what we're speaking about
now is that as we're coming into

awareness of the truth of what and
who we are as source consciousness,

that's not the complete picture.

It's like there are these, the, these
t- there are these two elements to it.

The other one is, what is-- And,
and I-- This is what came to me.

I don't know if this is our kind
of official language or whatever.

It's just the what's happening now.

What is the sacred intention
that goes beyond the design?

The t- like, the full sacred
intention of your being

So if you think about incarnation
specific to you in this lifetime and

that, um, the, the, you know, the wet
wear that you're wearing, the actual

mechanics of the neurobiological, uh,
structure of the physiology of your being.

If we look at the sacred intention of
your being, that's you across all aspects

of your being on all planes of existence
throughout all time, space, and beyond.

That's you.

And that you has, I'm feeling
this now, this is a powerful

vibration, a sacred intention.

And what happens is it's not enough
to have an awareness that you are

source consciousness, 'cause source
consciousness will take any experience

in the deviation, out of the deviation.

But the aspect of you, this, this,
the sacred intention of you, the soul

inception crystal that holds all of this,
all the, all the different aspects of you

together, the sacred intention of that,
that truth of what and who you are, and

the-- and that's what makes the choice.

That's what informs, "I wanna create this
in this lifetime, in this incarnation."

And that is the, the force or the power
that flows through the, your being.

And what that does is as you move into
the correctness of the truth of what

and who you are, as that soul inception
crystal, as that being, beingness

What that does is it, it, it gives
you that clarity of being where

the mind has nowhere to go anymore.

The mind can tell any story it wants
about unworthiness or you shouldn't

have done that, and you're like,
"Uh-uh, that's not what and who I am."

And so, yes, you are source
consciousness and more.

And this is all about moving to the sixth
phase frequency, is that we're meant to

live as source consciousness incarnated
in the material plane, which means that

the whole of our being is functioning
as intended in the sacred intention of

what it is that that beingness wants
to express here and in the truth.

As we move into the truth, and this is
what's happening for me that started

very, very profoundly in a very deep way
this morning, moving that truth, then the

mind has nowhere to go because the mind
is filled with all the old identities.

Not good enough, you know, your, you know,
fear about what other people do and all

this stuff, but we're in that correctness,
that rightness of our beingness.

This,

Audree: this is why there's a lot
of teachings out there talking about

rewiring the brain and neurotransmitters
and, and the path to get there.

There's a lot of breathwork techniques.

There's a lot of, um

You know, even awareness is part of
that technology that kinda zaps the, the

old neurotransmitter to form a new one.

There's a, there's a lot that has
to go into the, the physical or

the physicality of, of the rewiring
of the brain to move from that…

There's all these metaphors, which wolf
are you gonna feed, da, da, da, da, da.

What we're discovering
is there is no wolf.

You know, at some point, there's…

You're not feeding one wolf or the other.

There's no wolf.

Michael: No, well, we're…

It's just being in, in the
truth of what and who I am.

Audree: It's like there's no spoon.

When you, when you
understand there's no spoon

From the matrix

Whoa.

I just got that

Michael: That's profound

It's like this beautiful function of
which wolf are you gonna feed is, is for

the mind to kind of bootstrap through,
bootstrap itself through the process-

Audree: Mm-hmm

… Michael: until the aspect
of your awareness opens

to fully acknowledge

the truth in my incarnation,
in my being, in my experience.

And so this is actually really interesting
that, you know, that, that, you know,

there's this truth in my experience and,
and the deepest truth in, in, in the

experience is not what you're experiencing
moment to moment, 'cause that changes.

It's the truth of what
is there within you.

Which reminds me of the, my favorite, I,
I think it's Walf- Ralph Waldo Emerson's

quote of, "What lies before you is a small
matter compared to what lies within you."

And so for what, for me the, like the
experience of this, the state of beingness

as it's anchored into this correctness
and truth is that the mind starts to

come in with some sort of story and
it's just, and it has nowhere to go.

It's just like, "What?

Huh?"

And what's interesting is
there's no trying to get rid

of the mind in this at all.

There's just a, just a, a choice
in my being and a, and the

awareness and the recognition of
the correctness and the rightness

Of what and who I am.

And, and this is this, again, the yes and.

It's not just as source conscious.

As source consciousness in this
beingness that is this multidimensional

beingness that's more than just
the, the physicality described

by our, uh, human design imprint.

And so opening up to the c- really,
like, the larger truth of, of

And it's not like I'm trying to
figure this out with my mind.

