You Are Your Choices, Not Your Enlightenment

Audree: Welcome to our living room.

So the headline here is what?

You said it.

Michael: Oh.

Everyone is source consciousness.

Get over it.

Audree: No, you said everyone is
source consciousness, big whoop.

Michael: Yeah.

Oh, big whoop.

You like the big whoop version better?

Audree: Yeah, get over it's kinda-

Michael: A bit in your face?

Audree: Eh, just nasty.

Michael: Yeah.

Oh, okay.

Um,

Audree: I don't know if
big whoop is any better.

Michael: I don't know if it's any better.

Well, so what is the point here?

The point is that, yes, you
are source consciousness.

Audree: But that's not the headline,
and it's the headline that everybody

is chasing is how do I get there,
like this enlightenment thing.

How do I get to I'm source consciousness?

But then when you get there, big whoop.

Everybody's source consciousness.

Everyone.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: Who cares

Hmm.

I guess what, what's going on
with us, uh, can I speak for you?

Oh, yes.

I'll just speak for me.

Michael: You can speak for us.

That's fine.

Audree: It's the choices that we make

That is the truth of what and who we are

Michael: Right.

So, so if you just do the math here,
everyone's source consciousness

incarnated in the material plane in a
flesh suit that has, uh, not just a flesh

suit, but an energetic structure, you
know, um, well, you don't know maybe.

And, and that, you know, we're
not just in this flesh suit.

We're actually in parallel timelines
and realities and so on, and that's

all of who we are in this incarnation.

And so what we're doing is we're pulling
it all together, so it's just, you're just

here in this incarnation, in this place.

But our, our role here, uh, or
the possibility that exists for

us is to live here as source
consciousness, experiencing creation.

And experiencing creation means that, you
know, we already know from human design

we're all constructed to completely
perceive the world differently, like

see things very, very differently.

You know, they have this, this thing,
you know, if, you know, 10 people view a,

you know, a crime scene or something like
that, you'll get 10 different eyewitness

reports, and it's inherent to the system.

So we're designed to, like, be very
different, see things differently,

experience things differently, so that
source consciousness in all of our d- all

these incarnations that we are as source
consciousness, has different experiences.

And what makes the, what makes the
thing interesting, if you look at it

from a perspective of all creation,
is that it's the choices that we

make that make the spice of life.

That is, that is what and who we are.

Audree: Well, they were … It
determines your reality.

So I, I don't know if you're getting
at the same thing that I'm getting at.

No.

Michael: Well, why
don't, why don't you go?

Audree: I'll just bottom line
what I was trying to get at here.

Mm-hmm.

Is that the choices that we make
determine who and what we are.

So while we're all source
consciousness incarnated in blah,

blah, blah, blah, blah, who cares?

What is- Yeah … happening is- Does

Michael: she like to
say, "Doesn't matter"?

Audree: It doesn't matter.

'Cause whatever.

It's a play on words with matter.

Michael: Right.

Well, does it materialize in the
material plane as experience?

Mm-hmm.

That's the, that's what
I'm just getting now.

Audree: So what I'm discovering within
my own being is that everything that has

happened in my life I am not a victim of.

I chose it.

And I, then I outwardly justified it
because of this person or that person,

or I was adopted, or I had a abusive
mother, or my boss did this or bo- … No.

I did it to myself.

And when you start to s- to s- when you
start to take ownership and full ownership

and responsibility of your creation

There's something very powerful steps in.

In the beginning, it's not powerful.

In the beginning, you feel like shit.

You're like, "Oh my God, I'm the
most horrible person in the world."

What, what's that saying from the Bible?

Michael: I think it's, uh, fr-
I think it's actually from St.

Thomas.

First you'll, you'll be horrified-
Horrified … and then you'll be amazed.

Audree: And then you'll be amazed.

Yeah.

Right?

So, so what's going on, on the,
in the evolutionary journey or the

evolution of consciousness and-

Creating an extraordinary life, health
and vitality, wealth, relationships, all

of that, is getting right with yourself.

There's something very, very powerful
in that, and I, I keep thinking

about, uh, the steps in AA, in
Alcoholics Anonymous, because the

very first step is that you have to
admit that your life is unmanageable

And until you start to understand how
much damage you're causing, and it's our,

our, uh, our leadership model, awareness.

Like we always say awareness is the
primary mechanism for evolution.

If you are not aware

of how you are creating your reality
and your responsibility in it.

