The Hidden No That Blocks the Life You Want
Audree: Okay, so I was gonna
share something with Audrey.
She has no real idea what it is.
And then, uh, I thought, well, we'll
just mic up and, and see what happens.
So
I guess if I start the, the
story from the beginning is to
review it from my perspective for
clarity and also for the, the listener.
So yesterday we had a, a very interesting
session with the Shi where basically
they gave me a thrashing where they
said, "Look, you know, Michael, you
know, you're not using the tools."
Not-- I won't go into the, the details,
but, um, you, you're not taking action
in the world in the way that m- that's
been suggested to us, recommended to
us, and there's c- there's really,
you know, in a way a disregarding
of instructions and guidance.
And, you know, we see this with
our students all the time, and
so I guess, you know, you know,
you s- spot it, you got it.
So this is me being on the,
the receiving end of that.
So like I, like I'm in the state
I'm in, I'm just going through
it with a lot of gratitude.
Like, oh, 'cause I j- like I just wanna
move well, correctly through creation.
And, you know, we're in this middle
of this really, really intense
transformation that they liken to being
in a, in a chrysalis as a caterpillar gets
melted into and reforms into a butterfly.
And really that's what it's been feeling
like for, I guess, a couple of weeks now
And so, so that's kind of the,
the, the backdrop is, "Hey, you're
not, you're not doing this."
And, and so, so I re- was reading
through the transcript of the
channeling session, which I normally
do, and then, y- you know, the, and
I, I slow down at places, and there's
this question of like, "Well, why?
Why are you, why are you, like,
kind of in sabotage mode?"
They didn't quite say it that
way, but that's my interpretation.
Like, why am Iâ¦
I mean, clearly, I mean, it's so
evident that I'm making these, you
know, kind of poor life choices or
choosing to stay in resistance and
having the experience of staying in
resistance or, you know, choosing to
stay stuck and having that experience.
And, you know, so it's like, okay, well,
that clearly that's what's going on.
So the, so I'm, I'm curious,
you know, w- why is that?
So one of the things they were saying
is, "Well, you know, maybe you don't
want what's coming through the journey."
And that really opened up something in me
Yeah, that really opened so, and it, and
when I was going through it, it like,
I got kinda got like the, you know, I
guess the first one or two levels of it.
But that's kind of all that
came, and then, you know,
in the night again, I wasâ¦
I, I got up 'cause my mind's going
You know, with attack thoughts and,
and so, you know, I got up and,
you know, activated being in the
truth of what and who I am, and
the mind comes, keeps coming in.
I'm going like, "Okay, well
I'm, I'm really tired of this."
Like I, like I, I'm kind of done with
this whole mind, the neurotransmitter
being stuck in this low frequency
thoughts and states, and this
identity of self-destruction.
And then it got to a point where
things were, were quiet in my
being, and I went to sleep.
Then I woke up, and it's like,
"I don't, I don't feel great."
And I'm like, "Okay, well, I'll do
my usual thing of having a shower."
And during the shower,
that's when it all came in.
And
To explain this, I'm going to talk
about waking up to the movies.
And, and what I realized about waking
up to the movies, what it's doing
is showing you, Jean-Marc Sauer says
this, it's showing you what you don't
see in your ordinary day-to-day life.
I would characterize it
now today very differently.
What it's showing you are symbols and
metaphors for the unprocessed choices
and trauma from other dimensional
experiences, past incarnations, other
aspects of your incarnation that have
gone through some sort of experience
and there's some sort of choice and
glitch and holding on in your system.
So it's not about, I mean, it is about
seeing this life, but it's really
about seeing beyond this life because
it's taking us to, movies are taking
us to experiences way beyond our kind
of normal everyday reality, right?
So we get to experience another lifetime
in this incarnation, in this life.
So that's my realization.
And so the two, you know,
it's almost like, you know,
the perfection of creation.