It's just a, a recognition
of that, the beingness.

It … And, and here's the
interesting thing, and it ties

Audree: in with- So, so hold on.

I'm gonna stop you for a moment.

Yeah.

'Cause you're trying to describe
something that is your experience.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: And what happens is that
I come back to Ramana Maharshi-

Michael: Mm-hmm

Audree: who did the same thing.

He had this fear.

And then he's like, "Who has fear?"

And that popped him out
of the dream, of the mind

And then I, I have a feeling that
people came to him to, to, for, to try

to teach what he was experiencing and
he realized that there is no teaching.

Like you can't teach anybody this.

So you're trying to explain
something that is unexplainable

Michael: Mm-hmm.

That's true.

I think, so my intention for
doing that was to capture the,

the experience of the state by

Audree: describing it.

I understand that, but-

Michael: Yeah

… Audree: so every time you try to
describe it, which is a D word, you

go, you dissipate your own experience.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: You go into dissipation.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

That's true.

' Audree: Cause the mind can't cut itself.

It's the mind that's trying to describe it

The only thing you can do is
transmit your experience, and

somebody might be able to feel it

And it may or may not activate
something within them.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: And we just ended like
a huge almost two-month process

of this evolutionary phase

where we actually ended the fractals

Michael: Hmm.

Yeah, and that, that's

something,

Audree: you know, we've been talking
about this for a while, about this-

Can you just hold on for a minute?

'Cause you're now going back
into explaining something.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: Are you okay with just
there being- Mm-hmm … a silence-

Michael: Yeah

… Audree: of nothing?

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: Even at this stage,
the mind will have thought,

but the thought is ineffective

I don't even know what the word is, but
it, it doesn't do anything, the thought

It doesn't have any
hooks or teeth anymore.

You notice that?

Michael: Yeah

Audree: It's like the isness

There's like a lot of people describing
manifestation is that don't believe

the circumstance that you're seeing
now because the, the present moment is

just a reflection of the past thought

And there's a lot of truth in that

They just don't tell you how to get there

A really good

'Cause the mind wants
to be like oh, I got it

And then the mind comes in, and
then the mind's like, "Oh, no,

I'm supposed to be in silence."

Like

It's just ongoing

It's the point where all
those little spiritual quotes

are completely explained

Michael: Hmm.

And at the same time completely disappear.

Audree: Yeah.

It's like you gotta let it

Michael: Oh

Audree: marinate Mm-hmm Because when
it marinates, it's like all the, the

pain and the suffering, the looping
consciousness, those structures actually

begin to, uh be taken away

They stop existing

Kind of trippy

Michael: Mm-hmm.

What, what's coming to
my awareness is that

That moving to the direct
experience of our beingness

It was the first time ever that
I've experienced something beyond

the mind experiencing something.

Audree: That's why people do plant
medicine because it, ch-ch-ch, it

opens up the mind, the consciousness.

It opens up on a, on a physical
structure, the neurotransmitters, so you

start to perceive things differently.

But it's not just about thought,
it's about the whole thing.

It's about your actual vision, the
way your mind processes information

Or one neurotransmitter shuts
off and another turns on

It's like when Ramana
Maharshi told Papaji Right?

"Oh, you're Krishna, you're God.

Does he come and go?"

It's like, whoop

It's also like Joel Goldsmith,
his ability to heal people

is because he didn't collude

in their suffering

He just saw them as source consciousness

And then everything shifted

Michael: Hmm, there's
been this ongoing theme

Of us and bringing the work out and the
challenges and yeah, yada, yada, yada.

And

It's very interesting.

As I settled into the

The rightness of, of, of my incarnation.

Do we need a better word?

Like, I don't mean like
this physical body.

I mean like, oh yeah, my beingness.

The, the, the rightness of my beingness
beyond just the, the physicality

of this specific incarnation,
this lifetime, the whole thing

There's this understanding that came in

An awareness, a realization

not from the mind of, "Oh

Well, there's a, there's a rightness to

bringing this work out to the
world as part of this, this,

this call from this beingness

There's also this recognition of that

My own evolution is the most important
thing that, that my own living in this

state of being is, is the greatest gift.

And, and actually, it, you know,
maybe that's even all there is.

And, you know, kind of the bringing
out the wor- work to the world is

not necessarily what I think it is.

I mean, definitely not what I
think it is, 'cause it's the mind.

And so for me, it's this stepping
into this, just from this place

of beingness, of the recognition
and alignment and correctness

of the, of, of, of my beingness.