That has to be the first step.

And when you do have that
awareness, it is horrifying.

It is like, holy shit, I
can't blame anybody else.

I could only say I created this.

And now, I mean, everybody's
gonna be like, "Well, what about

those little babies that are being
abused and things like that?"

I, I, I don't even wanna go there
because it's very complicated and we

don't know all the aspects of creation.

And if I say to you,
"Well, they're creating it.

They stepped into this lifetime to
have certain experiences," and you

say, "No, that would-- that's not
the case, that, you know, they're

victims," blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

You know, it seems crass.

It seems very, um

not, not human, not having compassion.

And that's not how I wanna portray this.

And at the same time, it's like
we, all of us have signed up

to have certain experiences,
and it goes further than that.

Like, I look at my, my dad right now,
who's getting older, and he's, like,

terrified to die because he thinks
he's been a bad human being, and he's

looking at his life going, "Oh, I've done
this, I've done this, I've done this."

And so, you know, what happens is this
looping pattern of consciousness that's

within the deviation that keeps us
punishing ourselves over and over and

over again because we did these things.

Somewhere deep in our, in our
consciousness, we understand the mechanics

of creation, and we understand that
we signed up for these experiences,

which means that y- you chose to have
the experience and, or, I don't know

But it's like you do something,
you make a choice that's a negative

choice, and then you cover it up.

You're in self-denial.

You justify, justify, justify, and at
the same time, deep down inside, you know

that you chose to do that very thing.

So you're judging yourself, and
then you're punishing yourself.

And so then you sabotage
all of your happiness

Instead of just getting right with
yourself by saying, "I chose this.

Okay

You know, so out here we're ch-
we're chasing enlightenment, we're

chasing the evolution, we're chasing,
"Oh, I'm source consciousness,"

to make yourself feel better.

Who cares that you're
source consciousness?

Everybody is

No matter what you've done, no
matter who you've become, no

matter the choices that you made,
you're still source consciousness.

So if that's the case that you're
source consciousness no matter what,

then it's about what are your choices,
and really examining your choices

and getting right with yourself

Like, I, I can look at some of
the choices that I made for my

life and I can see, holy shit

I kind of fucked up there.

And I know also at the same time,
I didn't have any other tool.

I was just trying to survive.

And you take the metaphor
of somebody drowning

You know that if somebody is drowning and
somebody jumps in to help them, they will

drown that person to get on top of them.

They will push them down under the water
to get on top so they can catch their

breath, and both people end up drowning

I mean, we're struggling to survive.

That's why you did all those things

Michael: There's something you
were touching upon about, uh, you

know, moving-- as we move from this
belief system of really victimhood

to self-enablement, self-mastery,
where the choice to look at

how am I creating this reality.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: Right?

And

You know, it's not like
you get to pick and choose.

Well, you know, this, you know, they're
not choosing this situation, you know,

so this innocent baby thing, right?

I mean, you know, if you watch the movie
Soul, you know you're choosing to be

born into, like, a specific situation
for a specific set of attributes.

I mean, you know, it's,
it's kind of right there.

But, um, but really you
can't have it both ways.

And we're not saying you
have to believe it's one way.

We're just saying the
journey's about looking.

And if you start to look at,
well, how am I creating this?

Where is the, the as- where is it
within my being that's generating

this external experience?

What you're doing is you're creating
the possibility of really taking

control of your life, because you're
moving the locus of control of your

life from outside of you inside of you.

You're claiming the power that
you've always had that you're

pretending is outside of yourself.

That's the, the misperception,
the self-deception, and so on.

Now, what is the va-
Well- Let me just finish.

Okay.

What is the value of this?

This is what I wanna get to.

Audree: Yeah.

Michael: You know, we talk about
psychological safety being a spectrum

from lower levels to medium levels.

I mean, no one who's listening to
this podcast is psychologically safe.

It's just if you are, you're in
a deep state of self-deception

because it's a spectrum, right?

Like, there's situations that
can make you feel unsafe.

You can think of it-- You could probably
think of 10 things right now off the top

of your head that'll make you feel unsafe.

That's how you know you're not
fully psychologically safe.

Um, so what-- The only thing that will
actually support full psychological

safety is when you are fully in
control of your experience of reality,

which is what this journey is about.

That's what this journey's about
'cause, w- and it, and it's like, oh,

well, how do I control all of creation?

It, it's not actually about that.