The two kind of clips that I got,
these little vignettes, one is from
the series The Mandalorian where
Baby Yoda or Grogu is so traumatized
that he's hiding what and who he is.
And that's what's going on with me.
That's what's been going on and then I
was, I was seeing like all the different
past lives of being tortured killed
all sorts of horrible things happening
kind of doing this k- doing this kind of
work and bringing light into the world
And then I'm like, "Oh, I chose
to have those experiences."
So again, going back to, you know,
the protocols of unbinding choice
and, you know, using the tools
And then the, um, the other aspect
that came up, this might have been
before, I'm not sure what the sequence
is, was from Project Hail Mary
Where there's the only guy who can go
on the mission and he doesn't wanna go.
And it's this cute little JC
that is like, "Oh, I'm that guy.
I'm that guy who's, like, the guy who's
set up perfectly to go on the mission.
There's no one else,
and I don't wanna go."
Which reminds me of, you know, the
character 22 from Soul as well.
So there's this, um, there's
this for me, this profound
Letting go of the
i-identities of limitation.
And, and of course the way
this is presented in my
life is, you know, being Mr.
Magoo, not quite getting
it, having confusion
being in fear
hiding my brilliance
Adding all aspects of the truth of what
and who I am or what I'm experiencing
Well, it's giving me a pretty good
idea why I haven't really felt safe.
That was the choice to
have that experience.
Anyway, that's my share
Thank you.
That's a beautiful share
That's a huge insight and awakening
You know, this little blip in a movie
And to be honest
You know, every human being on the
planet is having that same process
so traumatized that they had to hide the
truth of what and who they are, not from
other people, from even from themselves
And when you think about it all
the persecution heretics, witches
There's a whole entire religion around
somebody that was enlightened in trying
to help humanity gets put on a cross
And then they formed a religion around
it and stuck the cross in every single
church with a dead guy hanging from it.
Just as a reminder, this can happen to you
Mm.
It's also this, you know, don't go
against the rules of the deviation
Yeah
⦠the rules of oppression.
Mm-hmm.
Under the guise of he died for your
sins, so you should feel shame and guilt
When we think about, you know, movies or
books is what inspires us are the heroes.
Those who move beyond the limitation,
those who move beyond the oppression,
those who free others, thoseâ¦
It, it's, it's like that's almost like
the, the blueprint of every movie.
Yeah, it is.
That's the whole concept of
a hero, like a protagonist.
Mm-hmm.
It's overcoming all obstacles, all the
pain, all the wounding that's deep inside.
You know, receiving a tool or
some- something that they can
wield their strength through.
But the ultimate, the ultimate journey
is realizing their own strength, their
bravery, their courage, the choices
that they're making through the journey.
It's not about the, the sword or the, the
magic stone that they, that they h- have.
Michael: Mm.
Audree: That I think gives them the
impetus or the false sense of feeling safe
enough to do the ⦠have the courage.
But the real courage lies within.
I don't even like to say the
word lies because that's a lie.
It lies within.
So even that, that saying is
stopping you from understanding
the truth of what and who you are.
The word believe has the word lie in it.
Right.
So it's like all these little obstacles,
these little traps if you get too close
So for me, this is really, uh,
highlighting this
principle of creation, mechanic
of creation that you're doing
the whole thing to yourself
You know, it's not like, "Oh,
I get confused," or, you know,
"I don't understand," or, you
know, "I fog," or you know.
It's like, it's like well, n- n- no.
It's like there was a, a
choice point in my being
that's there that's causing those things.
So everything that's going on, I'm
just really getting this clarity
now, everything that's going on in
your reality, in your inner reality
around you, there's a choice point.
And what the work, and I get--
I mean, it's all obvious.
This is all tying in now.
That why awareness is the primary
mechanism of crea- of evolution is
that y- we're unlocking the awareness
of those choice points to evolve, to
move beyond the limitation towards the
truth of what and who we are, right?
So it's not like if I look at, you
know, where I am in, in my journey,
it's not like I can keep those
choice points of limitation and also
somehow magically transcend them.