There's this beautiful, like,
flowingness of, like, like

this movement towards creation

And then the mind has a, has a job
to do then of like, "Oh, well, how

do we, how do we tr- how do we, how
do we do this in the material plane?"

It's coming from a very
different place, though.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

That's the journey.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: To understand that
the mind is hallucinating.

It is perceiving reality as one way.

Mm-hmm.

Like the man who mistook
his wife for a hat.

Mm-hmm.

And when you had your awakening in
the AI, when you were doing your

PhD in- Mm-hmm … in AI research.

I'm also getting right now, like
I used to take a lot of acid.

I'm just gonna be very honest
about my, my past, in high school.

And I was always able to shift my
perspective from one hallucination to

another, to the point where I would
take care of everybody around me.

And later on in life when I was going
through, you know, ending that period

and just going through becoming a
healer and going through all these,

that, that, the, the education,
it's like, oh, I'm, I'm a shaman.

Like, I was doing shamanic work before
being trained, because I was like

this my whole life, being mystical.

Michael: 'Cause it's not part
of … It's part of your beingness.

Audree: It's part of my beingness.

Yes.

But I didn't quite understand what
I was doing or where those skills

came from, and all of a sudden it's
coming into play right in this moment.

Michael: Oh, yeah, I'm
feeling that right now.

Yeah.

I can feel this vibration,
this transmission-

Audree: Yeah

Michael: of this recognition of all
these different situations in my life

where it was my beingness- Yeah … that
has all this skill beyond this

lifetime showing up- Mm-hmm … and
presenting itself and saying, "Here.

Here's this gift.

Here's this gift."

Audree: Right.

" Michael: Here's this knowledge.

Here's

Audree: this awareness."

'Cause the beingness
has always been there.

It's always been there.

All the knowledge has always
been there, for everyone.

Michael: Oh, so this is, you know, uh,
this is what's coming up for me is, is

when I mo- when I moved into this feeling
of the, the rightness, the correctness.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: This feeling of like, oh, all
of, all of creation is opening up for me.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: And what I'm getting right
now is it's like we have access,

you know, in the, you know, the
Christian speak, the kingdom.

Audree: Mm-hmm

Is within

Michael: Yeah.

Well, it, it means that
it, it's all here for us

Audree: So that's what I was getting
at, is that the … That what happens is

that when you understand the mechanics
of creation and you go through this whole

journey, what happens is that you have

a shift in perspective, in consciousness
to understand the mechanics so well

That a sh- you can change reality,
but you have to go through

the whole entire journey- Mm.

Your own experience

Michael: Right, that's
the training program

Audree: That's the training program

Michael: Your life is
the training program.

Fun fact.

Audree: Not only … Well, yes, and.

It's like you have to go through that
whole entire journey only to understand

that it's your shift of perspective
that pops out of the deviated reality

to understand that the, not to understand
on a intellectual understanding,

it's a visceral understanding,
and then there's something else

That no's or that yeses

Michael: Definitely a yes

Audree: That the spoon actually
isn't there, and you stop

pledging your allegiance

of one reality and you stop pledging your
allegiance to another reality because

you understand that all of that is, uh…

What is that word?

Like, almo- like m- mercury.

It's like

None of it is real or solid

Michael: Ethereal.

I don't know.

Audree: I was saying mercurial.

I, I-

Michael: Mercurial you can say.

Audree: Mercurial.

That's a, that's a- I can't say the word.

Michael: That's okay.

Audree: For the-

Michael: Not a requirement, Audrey.

Audree: Oh, thank God.

Michael: Oh, I was just getting it.

This is my big O when you're sharing

awareness is the primary
mechanism of evolution

and with awareness of the truth of
one who we are, not just as source

consciousness, as our beingness

That's because we've done the
work that's whole and integrated

Audree: Right.

It's no more of a fractal.

It's no more a fractal.

Michael: Right.

So w- It's

Audree: like, remember when we did
that process and everything went

Michael: shh?

Yeah, that was crazy stuff.

Audree: Right?

But you come into wholeness.

It's like even like, uh-

Michael: Wholeness

… Audree: evolutionary energetics,
the chakras on the right side and

the left side of the body create the
mechanism from which your whole entire

energy field turns on and becomes
active and starts working together.

Mm.

The mind goes from one wolf to another
wolf to understanding there is no wolf.

Like, it's like everything just goes

and locks in.

Michael: Like the
disappearance of the universe.

Audree: Exactly.

When you start to become aware that
you are source consciousness, there's

certain mechanisms within your
consciousness itself that are separated.