What happens is the external world's
re- I mean, this is the weird part

of the whole setup of creation.

The external world's actually just
a reflection of your internal state.

And as your internal state gets to be
one of wholeness, where you're whole with

all the choices you've made, everything
that's happened, all the judgment's

gone, and you're at peace with your
own being, that's the point at which

one enters conscious creation, yes.

And the, and the safety's there 'cause
there's no external dependency anymore.

Audree: Okay.

So everybody just heard what Michael said.

Can you do that?

Can you even understand
what he's talking about?

Everybody knows, oh, you
go on a hero's journey.

You know, you write your story.

What happened to you?

What was your pain?

What did you overcome?

How did you overcome your
obstacles of your life?

Like, oh, I had an abusive father
and da, da, da, da, da, and, and,

and then I became a CEO of a company

for example

That's not it

While on the surface
that's what it looks like

yet

There's a mechanic of creation
that you are missing in doing that

hero's journey story for yourself

What is actually required is not that you
write your hero's journey story and you

overcome your pain and suffering and then
you can just have a- an amazing life.

What happens is that
when you intentionally

Really look and say, "I'm
gonna take full ownership and

responsibility f- I created this.

What did I get out of it?"

Like, that's what the h- h- jour- hero's
journey is supposed to be doing for you.

What people are missing here, and this
is where it gets really intentional

is that every experience that
you have had in your life,

you have given your power away

And the real hero's
journey here is not about

It's not about the, the, you know, I,
you know, the spectrum of psychological

safety or noticing or being aware that
you're not safe or noticing or being

aware that you're, you know, take
full ownership and responsibility.

Okay, I created this, now what?

That's not what it is.

What is going on is that you're taking
your power back because you've given

your power away to the victimhood, to
the experience, to even the creation,

because somewhere deep inside there's
this aspect y- that you're creating it

If you're creating it, then
you take your power back.

And it's like that's what past life or
soul retrieval, the indigenous cultures

do, um, in j- in shamanic, uh, techniques.

That's what you're doing is
you're taking your power back.

Every time you have an experience,
the reason why you have a memory of

that experience- Mm … is because
there's an aspect of you, because

we're multidimensional beings that get
caught, you get caught in the memory.

You get caught in the experience, and
you kind of loop in that experience.

There's an aspect of
you that's looping in it

And when you take full ownership and
responsibility what if it were true?

I'm not, I'm gonna stop being the
victim here, but it's not just

stopping and being the victim.

It's pulling your power back, your…

When I say power, what I'm talking
about is your energy, the aspect of

your being that gave yourself away to
the person, to the experience, to the

whatever, and you're pulling it back.

And when you do, you come into wholeness.

That's how you're really
coming into wholeness.

It's very, very specific, and there's
very, very specific techniques.

Michael: And it's not even just that.

I think you know what I'm getting now.

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Michael: And I think this is what
we've been experiencing, or certainly

what I experienced yesterday, is, and
actually even over the last week, is

all these different facets and threads
of understanding what this evolutionary

journey is and what the evolution
of consciousness is coming together.

Mm-hmm.

And so, you know, if there was one
thing, it'd be awareness is the

primary mechanism of evolution.

As in-- But e- even that, that's
like an umbrella, 'cause then you

just unpack it and you unpack it
and you unpack it and you unpack it.

And even, even when you're talking about,
about powers, you have an awareness

of how you've given your power away,
and then you make a new choice, right?

And so what I'm getting at is like that

there's just been this really
extraordinary coming together like…

And, and I think what I'm, I'm
getting at right now is it all counts.

I remember, uh, at one point, I think
this was a few months ago, this is coming

up for myself and one of our students
as well, is there, you know, being

pissed off about, "Well, I don't want to
understand more mechanics of creation."

Mm-hmm.

Like, "I'm tired.

My head is full."

Like Mm-hmm.

Like, "What?

There's more?

I gotta learn more?"

It's almost like, you know, this, you
know, this echo we have of going to school

and having to learn things or something.

I don't know what it is for me, but
or what it is for anyone listening.

But, but what I got was like,
okay, well, well, well, yeah, like

creation's really complex and, and
like we're a complex incarnation.

I mean, there's a- an aspect of us that's
source consciousness, there's an aspect of

us that's creator consciousness, there's
an aspect of us that's this incarnational

mechanism with a mind that's choosing,
and then there's, you know, all this,

you know, multidimensional mess that is
connected to us beyond what's directly

here in front of us and, and we need to
understand what- what's going on in our

incarnation, which is all of it, to, to…

Not, not perfectly, of course.