The journey is about purifying
out all that is not truth, and
then the truth is what remains
So the choice to hide,
to limit, to persecute
So, you know, I know we've been wondering
this and, you know, our students have
been wondering, well, you know, you
know, wow, this is like really incredible
work that you're bringing to the world.
Like why, why are you so stuck?
Like why is it not bigger?
Why is it not expanding?
And now I know
I'm aware of the no.
I'm aware of the no in my
system that was saying- You're
aware of the knowing.
I'm aware-
You've been knowing, knowing
I'm aware of the no in my system-
Yes
⦠that the fear
Of the, of, of what's there before us so
great, it's like this massive ⦠That's
what it was experienced, this massive no
And it reminds me of, uh, you
know, you're saying like we
can't hold the goodness, right?
You know, we want the goodness in
our life, but we can't hold it.
The, and the reason we can't hold it
is 'cause there's a part of us saying
that, "No, no, I, I, I can't have this.
I don't deserve this.
Iâ¦"
You know, whatever.
That's the, the kind of the hidden
layer that's actually creating the
limitation we're experiencing in our life.
And in, in a way, that's why,
that's why no one can free you.
A- Audrey and I can't.
Guide- your guides can't.
It, it's one has to do the work
oneself to see the limiting choices
that we've made and let go of them
Ultimately, it's on us.
And of course, it's really good to take
support because when you have support,
then the whole journey goes faster
and you get hints of what to look for.
Got a big hint yesterday
It's interesting 'cause they-- it
wasn't revealed to me, "Oh, this
is what's going on with you."
It was just a couple of questions,
and that's what I think the
universe is structured as.
It's like everything's there for
you, but you have to choose to
turn towards the investigation.
You have to choose to
turn towards the light.
You h- have to be a yes to say,
"Yes, I wanna figure this out."
And when you have that yes, and, you
know, you're using the tools like,
you know, whatever, what if it were
true, and, and just being open and
curious, then the information comes.
But they're a yes.
It's not like, oh, you know, we've got
these guides, and they gave me the answer,
and blah, blah, blah, blah, and they're,
you know, they're helping us in the
journey, and that's why we're making it.
No.
They're giving us the absolute minimum
structure that we need so that we can put
the pieces together and figure it out.
Some assembly required.
It has to be that way.
Think about being a teacher.
I mean, you're, you're
a, an amazing teacher.
Do you give people the
answer when they come to you?
You just point them in the direction
to harness their own intelligence
to find the answer themselves.
That's why we talk about running your
own experiments, not-- don't believe us
You have to run your own
experiment because when it's the
personal experience, that's when
the understanding, that's when you
harness the, the teaching and the
transmission of, of the teaching into
your own being as a living reality.
It's the only way
I think about being an energetic
healer and people saying, "Well,
there's no scientific evidence."
But your body healed from cancer
or your bone healed rapidly instead
of taking 18 months, it took a week
That's, that's true evidence.
Somebody's observation or telling
you it's true is not truth to you.
Has to be a lived reality.
I am.
Hmm
Even that saying, you know, "First you'll
be horrified, and then you'll be amazed."
We're very lucky in this lifetime.
The traumas that occur to us in this
lifetime are not as great as the
traumas ⦠Like, people like, you
know, you see those movies of people
going back into a past life, and they
go back into medieval times, and y- they
land, and all of a sudden there's these
k- knights or guards in the forest,
and they immediately just run by them
and cut off their heads, you know?
It's like the, the traumas, the
violence that hu- humanity has
endured on this planet is great.
I mean, we used to burn
people alive at the stake
as a, as a weekend thing in the village.
I mean, it was just common occurrence.
Or stick peop- sticking people up on
a cross and letting them slowly die
Or huge, you know, hunts of heretics
and massacres, and it still goes on
today, which is the weirdest thing.
Genocide, war.
It's 2026, and we're still killing
each other, persecuting each other.
Well, there's a reason for that.