And then you start to have awareness
of these separated aspects of the

consciousness to the point where
at some point it all becomes one.

Yet in the beginning, you have
to have the awareness of each

individual aspect of being

Because the only way

To create the unlock or to release
it out of its existence is to see it

completely, understand it completely.

That's how you start to know, you
know the me- mechanics of creation,

'cause you have your, this precise,
profound awareness on what is happening.

Michael: Right.

Or, or one of our, you know,
or our students, right?

We've seen this in our students where, you
know, so and so knows all about Merkabahs.

Just, just, just, just-
Pops … knows about them, right?

Yeah.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: Or, you know, another one
knows about, um, you know, what's

correct in the mechanics of creation.

Audree: Or how they s- th- you're,
we're doing a teaching on the

wall, and all of a sudden they-

Michael: They pop open.

They go, "Woo-hoo."

Audree: They pop open, right,
and they have all the knowledge.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: Yep.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: But that's not the end either.

Michael: That's, that's the clue.

Audree: It's a clue that it's happening.

It's

Michael: the clue.

It's a clue that the who, you that you
think you are is not the you that you are

That's the dream This is

Audree: very trippy.

Michael: I spent so much time believing
all the lies to keep the dream alive

Audree: Mirror

Michael: The allegiance
to the pile of shit

Audree: Right?

And, and the mind is- Mm … trying to
hang on to the reality that you're in

because it's trying to keep you safe-

Michael: Mm.

And so what do you need to figure out?

… in that structure.

Nothing.

There's nothing to figure out.

Audree: Nothing.

Michael: There's nothing to be like,
"Oh, I gotta listen to this again

'cause I didn't understand it."

There's nothing like that
'cause what we're doing is-

Audree: Well, you can listen to it again-

Michael: Yes

… Audree: because you're

Michael: Not for trying to figure it out.

It's for opening-

Audree: For going deeper

… Michael: our awareness and our
being to our being-ness and the

truth of what and who we are

Audree: Not what he's done

There is no done, by the way

Michael: It's the D word

Audree: It is a D word, isn't it?

Take away the D word and you have-

Michael: One

… Audree: one

Michael: What there is, is evolving

Audree: Which is love spelled backwards.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: Evolve

Michael: Do you love your own being?

So this is how it all ties in, right?

It's

Audree: a, what-

Michael: Do you love your own being

to, from the mind's perspective, evolve.

Even though from the, the truth of
creation, it's, you already are that.

You, just your awareness is

Caught up

Audree: Right.

And when you- Mm … understand that you
are that, you are source consciousness,

the whole entire point of your incarnation
is to gift an experience to source.

Michael: Well,

Audree: let- So you're gifting an
experience of pain and suffering,

or are you gifting an experience
of creation and joy and bliss and

creating through joy and bliss?

Michael: Mm.

Audree: And love of being

My creation never stops

Just like evolving or
evolution never stops

Michael: I am complete

Audree: I'm complete too

Michael: Let's take three minutes

Just opening up to our beingness

Thank you for joining us.

Let's be evolutionary

I was born with mystical gifts I learned to hide from a world that wasn't ready, the weird kid teaching Samadhi at slumber parties while trying to make sense of being different. Almost a decade in formal healing training, a graduate of the Barbara Brennan Collage of Healing. Five years on a Chicago medical team, healing what Western medicine couldn't touch. In 2009 I received Evolutionary Energetics, yet discovering it and embodying it are completely different. I've done the messy work: dissolved my ego, healed my deepest patterns, trusted guidance I couldn't see when everything rational screamed not to. I'm not a guru with all the answers. I'm a real person who happened to be born remembering cosmic truth, walked the uncomfortable path of living it, and learned how to make it practical.

Raised with logic and science, I started as the ultimate skeptic. In my AI PhD program, I discovered that human vision and cognition is controlled hallucination; we literally make up reality. After years in software architecture and management roles leading organizational transformations, the pattern became clear: the consciousness of the leader creates culture, culture creates outcomes. I hit the truth: I was the limiting factor in every change initiative. Meeting Audree transformed everything as our opposite approaches unlocked something extraordinary. Through 100+ leadership trainings, we didn't create this work, we received it, download by download, in an unfolding evolutionary process. I've done the messy work: learned to trust direct experience over logic, followed guidance that made no rational sense. I'm not a guru with all the answers. My passion is the mechanics of creation. I'm the bridge between worlds, translating cosmic downloads into step-by-step practical tools.