We can't understand all
the mechanics of creation.

I mean, it's just, I mean, we'll
never understand how our bodies work.

They're so complex.

But, but enough.

Enough to say yes.

Enough to say, "Yes, I want the
truth of what and who I am."

A yes to say, "I, I want
to go on this journey."

A yes to, "I do not want what's
been going on in my life.

I do not want the locus
of control outside of me.

I want that.

I want that place where I have that
peace, that safety, that security."

And, and that's what really the whole…

I, you know, it, the, the, I-- Talking
about anything, the whole journey

about being anything is so bizarre.

Even now it's like, well, oh no, the
whole journey's about yes, saying

yes to the choice to evolve, right?

Like because when we do that, that's how
we say yes to the truth of our own being.

I mean, there's so many different
ways to look at what this

Audree: is.

It's also how we correct our mistakes

Right.

Like, uh, in the course, in the
course of mir- Or misperceptions.

Yeah.

In the Course of Miracles it
says, you know, um, you created

your life in less than love.

And so because of that you could
just forgive yourself for creating it

And while that is a mechanism for that,
what happens is, is that when you…

Th- there's this, there's this
integrity that comes into your being

When you, it, it's like when you have pa-
compassion for yourself, you end up having

forgiveness for your own, for your own
experiences, for your own creations, and

that's when you're taking your power back.

You're coming into wholeness.

There's a correcting mechanism
that happens within your own being,

and you're just in integrity.

And when you're in integrity
with your own being, it's not

about what you did or didn't do.

It's about the choice that you're
making in the current moment

To come into alignment with
your own being in integrity.

And that very aspect of, of that, that
whatever you're doing to, to, to get

to that place, all of a sudden you
become this powerful pillar of truth.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: And it's like, yes, I made
that choice, and that was a really

poor, poor life choice there.

That was a really big fuck up.

And

In doing so, you can really, and
you really have an awareness,

"Oh, why did I do that?

Oh, yeah, I was really, I was
really in survival mode there.

And I, I, I didn't make a good choice for
myself there, and I hurt a lot of people.

I caused a lot of damage"

And you move through that, you know, you
feel the pain, you feel the suffering,

you see the impact and the consequences,
and you move through that whole process

And then, and then you're
making different choices.

You're making new choices

Michael: I think, I think
there's something else important

there, which is there's also

And this is what the whole thing
is in a way, is the choice to let

go of the guilt and the judgment-

Audree: And the shame

… Michael: and the shame and the- Mm-hmm
… and all the, all the resistance we

have to that, and just be okay with it.

And just be like, "Wow, that was cool.

Okay."

Audree: It, it takes a little bit
to get to, "Wow, that was cool,"

'cause wow, that was cool- Yeah

is your mind trying to make you okay.

Yeah, yeah.

Michael: It's not, it's not … It's
not, that's not even the s-

Audree: You've gotta walk through
the darkness of it all Yeah.

So what's- Yeah … happening to humans
is that when they die, they have this

life review, and this is … I haven't
died yet, so I don't … You know?

In this lifetime.

Um, but that's why people
have this fear of death.

And if you think about it, the
fear of death is the death cult

of religion saying, "I'm a sinner,
I'm a sinner, I'm a sinner.

I'm a human being that's
made all these mistakes."

And then when you die, you feel
the guilt and the shame, or you,

you see your … You know, you
have the life review or whatever.

And then you're like, "Oh, I, I
need to go fix this and come back."

It keeps you in the
cycle of birth and death

And that cycle can end now.

You're punishing yourself and judging
yourself, and then creating circumstances

in your life that are less than
perfect or less than extraordinary

because you're punishing yourself for
the past indiscretions, you could say

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: You know

I think it was…

I, I don't, wasn't raised with
stories about Jesus, but there's

this, you know, question, "Oh, does
God love even the serial killer?"

And

When you, when you look at the truth
of source consciousness, where I've

been from my view, my, my experience,
there's no judgment of good or bad.

There's no right or wrong, and it doesn't
mean that you do bad things to people.

It means that you're the
one that's judging yourself

And then from there, that
self-judgment creates a looping

mechanism that creates your reality

I remember when I was in high school

Um, my friend had a friend.

W-we hung out with him for a little bit.