There's still poverty.
Until the, the, the mind changes.
Consciousness.
Oh, shoot
Okay, we've got a microphone glitch here
Test, test.
Is that good?
Yeah, you're live.
Okay.
I think the other thing to say here
There's a few things
So I have a lot of experience with
past lives, not only my own personal
experience of spontaneously having this
type of awakening happening in my being
and not fully understanding it yet,
and then going to over eight years of
formal training to learn how to, to work
with energy and work with past lives.
And then my-- after that, my ownâ¦
Not even after that, during that,
just having my own training through
experience, and then working as
a healer on a medical team and
working with people in past lives.
So the one thing working with past lives
is that what I've learned as a facilitator
of past life healing is that I never
tell people who they were in a past life
And that's also a very important aspect
of the healing and the transformation
and having the experience of
remembering, awakening to your past life
Because again, if somebody tells
you something, it's not your truth
Yet, if you have the experience, the
vision, the remembering, the awakening,
it can be facilitated for sure
You know, I've taken you through
that but the first thing I
ask is, "What do you see?
What do your feet look like?"
I don't say, "Oh, this is who you are."
That, that takes away a person's power-
Michael: Mm
⦠Audree: to, to have the
experience for themselves.
And when you have the experience for
yourself and the awakening, the memory,
in the memory, the feelings come back.
All the information comes back to you.
And I remember one of our students
I mean, y- you, you actually step into
the trauma, and what can happen is then
you have the identity to the trauma,
so you're re-traumatizing yourself
So-
Michael: Mm-hmm
⦠Audree: here's the other thing is
w- we're, we're removing or we're
dissolving all the structures.
So even the identity of, oh, I
was this person in a past life,
or I did ⦠I mean, some of
it could be really, really bad.
Like, you could see things that
you've done that are horrifying,
or you can- ⦠see things that
are done to you that are horrifying
And then you either identify as the
victim or the perpetrator, and that is not
healing and transformation
So it's a very interesting
It's very interesting with past lives
because the truth is, is that if anything
that happened to you, any trauma,
and trauma can be as the perpetrator
or trauma can be as the victim, is
left unresolved, you will experience
something similar in this lifetime.
So you never truly have
to go back into a lifetime
And when you do go back,
there's a reason for it
And it's for healing.
It's to fully let go of the identity.
It's to fully resolve the, the
trauma, the pain, the suffering
It's funny that we're talking
about this now because it's my
ex-husband's birthday today.
Michael: Mm.
Audree: And I remember when I met him,
I was so happy 'cause I wa- I don't, I
didn't remember any past lives with him.
And I was like, "Oh, we're,
we're on a clean slate here.
This'll be a great relationship."
And then it turns out every single
lifetime that I've ever had has been with
him, and it hasn't been the greatest.
And, uh
But it went all the way back
to the trauma I caused him.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: And holding that identity
of what I did to him was more
horrifying than anything that
he could ever have done to me
We're back to self-judgment
Yeah
And it has taken a long
time to say thank you
Michael: Mm
Audree: and to forgive myself
and my own pain and suffering
And so you're kind of looking
at like, why would you do that?
And I, I think the great thing about
the work that we do is that it's always
been integrated throughout all aspects
of being on all planes of existence
throughout all time, space, and beyond.
Everything that we do
goes back through the timelines,
through the multi-dimensions, through
the parallel realities, just in case.
Not as, "Oh, this is true."
Mm.
It's more like a, "Well, just in
case it's true, let's hit everything.
Let's, let's just, let's ⦠If
I'm sitting here in meditation
now, let it impact everything
everywhere- Mm ⦠all at once."
Mm.
What I'm, I'm just noticing now is
That it's not looking at past lives
for, you know, for fun, right?
It's not, that's not what
this is about at all.
I'll
take past lives for fun, Bob.
Yeah.
It's, it's having a present momentâ¦
This is my situation that I've
described here, just to understand,
like, the, the structure of it.