His dad owned a bank, his
family, and he worked at the

bank, and this kid was so smart.

He figured out how to embezzle all
this money, and he didn't embezzle a

lot, but he broke all the firewalls

and was able to, to put money into
an account, and nobody caught him.

And for months and months and months,
he sat with this guilt and shame

And nobody caught him, nobody
caught him, nobody caught him.

And the guilt was so much.

I don't remember exactly what happened,
if he tried to commit suicide.

It got really, really bad.

Like, the guilt ate him up, and he just
was in self-destruct mode because of it

And nobody could figure out why
was this kid in self-destruct mode.

He had like, you know,
this princely s- life.

Like it should've been amazing, and he
was just self-destruct, self-destruct,

drugs, alcohol, you know, crashing
cars, getting arrested by the police.

I mean, it got really, really bad.

Like I, I remember we, we didn't
hang out with him anymore because

it, it was just like this craziness.

And finally, you know, his dad was
like, "What, what's going on with you?"

You know, "We love you so much.

We don't wanna see you in this…"

And s- then he, he finally admitted
what he did, and then it just ended.

The whole thing just ended.

And, you know, I, I don't
remember even what happened.

I'm sure he, he had to go through some
sort of punishment, 'cause what he

did was, you know, it was a felony.

Like it was a felony.

You know, but he was, he
was under 17, you know?

And I just, I don't remember anything.

He just disappeared completely

I'm sure his family handled the situation.

But

I just remember watching it, and it w-
it made so much sense that he was on

self-destruct because of what he did

Maybe I met him afterwards

I don't remember.

I just remember the story

And now that I'm looking back

It's like that's what we do to ourselves.

We destroy ourselves because of
the things that we have done,

because the guilt and the shame

Instead of just being in integrity
and saying, "Yes, I did that

and move through the pain and the wounding
of why you did it in the first place

And we don't really understand
all the mechanics of creation.

You know, we don't understand why
bad things happen to good people

And so the only thing that I know
that one person can do is say, "Yes,

this happened to me" and, and take
your whatever energy that you have in

that experience instead of living as
the victim and that being your story.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: Right?

People use their victim story

as this, as a, a mechanism.

I mean, now it's popularized.

Like, you see all these successful
people, you know, saying, "Oh, well, this

is my victim story, and I overcame it

And while that gives hope for people, and
it's, you know, it, it's been a, it's been

kind of like this sounding board or this
jumping off place for people to give them

hope that, oh, I, I too have a similar
story, and I can be successful, too.

Yet I don't even think those people
that are using their victim story on

their hero's journey, I don't think they
fully understand what they overcame.

Or if you don't do it intentionally, take
your power back intentionally, take that

aspect of your being from that situation,
you're still governed by that situation.

So for example, if you use, "Oh, I had
this abusive father, and I overcame that.

Now I'm a successful, you know, executive
in an organization," d- are you still

using your anger that this happened to me?

And you catapult that anger into becoming
successful, yet you still have the

anger, or you still have the wound.

You still have the pain and the
suffering, so it's not clean.

You're not clean.

And my guess is even though you're an
executive in that company, you're still

causing damage to those around you.

Hmm.

And you still don't
feel good about yourself

So there's still, if you're still
causing damage, there's a lack of

integrity that's going on and you're
still gonna be punishing yourself.

Mm-hmm.

There's still gonna be some sort
of sabotage pattern going on

that'll finally catch up to you.

Mm-hmm.

I mean, AA is a pretty good, pretty
good kind of, uh, thing to go through

even if you're not an alcoholic.

It's, it's kind of like you're still
causing damage to yourself and others

until you go through those mechanisms.

And even in AA, they don't fully
understand the mechanics of creation.

So when you understand what's
happening and you know the tools and

techniques, you can just go in and pull

You know, we have, we ha- we
use those techniques with our

students- Hmm … to start pulling
the power back, to start pulling.

I say power.

What I mean is there's an aspect
of you that you've given away to

the circums- to the experience, and
you're pulling that back in to your

own being, and you become whole again

And then there's this
rightness that happens

You know, there's no
leaks, there's no holes

Michael: Hmm.

Something you said, uh

About, you know, understanding how, you
know, bad things happen to good people.

And, and I think, uh, you know, where I am
certainly understanding creation at this

point is really there are no bad things.

There's only perception of bad things.

'Cause, you know, you don't, you
don't know how something's gonna

play out in your life and what gift
that will ultimately hold for you.

And, uh, if you're dead now and
you're listening to this and your

life is over, then you've seen
the whole, full play out, okay?

But if you're not dead, which you're
not, 'cause you're listening to

it, um, you don't know how it's
actually fully gonna play out.

You haven't seen the f- you know, what
the, the final scorecard is on that event.

So first of all, you know, I'm not-- I
mean, from where I'm in the mechanics

of creation, there is no such thing as
a bad event other than the labeling of

something as a bad event is an attachment
to the, "I know what is going on here,

and I understand enough from the mechanics
of creation to assess this as a bad

event, and that's what I've determined."

And it's actually that fixation, that
judgment, that falsification, that

misperception, that self-deception
that is the block in, um, you

accessing your own truth and your
own, your own capability of power.

So that's the bad events.

And then the other part
you said with good people.

And you know, you know, there
is no such thing as good people.

I mean, the truth is that everyone
is source consciousness, which is,

you know, the purest, most innocent
aspect of creation possible.

And, you know, at the same time, you
know, w- we're born in this context of

the deviation and imprinted with all
these low-frequency structures that

are in our neurotransmitters, in our
physiology, in our emotional systems.

Audree: Like you're born from sin-

Michael: And, yeah.

Audree: And- … so you're
automatically a bad person.

Michael: Yeah.

And so, so, so what we're saying-- So
what I'd, I'd say, just understanding

from mechanical perspective, 'cause I'm
a mechanic- Is that really everyone's

just a complex trajectory of different
low frequency structures that they've

made a choice for to having at some
point, not consciously, but, you know,

perhaps in, you know, a, a different
aspect of creation or, or a different

life or, you know, in early childhood,
if you wanna perceive it that way,

um, to have those structures there or
to, to even just at a very gross form

of being born into the situation, you
know, where, you know, I chose to be

born into a situation with a, you know,
a high conflict environment with, you

know, an angry father and a oppressed
mother and, you know, all sorts of, you

know, passive-aggressive behaviors and,
you know, not, not be in an environment

where I felt safe to show my emotions.

I mean, that's what I, I chose
to create all-- that, that is my

experience, my early childhood
experience and all that comes with it.

And, you know, so, you know, for,
you know, most of my life is,

"Well, I-- fuck, that sucked."

And then, you know, when I come to,
you know, as we kind of are, you know,

rounding out the end of, end of this,
this journey of movement through, through

all of it, it's like, wow, these were
all incredible gifts because if I didn't

have that, I wouldn't have had this,
this strong yes in my system to move

beyond, to move beyond, to move beyond.

Which is what ultimately is, is
allowing me and enabling to move to

the truth of what and who I am and,
and, and, and really have this sense

of this peace, this, this own love
of my being that's so profound that

everything just becomes null and void.

And so in terms of all the, the judgments
and the misperceptions and so on.

And so, you know, when I look back kind
of at, you know, at the whole thing,

it's like we don't understand the
gift that is there in the experience.

And I, and I keep on saying, I think
I've said this on these podcasts, I've

certainly said it to our level students,
is that that pile of shit is the gift

It is the gift.

It is the way through.

And we've talked about this, like
hate and love are the same energy.

Like when we start to unpack

All of it

Everything changes

That's what the journey is

Audree: You know, it comes up for me

Is it

There's a energetic template of belief
system that sex is bad and sex is wrong.

And all of us are created through
the act of sex, and there's not one

person that it goes through their mind

You know, when you're having sex,
there's something in your mind that,

that flips into, am I, is this right?

Is this wrong?

Is this…

There's this thing that goes
through because of the, the

imprint, the psychological
imprint of the act of having sex.

You know, you should only be married
or, you know, I mean, there's even this,

you know, this person has to please me.

There's like, it's piled
on so thick of all the, the

distortion about the act of sex.

And when two people are having
sex and they conceive a baby, that

first thought of conception, the
energy that that conception sits in

is surrounded by all this
distortion in the field of the

very act of sex to begin with.

That's fucked up

Michael: So you're just going
back to the, the imprinting?

Audree: The imprinting.

Michael: Starts- Like we- Starts, it
starts at the moment of conception.

Audree: Yeah.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: Or prior to.

It's in the field

Michael: You know, actually,
actually, actually, um-

Audree: If you think about it, like

Michael: That, that

Hmm

Audree: I mean, I, you wanna
talk about my conception?