It's a present moment challenge and
unresolved experience in the present
moment, and then understanding enough of
the mechanics of creation to understand
and be open to experiencing past lives
as a mechanism to support the resolution
of the present moment situation.
Michael: Yes.
Audree: So it's not like saying,
and it's not like saying, "Oh,
I'm having this experience.
It must be a past life."
No, no, no, no, no, no, because
the, the, the, the, the, the beauty
and the complexity of creation is
that maybe it is, maybe it isn't.
Maybe that's useful, maybe it's not.
And so it, you know, and I think,
I think we were talking about our
students and about being a teacher,
and I'll, I'll tie this in here.
What was coming up for me is, I remember
we'd have these, uh, for the leadership,
these, these monthly coaching c- not
coaching calls, these monthly, um,
evolutionary leadership calls, and
someone would describe a problem, and
there wasn't any coaching happening.
That's not the structure.
The structure was, "Okay, w- what
is your assessment of the situation
and what, what are, what parts of
the framework, what tools would you
use to support navigating this?"
And so everyone, in a way, got
extraordinary value from it, but
at the same time hated it because
then their minds had to work, right?
Mm-hmm.
But, but that's what, that's
what the self-mastery is.
It's like thinking, "Oh,
well, here's the situation.
What aspects of the mechanics of,
you know, leadership or the mechanics
of creation are useful here?"
And so what I'm, the reason I'm
sharing this now is because, well,
past life is just one mechanic.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: Right?
It's like if you're in a
garage, you've got a whole set
of tools to fix cars, right?
You don't always use the, the wrench.
That wouldn't make sense.
I mean, there, there are
a thousand tools there.
You use the tool for the job.
And I think that's what the, the
self-mastery is, is, is getting the
mastery over the, the core set of
tools and, you know, I guess, you know,
getting help for the, you know, the
parts that, where you don't have that
specialization or tools, or support from
others who have that specialization,
and then you get the job done.
The car's back on the road.
It's never been before.
So going back to your Bless you
Going back to your insight
What happened?
Can you describe in more detail?
So whi- which part?
Well, I think for me it was starting
with the question, like, well, you
know, why is there so mu- why are,
why are we stalling in this transâ¦
So obviously this might apply to a lot
of people listening to this, but why am I
stalling in my transformational journey?
Why am I stalling at this place that
doesn't feel comfortable, right?
So it's not the transformational
journey, it's getting to the other side.
It's getting to the outcome.
Yeah, it's getting to the outcome.
The life improvement.
Exactly.
So, so why are things
stalling is kind of theâ¦
And so for me, I was really looking at
that, and they said, "Well, do you not
wanna, do you not wanna have the outcome?
Do you not wanna go on the journey?
Like, what, what, like what is it?
Do you not wannaâ¦
Oh, do you not wanna
finish the transformation?
Because you, it's kind of like you
don't, you know, maybe you don't
want what's on the other side."
And so that's, that's
what activated my being.
And I started to look, okay, well,
you know, back to this question,
am I ready to let, let the good in?
Am I ready to really live
an extraordinary life?
And, oh, this is interesting.
There's another detail.
And what came up for me is, well, it
was actually ⦠Oh, this is, this is
yesterday, so this is a little, we'll
get this in more detail here, but,
um, this is what you're asking for.
It's like the mind was active.
The mind goes, "Well, oh, oh my gosh,
I don't know if I can deal with all
that, all that extraordinary-ness.
That might be too much for me."
And at the same, at the same
time, the very same time, the very
same mind is going, "You know,
I don't know if I can do it."
And I'm going looking at,
looking at this like, well, you
don't know if you can do it?
That's why you don't wanna go?
Well, if you can't do it,
it won't be extraordinary.
But you, you don't, you don't
think you can do it, whatever's
required of you, and at the same
time you think it's extraordinary.
That doesn't make any sense.
And I was just
seeing- I'm confused 'cause you
said that you don't wanna go, you
don't wanna have the extraordinary?