My father was married not
to my mother, you know?

Hmm.

So can you imagine the guilt and the shame
and all of that that was in the field

And maybe at the same time too,
they were like totally in love.

Like, I don't know

Michael: Well-

Audree: Maybe they were making
a baby so they, my mom can sell

me to somebody and make money.

W- I don't, we don't know what, what
the, what was going on in that, in the

moment, and it's even not in the moment
because it's like even after the, the act

happens, it takes time for the sperm to
meet the egg, but the, the sperm and the

egg are already sitting in that, in that
imprint, in the energetic imprint Mm.

Not only that, the eggs are sitting
in the energetic imprint of the

whole entire life of the woman

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: I mean- Mm … so you're-

Michael: That's a lot of
imprinting right there

Audree: That's a lot of imprinting

Michael: Yeah.

Yeah.

The, uh-

Audree: The sperms only, they're made
every couple days or something like that

Michael: Yeah

Audree: So.

Michael: They're fresh.

Audree: They're fresh.

They're fresh, but then they have the
imprint of the distortion of whatever

the man is Yeah … what's in his field

Michael: Yeah.

The, uh, you said something interesting.

You know, maybe they were in love,
and you know, from the ego- I'd like

Audree: to hope that, but

Michael: From the egoic mind perspective,
you know, that's the greatest thing.

Mm-hmm.

You know, certainly if you watch L- «The
greatest thing is to be loved and to be

loved in return», or something like that.

Anyway, like, you know, it's this- I

Audree: don't know that
song Yeah … that song.

Michael: Anyway.

Anyway, the, um-

Audree: Is it Frank Sinatra?

Michael: That's the, uh, kinda like
the, the, the lead song of the, or

the theme song of the, the movie.

Anyway, so, so like, you know, from
a, from a human egoic perspective,

that is the greatest thing, is to be
loved and to be loved in turn, or you

know, or being in love, I mean, or,
you know, falling in love, you know.

We know someone, you know, who's,
you know, you know, madly head over

heels in love, and you know, y- we've
probably all had that, that experience,

or hopefully you've had, had the, the,
you know, that, that life experience.

And so, you know, so there's this
pull in our being to being in love,

to being in love or, you know, or,
or h- or experiencing sex, which is

also this, you know, profound kind
of explosion of, of, of connection.

And you know, when we, when we go,
you know, as we've gone deeper and

deeper in- into it, you know, the
punchline of all of it is that those

are all kind of, you know, very
limited survival-based placeholders

for what is truly w- that we're
seeking, which is love of our own being

Audree: I remember I had a boyfriend that
told me s- he was super consciousness.

He had, had a really high
state of consciousness.

And he said, "Audrey, sex is not love."

And I was like, "What
are you talking about?

Sex is not…"

I was horrified.

It's so true.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: He was right.

Michael: And, uh

And that's what this journey's about.

It's about having a, a sense
of love for our own being

And then we have that

and hold that within our
being to such a degree then

That's it.

It's unbreakable.

That's the psychological safety.

The only true psychological safety.

That's the end of the self-judgment

The love of our own being

Audree: The end of trying to survive
and doing things to try to survive

Like survival's a happening
when you love your, your own

being, truly love your own being

The universe just arranges itself Yeah.

Michael: And you know, you might be
listening and say, "Well, I love myself."

Um, okay.

Well, why- It's good … why
are there attack thoughts?

Why, why do you have self-judgment?

Why, why, why is your life
circumstance the way it is?

Like, so like, you know, I mean, so this
is where the self-deception can start,

you know, really piling on deep here.

Audree: It's all in the word self.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: Which has the word L in it

Which is a God of oppression for humanity

Michael: Yeah, fun fact.

That's why we say love of being.

And it's not a thought,
it's like a deep experience

Audree: I always say that's
why gurus seem like badasses.

It's because they've overcome all
of, all of that, the judgment, the

self-hatred, the punishment, the mind

And it doesn't-- It's, it's helpful when
you have the experience, that mystical

experience of connection, of, of knowing
that you are source consciousness or that

connection of into unity consciousness
that everybody's trying to attain.

It helps to have those experiences
because it shifts the neurotransmitters,

the chemicals in the body.

The, the whole sort of perception
is able to open up and shift.

I mean, that's why people take,
like, LSD and things like that.

The shift in consciousness
begins to happen.