Yeah.
The mind's going, "Oh, I don't know if I
can, I can let all that extraordinary in.
I don't know if I'm ready for
that- Oh ⦠that much goodness."
Right, right, right.
And
at the same time, the mind's
going, "Oh, I don't know if I
can do what's needed of me."
And it's like, well, if I can't do what's
needed of me, I can't get the goodness.
It's like, it doesn't make any sense.
Well, it does.
It's you're justifying
⦠Well, I, I, what, what I'm saying
is the mind ⦠What I'm noticing
this moment is I'm saying, "Oh,
wow, look how cool this is."
The mind is making up stuff that isn't
even coherent, and I'm buying it.
Mm-hmm.
I'm going, "Oh yeah, I don't know if
I can handle it, all that, you know,
that, that goodness," and, "Oh, I
don't know if I, you know, I'm, can
actually do what's required of me."
And I'm like going like, well, I think
that was like the, the channeling
from yesterday is, you know, this is
a great deceiver, you know, the mind.
Yeah.
It's constantly, constant source of
Hmm.
Distortion
Or maybe just trying to keep you
safe, and that's what it thinks.
Well, see, then that's when
we go to the deeper layer.
Well, it was trying to keep me safe
because, you know, all the other times,
you know, I got killed or tortured,
or tortured and killed, or maimed, or-
Are you sure?
Every time?
Not every time, many of the times.
Right.
So why are you just focusing on the,
the ones where you were persecuted?
Does that make you feel special?
No, it's about the mind, you just talked
about the mind feeling safe, right?
Trying to keep me safe, right?
The, if it turns out well, there's
nothing to keep me safe for, right?
There's no, there's no kind of-
Bingo
⦠yeah
Hmm.
Like, why isn't the mind focusing
on all the times where you did live
in higher states of consciousness
and it was good, peaceful
It was getting it wants to have a job.
Yeah.
Trying to create job safety
by sabotaging
things.
Oh, that's what happened on my TV show
yesterday, is the, the woman that came to
save the- Uh-huh ⦠the Scottish castle.
Yeah, she wanted
to- You know, she was hired by
the bank to save this castle from
bankruptcy 'cause the, the castle own-
owe- owed the bank a lot of money.
And they started doing better, and
they started, um, producing income.
The castle started producing income
from tourism, and so she, her job
was done, and the bank was giving
control of the, the castle back to
the owners, and she wanted to stay.
So she started sabotaging
so she could stay at the castle.
Michael: Mm.
Audree: Yeah.
So she could keep her job.
The mind just wants to keep its job.
It thinks it's gonna die
It's the last vestige of the egoic
consciousness because they're linked
And truthfully, it is dying
I mean, that's what transformation is.
It's death.
Moving from one state to
another, the old state has to die
And then the other, the other dimension to
the whole thing that was going on with me
is my mind's going, "Well, thinking about
all the things that we want to accomplish
and get done in the material plane,"
and then, "Well, how's this gonna work?
And what about this?
And how are we gonna solve this?
And what about that?"
And then d- like, you know,
problem, problem, problem,
problem, problem, problem, problem.
And then I'm going like, "Okay.
Yeah, you're right.
I don't know."
And am I gonna go with that energy, or
am I gonna go with trust the process?
And trust the process is not
about being Pollyanna-ic.
It's, it's about
moving to a frequency where
things can open up and unfold
I was just telling that story to
one of my students, our students
They wanted to continue in the advanced
course, but they didn't have the money
And I told her the story of
Going to Barbara Brennan
Michael: Mm-hmm
Audree: I didn't have the
money to go to Barbara Brennan.
It was like $6,000 a year plus
all the travel and all the hotels
This was in the '90s
Five times a year, yeah.