Yet you still go-- you still must
go through the mechanics of pulling

your, the aspect of your being
back from all of those experiences.

And when you do that intentionally

There's a, there's a
fullness in your being.

The, that rightness, the integrity
comes in and then you're unmovable.

Like, nobody can mess with you

Why don't you just say it instead of-

Michael: I can

Anything more that you
wanna before we close?

Audree: I do that a lot to Michael

He has a hard time saying what he
wants to say, and I'm just like,

"What are you trying to real- what
are you really trying to say?"

Michael: Oh, I wasn't not
trying to say it out loud.

I was just giving you a visual indicator.

Audree: I know, but why
not just say it out loud?

Who cares?

Michael: All right.

Audree: You could say,
"Hey, Audrey, it's time.

Shut up."

No, don't say shut up to me.

It's okay for you to say it's time

Michael: Hmm

Audree: I think this whole thing
started with authenticity Mm.

Being authentic.

Michael: Mm.

Audree: That's where our
conversation started this

morning, which led to the podcast.

Michael: Mm-hmm.

Audree: How to be au-authent,
how to be authentic.

When you're right with yourself and you
have integrity, full integrity, that's

how you can show up and be authentic.

You could say anything.

You could do anything

Michael: Hmm

Audree: Because you're right

Michael: inside yourself But come, come,
comes back, comes back to fear, right?

Audree: Yeah.

' Michael: Cause why aren't
you being authentic and open?

It's 'cause there's fear there, and then-

Audree: Mm-hmm.

Why is there fear?

Michael: Yeah.

And then 'cause you're
not feeling whole and…

Audree: You're not feeling safe.

Michael: Yeah.

Audree: Well, why aren't you feeling safe?

Michael: 'Cause you don't
love your own being.

Audree: Mm-hmm

Michael: Um, the reason I just held
up the phone instead of saying it

is just from a production value.

There isn't any point in saying it's time.

Audree: I

Michael: know.

But then if you wanna … I, I
mean, I, I see there's some sort

of value in saying, "Okay, well,
it's just a transparent thing."

But

Audree: it, it just felt-

Michael: There's a signal

… Audree: it, but it felt weird in you.

Like, I, 'cause I can, I feel everything.

Yeah.

So I f- I felt the weirdness.

It's not about picking up the
phone and saying, "Hey, it's time."

Yeah.

It's the weirdness behind this- There's
some weirdness with it … behind it.

And I think that's what we all feel.

We feel, we can feel the
weirdness in everyone.

We can feel the lack of integrity
in everyone, or at least I can.

Well, I think everybody can feel- So,
like, my spider senses are always up, so

… Michael: to some degree.

It's just, uh, we may not have
conscious awareness of it.

Audree: Right, we ignore it.

Michael: Yeah.

Or, yeah

Mm.

Audree: Very good.

Michael: Are you- Well,
it's in front of us.

Audree: Are you ready to end?

Michael: I'm complete.

Audree: Okay.

Michael: Okay, let's take three
minutes for the E2 mantra transmission

Thank you for joining us.

I was born with mystical gifts I learned to hide from a world that wasn't ready, the weird kid teaching Samadhi at slumber parties while trying to make sense of being different. Almost a decade in formal healing training, a graduate of the Barbara Brennan Collage of Healing. Five years on a Chicago medical team, healing what Western medicine couldn't touch. In 2009 I received Evolutionary Energetics, yet discovering it and embodying it are completely different. I've done the messy work: dissolved my ego, healed my deepest patterns, trusted guidance I couldn't see when everything rational screamed not to. I'm not a guru with all the answers. I'm a real person who happened to be born remembering cosmic truth, walked the uncomfortable path of living it, and learned how to make it practical.

Raised with logic and science, I started as the ultimate skeptic. In my AI PhD program, I discovered that human vision and cognition is controlled hallucination; we literally make up reality. After years in software architecture and management roles leading organizational transformations, the pattern became clear: the consciousness of the leader creates culture, culture creates outcomes. I hit the truth: I was the limiting factor in every change initiative. Meeting Audree transformed everything as our opposite approaches unlocked something extraordinary. Through 100+ leadership trainings, we didn't create this work, we received it, download by download, in an unfolding evolutionary process. I've done the messy work: learned to trust direct experience over logic, followed guidance that made no rational sense. I'm not a guru with all the answers. My passion is the mechanics of creation. I'm the bridge between worlds, translating cosmic downloads into step-by-step practical tools.