And I had just gotten a, a
really expensive apartment
on the Gold Coast in Chicago
And I couldn't get out of my lease even
But I signed up anyways, and I put
down the down payment, and I signed
up for the monthly, and I had no
idea how I was gonna pay for it
And
you were a yes in your system
I was a, I was a absolute 100% yes,
something will happen, something will work
out And I think it was three or four weeks
before I was gonna go for my first class
There was a huge rainstorm, and I
lived on the top floor of my building.
And I was getting ready to go to dinner
with my sister, and we heard this, like,
noise, and all of a sudden the whole
entire ceiling cracked from wall to
wall, and there was literally a waterfall
Through my living room of water
And then
Like, I had to call the landlord.
And we're just, like, astonished.
Like, we're-- My sister and I
were just standing there, like,
literally, like, "What's happening?"
Like, the whole ceiling, and
there was just water pouring.
Like, I, I, I got a bucket,
I got a, a garbage can.
Like, there was nothing, 'cause it
was the whole, like, 10 feet of,
of water, you know, coming through.
And, uh
The landlord comes over and
she's just like, "Oh my God
And she didn't even know what
to ⦠She was really young, and
she called her parents, and like,
it was like this whole thing.
They lived in the building, too
And the neighbors came.
All the neighbors came looking, and the
sup- the superintendent ca- like everybody
was, everybody was- They heard about it
everybody was standing and like,
"We've never seen anything like this."
It was just an, like an act of God
And I'm like, "I can'tâ¦
Well, I c- uh, this apartment's unlivable.
I can't, I can't live in this," you know?
And my neighbor's like, "You canâ¦
I have a empty apartment.
I bought the apartment next door
to make my condo bigger, but I
haven't broken down the wall yet."
And she's just like, "How
much can you afford for rent?"
And I was like, "Like $200 or $300."
And I like, Iâ¦
For a year, I lived in-
The Gold Coast
⦠in this apartment forâ¦
I think I paid $350 or something
like that, and I was able
to afford Barbara Brennan.
Like, it just got me out of my lease.
Yeah, I think that's what, uh-
That's what's coming up for me is
that really being in this place
of looking at where's my yes and
where's my no Knowing the no and
You know, for me, it's really just
come about, and I think this is true
at probably at every stage of the
journey, is coming back to the yes.
Like, where's your yes?
Like, so I'm looking at where's my yes?
Uh, it's my yes towards being in
the mind giving me the shit show,
or is my yes to moving through?
Is my yes to the truth
of what and who I am?
Is my yes to going beyond this?
Like, and so when I keep on coming back
to my yes, then, then that opens up
Yeah.
So that, so which is what your, your
point about the story is, is like you had
just such a strong yes Mm-hmm ⦠that
creation organized around that principle.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: And you know, I think this is
what's, what's really been kind of-
I call it like a burr under my
saddle, like this kind of like
The mind wrestling with the paradox of
on the one hand everything's there for
me when I say yes, on the other hand I'm
saying no and I can see how I'm saying no
and then I'm saying well it hasn't fe- it
felt like I've been making the best choice
I could at every point in time based on
what I understood so how am I missing out
on opportunities that I could have had?
Like it's almost like well the
configuration of this trajectory of
neurons and energetics and came up
with what happened so it's perfect
and at the same time it's like well
and it's perfect and it could have
been something different and I'm
saying well like well what is that?
Like what is that different?
And what I got to is
just it's just the yes.
It's just that choice within our being
of are we gonna go with our yes or are
we gonna go with the no of the mind?
'Cause the mind is just saying no, no, no.
It's like 22 in that movie Soul.
No.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: No.
Mm-hmm.
No.
That's what the mind is.
That's what your mind is.
That's what my mind is.
And the way through it is not about
trying to fix the mind, it's about
being with the yes and letting
the yes shine through our being
Yes, I wanna move beyond this.
Yes
I want the peace.
I want the truth of what and who I am
I want to live an extraordinary life.
Yes
Reminded, you know, I was going
through this a couple weeks ago.
It was reminding me of the movie Yes Man.
I didn't re-watch it because I've
seen it, like, a bunch of times
But this is, you know, the,
the truth is out there.
This is, this is what it is.
It's our, finding our yes.
And that'll move us through everything.
It's also the yes to heal, the
yes to let go of the identity of
whatever it is that you've done
or that you've been a victim to.
Because you've wrapped your identity
around that, you're going to
have to let go of your identity.
I had a client that had MS, and it was
her whole entire identity, and I knew
You know, she came to me for healing,
and I knew I couldn't help her.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: Because her whole entire
⦠Everything about her life was wrapped
around having MS, multiple sclerosis.
So she was a yes to
that.
She was a yes to
her-
Identity
⦠identity.
And she came to me for healing,
but it was l- so weird because-
Well
⦠she didn't wanna h- she thought she
wanted to heal 'cause she thought that
that was what she was supposed to do,
but it was actually she just wanted
somebody to, to give her massage work
and healing work to reduce the pain,
but she didn't wanna let go of the, of,
of the chronic, the chronic disease.
She didn't wanna let go of that.
That was not
å¯ã
You know, I'm reminded, so, so this
yes is, I mean, this is bringing up a
lot of, like, recurrences in my mind.
I remember when I was doing my,
uh, neurolinguistic practitioner
or master practitioner training,
like, a long, long, long time ago.
And, uh, one of the, the stories, well,
if you're gonna try to help someone
overcome smoking, you gotta make sure
they carry a, a butt bag around with them
so they, they keep every cigarette butt.
And if they can't do that simple
practice of keeping every cigarette
butt, they're not a really
yes to, to working through it.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: And so
You know, I guess the, the, the the really
hard thing is whatever we're experiencing
in our life, we're a yes to that.
Or we're-- the yes for something
different isn't stronger than the
no in our system that's keeping
us in whatever we're experiencing.
I, I mean, I remember when I was
listening to Bentino years ago, where
he said, "If you're-- have poverty or
financial lack, you, you're pledging
your allegiance to that lack."
And it struck me.
Wow.
Like, whoa, that is so true
And, and the mind will be like, "No,
n- I don't pledge my allegiance-
I don't want
that ⦠to that.
That's not true."
It's like, yeah.
Why, why would I pledge
my allegiance to that?
And what if it were true?
That's what we're saying.
What if it is true that
you're creating your reality?
then you're the problem and you're the
solution, and then you have a way out.
You might not believe it yet or know it
yet, but just that, th- I mean, that's why
it's on the website, What If It Were True?
It used to be the top thing
What if it were true?
Yeah.
This is a deep structure
The mind wants what's known, so it's a no
to everything else, no matter how painful.
Oh, this reminds me of, uh, in
organizational changes, like
people love the status quo.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: It's a powerful attractor.
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: And so that's what it is for us
at an individual level, is the status quo
is a powerful attractor 'cause it's known.
So because it's known, the mind creates
this sense of safety and security
'cause it, "Oh, I know what it is,"
whereas the unknown is perceived
as threat, even the unknown better.
That's why people, when they have
these, you know, wonderful life events
like, you know, getting a new job
or, uh, winning, winning the lottery
or getting married, you know, it's
a, it's a stressful event, right?
It's like, what?
Uh, uh, because if you think about
it from the mind perspective, the
mind wants the, the certainty in it.
All these new, all the newness
Is not that
Michael: Mm-hmm.
Audree: We've also been brainwashed
to believe that any type of
change creates chaos and it's bad.
And it's just been this manipulative
mechanism so people don't overthrow
The, the, the ways or the
functioning that's in place
Hmm.
We're coming up on time.
Mm-hmm.
I don't know what, what else is important
for you.
I don't really have anything else to say.
Hmm.
May the force be with you
May source be with you
May source be with you
Which of course it already
is 'cause you are that
May you have the strength
and courage to find your yes
Hmm.
It's all your strengths.
For me, you have the choice for your yes
Hmm.
Okay, let's take three minutes
Michael: Thank you for joining us.
Let's be evolutionary
